It's my very first time coming here. It's quite shocking that only a few customers are here and it's very quiet. When I heard about this restaurant, I thought that it's going to fill at least 50% of the capacity because of how good it looks here. Anyways, this place looks nice. Staff really take care of tables especially when I saw one cleaning after a customer left. They also have WiFi that we can use especially when waiting for our orders to be completed. I want to try one of their lunch combos, but they're only available on weekdays only. Otherwise, they're just selling entrees. Thankfully, they're still available when I'm here since it's within the time range. I got their Golden Original Boneless wings along with rice. I gotta that these are very big wings! Something you can have for your second meal if you're full right now. All of that including a soft drink is $15.99, which is quite affordable. The wings are very crispy and delicious. The rice is like other ones I usually eat but I'm not really gonna get down to that. What really matters is the wings since it's the main part of the meal. I'm definitely looking forward for other types of wings as well as different lunch options. Perhaps get the main entree to feed the whole family. I'm still disappointed that it rarely gets any customers. I recommend coming here for one of the best Korean-style chicken wings. read more

Pretty good first time experience! The parking lot is pretty expansive so it wasn't an issue finding a spot. We ordered ahead and picked up our food. The gentleman at the front was very nice and brought our food out when it was ready. Inside was large and airy with lots of seating. The floor was quite sticky. We ordered a few different items: Bulgogi with rice: Great flavor and tons of well-cooked rice, but definitely lacking on the meat. Rose ddeok-bokki with cheese: my son liked this but said it was super chewy and obviously very spicy! He was happy to see the addition of a (half) hard boiled egg. This was my first time visiting this location, though I've been to their other location in North Valley before--and they're consistently my favorite Korean fried chicken spot. This location is new and clean but what really impressed me was the speed and efficiency. I placed my order at the kiosk after ordering a drink at an overrated coffee shop in the same plaza, and somehow my chicken was ready before the coffee! The line was 5 minutes and the wait for food was 25 minutes (it felt long). When the food arrived, we were famished and eager to dive in. We ordered Honey Garlic Wings and Rose' Ddeok-Bokki. The wings were delicious! They were crispy and juicy, with the right amount of flavoring on them. We didn't like the Rose' Ddeok-Bokki as much. The proportion was too much for the 2 of us and it was spicier than we preferred. The tteokbokki is ideal to eat with rice or an item to calm it down. Usually we go to bonchon and they immediately ask you if you want to sit or order, the person behind the counter was quiet and I think maybe we were both confused, nonetheless we sat down and ordered from the QR code. Just the way fried chicken should be! My go to sauces - Soy Garlic and Ganjeong! I also really like the Rosé Ddeok-Bokki. The sauce is really good. I have tried with cheese and without cheese. I prefer without the cheese because it overpowers the flavor of the sauce, which should be the highlight of the dish. Note that this is a self service restaurant. This means that you grab your own utensils and water. You also order your food on your phone by scanning QR code. One of things that I do not like about this restaurant and wish they can improve on is the smell. The restaurant always smells like wet dog and it does ruin the appetite. But yesterday I ordered my usual for pick up and was disappointed when I got home to see how tiny the wings were yesterday. Like wing stop size?
