    Grand opening line

Happy they have another location, great tasting burgers, definitely on the smaller side though. Was there during grand opening. Parking lot is SMALL! It's not a throughway so same way to enter is the same way to exit. It was built for smaller cars from the 80s or something. I get claustrophobic just driving in it. Park on the side curb or residential instead. I think the only problem is the location space. Great city to be in but that parking lot is so bad.

We have been waiting to try this place since we first saw the banner hanging. When it finally opened, we were a bit excited to try this burger. Unfortunately, once we tasted the burger, we didn't see any difference from going to InNOut or Five Guys. I do have to say that the single burger feels like the size of some sliders I have had at other restaurants. One burger where we added lettuce did not have it and I recall that you have to pay for the add-on. So that was disappointing. The other burger that did have lettuce looked like it was only two lettuce leaves. There was no greeting when walking into the store. You literally had to just figure it out. When my order was ready, it was a "to go" order and the person was just going to give it to me without putting it in a bag. SMH Because it was the grand opening weekend, there was a balloon arch in front of the door way. There were people sitting inside and a few outside waiting for their orders. The place had a very minimalistic vibe going on; red tables, white walls, basic. The parking in the area is not great. Very tight spaces and also full. I'm not sure where the overflow parking area would be just based on location. Despite these hiccups, I would give it another chance and maybe use Door Dash to order/deliver so I won't have to deal with parking.

Really glad that Dough Burgers came to Milpitas, which is now the nearest location to my home! I had to drive near Mineta SJ International Airport to go to its San Jose location. Now, I can easily come here during lunch breaks. I also heard that its grand opening is happening tomorrow, but I won't attend since parking there is crazy due to it being too small and crowded. Anyways, looking at the inside, it isn't really better than the San Jose location since it's more decorative there. They have a patio but they only have a couple tables I believe and they're smaller. Basically, the atmosphere seems like a place that you can take your food to go rather than staying here, but I saw people dining here which is alright. Anyways, I ordered Dough Burgers combo with triple patties. The buns are soft and chewable. Patties are really kicking in the flavors. Fries aren't too special, but alright. So it's as consistent as the other location. Also I did order to-go not really because of the atmosphere but prefer to eat at home especially when it's come to being near Fremont. This will be my preferred location due to being near my home. I am looking forward to trying saucy fries and smash fries along with dough babies. Don't know if dough babies are new since I don't really recall being at the menu from its San Jose location. Oh yeah, don't forget their milkshakes because they're really good!

Stopped by the new location. I noticed that the parking lot is really small. Hate to see what it's like on the weekend. If you haven't been here , when you walk in there are two electronic kiosks to take your order. I picked the worst time to go. Right after school got out. About 20 teenagers each ordering separately. It took forever. The place has a few tables inside and outside. I got a double meal. The fries were hot and well seasoned. My burger was delicious, but a little soggy from to much sauce. My only concern is the price of the extras. Most extras are 75 cents. Which seems a little high for a slice of tomato,or a piece of lettuce. I realize most smashed burgers come with only cheese and meat. That's just my opinion

This is exactly what Milpitas needed--a real, delicious burger spot with a vibe. The burgers are soft, juicy, and packed with flavor, especially with their signature Screaming Sauce. And if you're craving a milkshake, this is definitely the place to go get one. Nobody does it better. It's Dough Burger or no burger!

The burgers here are A+++, hot, fresh and juicy! The self serve kiosk is simple to use and they have someone available to take your order. The ambiance is relax and comfortable.

Food is relatively affordable, the place is clean, and they offer the basics of a fast food place like kiosk ordering and shakes/fries. Food came out pretty fast (6 minutes for 3 burgers with fries) and tastes good! Only thing I would complain about is the burger's small size and the music is way too loud to be eating inside.

Absolutely Delicious Halal Burgers! Doughburger is seriously one of the best spots for halal burgers. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with fresh ingredients and an amazing balance of flavors. The potato bun is also a standout from the rest. You can tell they put real care into the food. The portions are satisfying, the quality is there, and the halal option makes it even better. Definitely a spot I'd recommend to anyone who loves a good burger. 10/10 -- I'll definitely be coming back!

It's like a cross between a western style bbq joint and a middle eastern twist with its meats and food. Turns out, this place is mainly an Afghan restaurant! It's half eatery half a butcher shop for people to come and purchase fresh meats for some home cooking. In fact, I watched a lot of people coming in and ordering meats to go. I ordered their chili lamb kabob which was tender and juicy. It had lots of flavor from the spices but enough to where it wasn't overwhelming. I ordered it on top of a pillow of rice which was fluffy and buttery textured. It was delicious. There are sauce bottles to pair with the meats which is my favorite part. I really liked their white creamy yogurt sauce mixed with their red house chili sauce. It gave my lamb meat so much flavor and some heat. I loved my order and will definitely order two next time. I also want to try their steaks. They take their time grilling their meats so orders can take a short while. It's worth it for sure. No complaints here but I do wish they played some light music in the background for some ambiance. Things can be real quiet in here so it can be awkward dining in. Other than that, I really like this place and will be back for more.

I had the double bacon burger with Swiss cheese and it was delicious. Did not feel heavy, going down and sitting in the stomach like some other burgers do. Obviously as a burger it's not gonna be completely light either, but it had a very nice weight about it. Also, they do not cook an oil, and smash it, so it doesn't have that greasy feel to it. It was not overly spiced, but just the right amount to give it really good flavor. Also got the onion rings, which were very lightweight but thick and very tasty. Probably one of the best onion rings. I've tried. And the best part is that they're not oily like other places. The chocolate brownie shake was really good, and strangely refreshing for a chocolate milkshake that normally would feel heavy. Really nice flavor, not overly sweet, with a really good amount of whipped cream added to it. My girlfriend had the regular burger, which she enjoyed and the cheesy fries, which they gave us a little extra to share. Some reviews think that they taste like "standard fare" fries from other fast food places, whereas we found them to be very tasty. The common denominator is that they make very good food, for an affordable price, not too cheap not too expensive, and they cook it in front of you so it's not instant like you're used to at McDonald's or some other place. But as well worth the wait. Definitely a place to come visit. This was in their Milpitas, CA location.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and chocolate milkshake, and a side of large chili cheese tots. Service is always slow here and that was expected. But the staff tried to give me a box of fries with melted cheese on top saying that's what I ordered. They even pointed at the receipt that clearly read chili cheese fried TOTS. And finally after some back and forth, they understood fries and tots are not the same. The milkshakes were a disaster. I took a sip of my chocolate shake and it tasted off. I thought maybe it was my gum from before. My kid was sipping the strawberry milkshake and gave several gag faces but said it tasted kinda like strawberry. We ordered our food to go. When we got home, I took a bigger sip of my chocolate shake and it definitely tasted off like cleaning solution. I asked my kid if that's what the weird taste that they mentioned. And sure enough, the strawberry milkshake also tasted like cleaning solution. We dumped both, what a waste. Chili cheese tots and 2 milkshakes costed over $30 and we dumped most of it. The tots were soggy like rushed out of the fryer to give us what we asked for. I don't think I'll be coming back here with the slower than normal service, untrained staff, and possibly contaminated food.

The…read morebest I can say about it was that the burger was a nice thick patty but it was a nice thick patty of essentially cardboard. I just opted for a fairly simple burger via DD. I ordered the Mozzarella burger. What I received was a burger drier than the Sahara Desert. No amount of mayo or mustard could save this hockey puck. The bun was good and had a nice toasted look to it and I liked that they put the toppings on the side. But that's where the good part stops. As I mentioned, the burger was so dry. It wasn't even pleasant to eat. On top of that the patty wasn't even seasoned. So, it was flavorless and dry. I ate about half of it out of hunger and gave the rest to my dog. The two mozzarella sticks on the burger were alright. They were the run of the mill frozen mozzarella sticks and weren't really even cooked all that well. The two slices of bacon tasted and looked like that precooked bacon you get at Costco. While I do know people who like that stuff, I don't. If it was the precooked bacon from Costco (or even if it wasn't) it was thin and flavorless. As for the "crispy" fries that were supposed to be Cajun, I was sent plain fries. And they are those frozen French fries that have the crust stuff on them. I know people love them and I am not the popular opinion here but I hate those things. I just like a regular fry that is cooked nice and crispy. These double fried (for lack of a better word) fries are always gross in my opinion. But take that with a grain of salt because like I said, most people like those things. It was just all around a totally disappointing meal. Based on the reviews I was really hoping I would be finding a new burger spot but for me, this wasn't it. I just can't do overcooked burgers.
