Absolutely Love this place! If you ever want to eat a Good Burger this Is the place! However there is other items on the menu that's very delicious as well! I love the fresh french friesThey have a good bar drink selection, dessert selection and just overall a great place to watch a game , hang out and have family time. They have plenty of screen tv's inside and outside! The outdoor dining is nice and very chill. Had the pleasure to meet the owners too! They are super nice and I will definitely be back again soon! Follow the page on IG or facebook for any events or specials they may have! Great service and the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant was great!

Get the baked beans. Trust me on this.

I found the place a little pricey (you'll notice I complain about that a lot ), but overall a great experience. The food tasted really good with the exception of the shake which was disappointing. I didn't have any adult beverages but I do like that they have a full bar. I was most impressed by the linguica baked beans. Those were delicious! The burger was good too. It's counter order and then they bring it to your table. It wasn't too busy so that went smoothly. Service was VERY FRIENDLY as a whole even laughing with us as they took our empty trays. If you sit in the row of booths be aware that the few closest to the door do get hit with the door breeze when it opens. I wouldn't sit in that part on a cold day. Pretty chill place.

AMAZING RESTAURANT. Gotta be one of my Fremont favs and I'm surprised that I've never visited until now despite visiting this town for several years. Restaurant has lots of personality and the staff are super friendly, welcoming, and you can tell that this is a community staple because there was a large retirement party for teacher there, regulars at the bar had their usual go-to's and were chatting each other up and the staff were asking how client's friends and family were, so you know that it's a well loved place and the workers enjoy the environment too. There's indoor seating, a sort of semi outside window covered patio seating, bar seating, and there's a dessert bar to the side too where you can get various candies, shakes, and ice cream. They have board games and GIANT GUESS WHO which I've never seen before. Then I saw that they have an award on Yelp for being #28 top family restaurants in the US. Awesome! It's easy to see why as well. Neat decor everywhere and fun theming. The walk up "drive thru" window for orders is pretty cool too. They have Lunch and Happy Hour menus with seasonal and limited specials too. For our later lunch, we got the: 1) Grilled Cheese Smashburger with bacon and thousand island sauce: -Came with a side of their fries which tasted like they were fried with canola oil ala the same style as In-N-Out. Flavorful with a slight crisp. Addictingly good. -Burger was sizeable and easily shareable. Delicious and the grilled buttery bun with the umami taste of the meat, the tangy thousand island sauce, super good. 2) Deep Fried Cheese Ravioli: -Comes with a hearty helping of marinara sauce. -Nice mix of crispiness of the ravioli exterior that's a bit salty with the creamy mozzarella cheese in the middle, great for a shorter cheese pull that went great with the marinara sauce with the Italian spices mixed in. We took these to go after eating a couple and they were delicious after being put in the air fryer again. I would love to go back to try more of their burgers and maybe have enough stomach space for shake or some ice cream!

I came here with a large party to celebrate a graduation. The spacious restaurant was packed with families and kids' sports teams. There was a long line to place an order with the cashier but after that, service was quick. Portions are massive, especially the salads. We ended up bringing a lot of food home. The burgers were a bit dry even for a medium-rare cook. My favorites were the garlic lemon pepper wings and the bacon cheeseburger egg rolls (Special of the Day).

First time at Billy Roy's burgers tonight. Order at the counter and they'll bring your order to your table. After a long 18 mile hike in Sunol. I got haystack burger lettuce wrapped. I appreciate the lettuce wrap but they triple wrapped it in lettuce. The burger patty itself was on the dry side. Also, got the cali chicken burger which was a ground chicken patty again dry patty. My full order of fries were on the not as crispy side. My friend's half order fries were crispy. A little inconsistent there. The service by the older lady at the counter could've been friendlier but it was 8 pm on a Saturday and I'm sure she just wanted to go home but still. The service from the kids was a lot better. I do like that they have a lot of sauces to grab, Tabasco, A1, ranch, bbq etc. Bar seating and regular seating. Clean bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking lot

Enjoying lunch at Billy Roy's! The food is delicious with so much variety on the menu--there's something for everyone. The vibe is sporty, family-friendly, and has that nostalgic old-school café feel all in one. We love coming here!

I have passed by this place numerous times and I was curious. It pleasantly surprised me! We went on a Saturday night, it's huge so there's no worrying about parking or seating! Loved how many options they have for food and drinks and they have an ice cream section! Service was fantastic, food came quick, they were very attentive and kind. Food was delicious! We got the Grilled Hawaiian and the Sliders and the Wedge Salad. And the Strawberry shake. The only tiny reason it's not 5 stars is the ambiance. It's clean and nice but the place is loud and not the comfiest seats lol. I'm just being nit picky. Will definitely be back or ordering delivery!

Finally got around to trying this spot and overall had a really nice experience. The setup is super clean and modern, and the service was great from start to finish. I also ended up ordering a michelada which I really enjoyed! Food-wise, the burger was good (honestly hard to go wrong there), but it didn't totally wow me. The chipotle chicken sandwich, though, was really enjoyable and had great flavor. Only small suggestion would be for the garlic fries- using fresh garlic instead of garlic seasoning would take them to the next level. Since I live nearby, I'd definitely come back for a drink and maybe a sandwich. It's a solid neighborhood spot, even if it's not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

Half order of Zucchini Fries Full order of Onion Rings

Came in on a Friday around 5:00pm and there wasn't too many people. We ordered upfront and chose a place to sit. There's plenty of booths, outdoor seating, and bar sitting. I was contemplating on sitting at the bar since I saw they have a happy hour menu but was split on what I wanted to order so ordered off their regular menu upfront. The bar has its own food menu with completely different items while the dessert area also has its own menu with milkshakes and desserts. Ordering can be kind of confusing if you want to order from all three, which I'm still trying to figure out if you hypothetically could order a milkshake, happy hour bar item, and regular menu item if I were to sit at the bar. We ordered the Diablo burger, half order of Zucchini Fries, full order of Onion Rings, and the Chipotle Pesto sandwich. The portions were actually pretty big for the price so I think it was well worth the money as we had leftovers. Definitely could have split half an order of side amongst us two since our entrees were big. My husband enjoyed his burger and barely finished it as the size was mighty. I like that the already brought a knife out to cut it. My Chipotle Pesto sandwich was good. A little messy but had good flavor and chicken was juicy. The zucchini fries were good but could use some more flavor in my opinion. Luckily, they had pretty good chipotle ranch and regular ranch I drenched them in. Overall, great spot! Tons of seating and parking. Friendly service as well. Food came out within 5 minutes so I was quite surprised and happy because I was hungry. Will be back to try out the happy hour menu and desserts next time.

The more you come here the more you like the place. Why do I say that? One word; consistency. You come in friendly greeting will take you order. Answer questions make modifications if needed. Great menu of burgers and some chicken sandwiches. You pay for it at the counter and they deliver it to you very quickly. Staff checks on you while you're eating and picks up your empty plates etc as you're done. The burgers are big so come with an appetite. Love the onion rings and a sweet potato fries. The beans are also good. If you have room, there's some great dessert options, including milkshakes and ice cream, etc. in the back.

The Haystack (subbed Blue Cheese for the Pepper Jack), and Mac n' Cheese

Hands down the best burger in Fremont. 5 for the Haystack and 4 1/2 for the Mac n' Cheese, only because it needed just a tiny bit more salt. The prices are a bit much - $16 for the burger and $5 for the mac - but it's not overpriced considering the amount of food you get. I didn't order any drinks as I knew the meal would be filling enough. After adding a tax and a tip, my meal was $27. Service was fast and the cashier was very friendly. The restaurant was spacious and very clean. Definitely will be recommending and coming back.

I've had this spot bookmarked for awhile now, and I finally tried it last night for dinner. I was craving a burger, and I remembered that this spot is also dog friendly as my boyfriend has his dog with us. There's plenty of parking as they have a big parking lot. We ordered at the counter, and I had my boyfriend gave his order first. He got a soda so they gave him a cup to fill up at the soda fountain. One of the female employees was petting Meatball, our Bulldog. She was very friendly with him and giving him lots of attention. I was finishing ordered the rest of the food for us. The guy who was taking our order asked if I wanted to get a puppy patty for our doggie, which I said "Yes." Right after I tapped my card, I hear the female employee asking my boyfriend if she can give him a puppy patty, which he said "Yes." Then she walked over to the cash register and told the guy to add a puppy patty. He told her that I already bought one, and he asked if he should remove it from our check, but she said "No, just keep it." I am bit annoyed at that if she was going to give Meatball a puppy patty for free then she could have deleted it off my check. It's not cheap. Their puppy patty is $8. We picked a table in the outdoor patio area. The tables look like picnic tables, and it's a very solid outdoor patio that doesn't seem like an outdoor patio. There were plastic glass looking windows and brick looking walls. They even have two claw machines there. One even has Labubus?! Lol Our food came pretty quickly. My boyfriend and I each got the El Diablo burger. My sis got the Haystack. We also got half order of garlic fries, hush puppies, and a full of fried zucchini. My boyfriend got a root beer, while I got a cookies-n-cream shake, and my sis got a vanilla shake. I liked the cookies-n-cream shake. It was sweet and tasty. I didn't like the El Diablo burger, even it looked great--it tasted rather bland. The garlic fries tasted a little off. I like the hush puppies with the strawberry jam. The zucchini fries were also kind of bland. Service at our table was good. The guy server was pretty friendly and attentive. He came to check on us multiple times. But my burger craving was not satisfied so I ended up going to In-n-Out today, and I still think In-n-Out is better!

This place was on my list for years and years until I got to try it and I am excited to write a review about it as I love this spot. There was a jar inside the little pickle container but it seems like the fluke and not inside the food, but I still deducted one star becuase that's gross but it seemed to be on the lid The food itself was really good. We tried the breaded ravioli and onion rings, both were delicious. I had the Billy Roy burger, it was simple, came with a thousand island sauce, pickles and onions (asked for no tomatoes) and it was filling and tasty, and my husband got the Haystack, which he loved (though I am not a big BBQ sauce on burgers type of Person ). That said, the Oreo milkshake was honestly one of the best shakes ever, super rich and delicious. I think they add fresh Oreos to it which adds a nice crunch. Overall, this place has great food, just on the pricier side but good burgers Customer service is excellent. The interior can get loud especially with the kids games (they are way too loud)

Can kids sit in bar area for happy hour menu for the small milkshakes?

Do they have a full bar now or is it just beer and wine?

They only offer beer and wine. The selection is diverse though.

For game nights, do they let people stay to watch the game? Or do they close immediately at 8 PM?

Do they accept private party/buffet requests, like for birthdays/bridal showers for the patio? And who should I contact for more info.

Yes you can. Their menu is customizable.

    Can you make reservations?

Where;s the prices for the items?

We ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with everything and added American Cheese. They were by far the best chicken sandwiches we have ever had. The chicken was fresh and hand breaded then deep fried to perfection with out being dry or greasy. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were fresh and sliced thick. When they were wrapping the sandwiches to bag it looked like a perfect picture of a chicken sandwich that other restaurants have to fake. I got the cheeseburger, philly cheese steak with fries, and the all star burger, along with a side of onion rings. Total came out above $40. The food was solid and delicious. I did enjoy the onion rings, super crispy! The philly cheese steak left much to be desired, not a lot of meat. The burgers were solid - lots of food for one sitting. I wonder if they use homemade or frozen patties. I appreciate how they had all star sauce (kind of tastes like thousand island) and how they had a nice condiments section to pack your own Togo sauces. They even had jalapenos! Overall a solid spot for a classic grilled burger.

Juicy, freshly fried wings -- but four pieces would be the sweet spot…read more I spent way too long deciding between the chicken sandwich and the wings, and eventually ordered the six-piece crispy wings with an extra tangy garlic sauce. The wings were larger than I expected. They had a craggy, heavily textured coating that was very crispy when fresh. The breading was on the thicker side, but the chicken underneath was genuinely juicy. When I pulled one apart, the juices actually ran onto the toast underneath. They were also extremely hot right out of the fryer, so give them a couple of minutes before biting in. The wings themselves were not spicy. They had a fairly straightforward savory seasoning and were flavorful enough to eat without sauce, which is important because this was not a case of sauce rescuing dry or bland chicken. The yellow tangy garlic sauce, however, was much hotter than I expected. At first I thought the heat was coming from the wings, but it was definitely the sauce. It had a strong combination of acidity, garlic, and spice, and a little went a long way. The white sauce was milder and easier to use throughout the meal. The wings came with one slice of toast cut in half. It seemed like an odd pairing at first, but it made sense once the chicken juices started dripping onto it. The toast absorbed the juices and also helped balance the richness and heat. The six-piece order was $13.99. That is not especially cheap, but the wings were large, freshly fried, and very juicy, so the portion felt fair. My only issue is that fried chicken this rich becomes repetitive after a while. The first two pieces were excellent, the third and fourth were satisfying, and by the fifth I was starting to feel the grease and heavy coating. Overall, Chicken G's does the fundamentals well: crispy exterior, juicy chicken, and wings that taste good even without sauce. I would come back, but four wings would probably be the ideal portion for me next time.

I've been coming to Nation's in Fremont since I was a kid, so this review comes from someone who has always enjoyed eating here. It's one of my favorite burger spots, which is why this visit was disappointing. The burger was noticeably smaller than I remember and had only a small amount of lettuce. The chili cheese fries also seemed like a much smaller portion than they used to be. For dessert, I ordered cheesecake, but the soggy strawberries on top took away from it. Even though this wasn't one of my better visits, I still appreciate the rewards program. Their points app is easy to use, and I was able to redeem a free birthday slice of pie, which was a nice perk. I know how good the food can be, and I look forward to seeing the portions and quality return to what I expect.

An update. I was looking for specific fries and though I did not find them here, we did try out…read moretheir fried chicken sandwich and it was good! Now only wished getting wings didn't take almost 30 minutes. We came by on a weekend and a late lunch. No one was inside. The parking lot was empty. We did notice things were upgraded since the last time we came. Signs now digital. Interior fixed up a little and reupholstered seats. They now have a giant screen kiosk to order. But note that if you want to-go, you have to enter one of the To-Go menu items. I didn't notice until we got our receipt and I had to ask them to make sure it was packed to go. I wish there was a Dine-In/To-Go option when you're about to check out. Maybe there was and I just didn't notice it. There were two folks inside. Both quite nice and made sure we were comfortable. What I didn't expect was the long wait for the wings. We had ordered 10 wings and a fried chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich and fries were done and they updated us that the wings were taking longer than expected. We didn't get our order until 25-30 minutes after we placed it. When we did try our fried chicken sandwich it was great! We'd definitely get it again. The fries still not great. I wish either, they left the boxes open to make sure it didn't get soggy or over fry them so they're crisp. The wings were great. We had the lemon pepper again and it was juicy and cooked well. Again we'd come back here for the wings in a heartbeat. Now what we've learned is that we absolutely need to order in advance otherwise the wait is pretty atrocious. But at least we know it's made to order right? Will be back again for sure. Just will make sure to order in advance next time.
