I picked up a bag of Lay's Masala chips I haven't had since I was in Mumbai, excited to eat it with my sandwich. The sandwich took about 10 minutes to make and panini-press and smelled delicious. However, when I got home I immediately noticed the color and thought they had mistakenly used roast beef. I looked at some of the other reviews and their doordash image and I'm confused on what I got. The pastrami was missing the distinct reddish-pink color from brining and black bark from smoking, I'm not sure how it was prepped in-house but it tasted like roast beef. They sound smaller since skinnier sandwiches less than that size are small. I got an 8-inch Reuben sandwich and wow...I was expecting it to be smaller, but this is probably because of the bread they choose and how kinda packed the meat is. Now, I see why 8-inch is considered the largest. About the Reuben sandwich, it's really good and meaty. The crunchiness of the bread is on point since it's toasted very well.
