Got a burger from Kitchen 804! This small business served my friends and I a fresh set of burgers and fries, all for a decent price. The team is so friendly and the fries were decent. The burgers were prepared well and I left really happy! My friends and I needed water and they were able to give us a bottle and a few cups to share - they were really generous for this! I went on a Saturday afternoon and there wasn't a lot of people. Parking is abundant. Will be back!

This was my first time at Kitchen 804 after a friend found them online. I ordered the original 804 burger and buffalo fries to share with a friend. The burger was extra juicy and the fries were the perfect crispy texture on top of having the right amount of buffalo sauce and ranch. Service was great as well - owners were friendly and our food arrived within 15 minutes. My group chose to sit outside and one of the owners kindly brought out the condiments for us. It was quiet for a weekend afternoon, likely due to the restaurant's location on a smaller side street. Our group was surprised that they weren't busier because of how fresh and good the food was. I don't frequently visit the east bay, but I'll be recommending Kitchen 804 to anyone who's in the area more often and wants to support a family-owned business!

Ny husband and I came here by chance as the restaurant that we were supposed to go were closed. We tried the 6 piece chicken with mango habanero sauce on the side (I don't like my fried chicken wet), the flame burger with masala fries and philly sandwich with onion rings. Firstly, try the the Philly .. it is really really good! One of the best I've ever tried. The flame burger was a tad under seasoned, but the restaurant provides salt and pepper at the table so you can always add more salt to your food. The samosa was also good .. it is freshly made by the owners and not store bought. One of life's greatest pleasures to enjoy simple but good food. This restaurant is fairly new (about 8 months old now) but offers good and affordable meals. Parking is easy too. Go try it! Oh .. it is 100% halal.

I rlly wanted to love Kitchen 804 since it's a nice little mom and pop shop! The owner was so nice and checked in with us to make sure the food was good and even gave us a free bottle of water! However, I thought that the food was okay and nothing to really rave about. Nothing super memorable. I got the original 804 burger with bacon and masala fries. The burger itself was decent, but the masala fries were just ok. Maybe it would have been better with a special sauce. We also got the fried chicken combo for the table, which was made to order and seemed super fresh, but was a bit lacking in flavor. Our friend got the wings, which looked good but were quite small.

Visiting from So Cal I was looking for a good burger place- I was looking at yelp and found this spot close to where I'm staying.. tried their original 804 burger and onion rings.. first review will be for the burger it was delicious! Not at all greasy with just the right amount of seasoning- vegetables were fresh. Onion rings.... Well honestly they were ok- kinda tasted like the ones from Jack n the box- $5.99 for like 6 pieces - I would like to try this place again- next time I'll try their fries. I'd like to add the gentleman who took the order and made the burger was very nice and respectful. Establishment was clean.

Kitchen 804 replaces Wings & Burgers with new decor & an exciting new menu. Offerings (halal, Pakistan fusion): burgers, sides, drinks, wings, fried chicken, sandwiches.. Order at counter, pd., food arrived 10ish minutes. Cooked to order. Bites: The Aloo Tikki (11.99) came with fries.. -Aloo is potato in Indian/Pakistan cuisine. These were mashed, de-watered, made into a patty. -native spices, 804 mint chutney, tamarind chutneys, onions created multi levels of flavas. *unexpected sharp chili hotness led to violent coughing. Cooled it with water.. French fries the usual long straight cut frozen kind. Plentiful. Crispy exterior, mushy innards. Slightly better than average. Best eaten ASAP. Note: halal meats are freshly grounded on site. 5 stars for reasonable pricing, artisan creations on site. Unique sketch murals of social activists: Imran Khan-former Pakistan prime minister imprisoned for "political" crimes. Abdul Ehid-Pakistan humanitarian Harriet Tubman-American abolitionist. Cesar Chavez-co-founder United Farm Workers Malcolm X-assassinated former spokesman of Nation of Islam.

100% halal menu, which is great for those with dietary restriction. Really enjoyed my burger. It wasn't one of those extremely unhealthy burgers, it had just the right blend of ingredients to not make you feel too full after. I would say the burgers are a bit on the smaller side, so if you have an appetite I would consider adding an extra patty or another side item even though the burger comes with fries. The food was served hot and fresh, restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean, and service was very kind and accommodating. I would come here again!

    Philly and Crispy Cluck

Best Philly I've ever had. Asked for the sauce on the side because I can't do spicy but my partner ate it with the sauce and he said it was crazy good. He also said his chicken sandwich was one of the best he's ever had. Service is super friendly too and the place is clean.

Highly recommend this as a stop on your way to exploring the city. The food was so good both my husband and I had seconds plus the prices are super reasonable. In the photo is the OG 804 and then had to get my own Chapli after a bite of his. Everything here is made with care and with passion that really comes though in the flavor of everything. The husband and wife that work here are super sweet and made sure everything was to our liking. It's been a long time since I've been impressed with a burger, this spot is my new tier. Absolutely will be coming here again!

One Piece Lamian specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, all with an efficient QR code ordering…read moresystem and super quick service. We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

And you know what, it's a pretty good local spot with the option for AYCE halal hot pot or a la carte Xinjiang food (think Uyghur noodles, bread, kebab and lamb). Being a hot pot lover, I had to get AYCE after an invigorating and hunger-inducing dance class. They have a cheaper lunch pricing that includes the weekend, which is very rare and great to see! For their all you can eat, there are a lot of options for self-serve ingredients, including some Chinese food in the buffet (most of which were a little dry), cheap sushi, dessert, DIY milk tea, fresh ice cream, and a sauce bar with pickled veggies. Do note that you may see a bug or two flying around some ingredients, so select wisely - I'm unfazed since I've traveled to Asia. The important items are covered, plus $25/pp for AYCE lunch on the weekend is crazy good in the bay. They only offered beef or lamb for the hot pot meat cuts at the time, which were unlisted on the menu. That was fine enough for us; you also have the option of doing a large pot to share that can hold two broths, or individual pots. The spicy broth was standard and good on the mala, the original soup was a little more bland than expected, and the fungus soup was surprisingly very umami and shroom-savory. The place is pretty dark, quiet, and interesting. There's some weird Western-style seats and furniture that just make you go "why". The service was pretty decent, as we always got meat whenever we wanted it. If you want value hot pot and no hassle in procuring your own ingredients, this is a solid place in the area.

We drive past this place all the time and I somehow only registered it as a pizza shop, I didn't realize they had a whole Afghan menu. Overall, a worthy substitute, especially for the added convenience. Rating Breakdown: 1.5/2 Stars for Taste -- We ordered the potato and squash bolani. You can choose spicy or mild. Word of warning, even the mild has a slight kick and the peppers are distributed haphazardly throughout. I gave my kid a bite after taste-testing for spice and she started shrieking. My bite was non-spicy...hers was not. We ended up doing visual inspections inside each piece just in case to look for the telltale red flakes. My favorite was the squash because of the hint of sweetness, my sister still loves the classic potato. I wish the outside was crispier, but my order was takeout and I'm not sure how long it sat in the pizza box for. I also read in other reviews you can order extra crispy so I might try that next time. The green sauce the bolani came with is spicier and more watery than De Afghanan. We also ordered the chapli and beef tikka kabob. The chapli was our favorite --the patties were huge! The beef tikka kabob had a slightly offputting mushy texture in the middle, but the flavor and char were overall good. You can choose between brown and white rice and I opted for brown because the server told me it was more popular. The rice is perfectly seasoned, much more evenly spiced than what they serve at De Afghanan. My favorite order of the night though was the eggplant borani. SO good. I could eat a bucket of it. 1/1 Stars for Value -- It was $13 and $14 for normal and squash bolani, respectively. The kebab platters were a little shy of $20 and the boxes were generously packed. It was $10 for the eggplant appetizer, although next time I might splurge $3 more to get it as a platter with rice. 1/1 Stars for Customer Service - I called the order in instead of ordering online and they charged us the in-store price, which is nice. The website prices were on average $3-4 higher. Bonus star because I'll definitely be back for that eggplant. I'm also interested in trying their Afghan breakfast. I'm very sad that they no longer sell sabzi since that is one of my all time faves.
