What a great place! The atmosphere the people who run it. All fantastic even after COVID, they had distance rules and cleaned tables. The owner is a great guy and can talk about the menu for hours. Easy menu and they have vegetarian and non pork options! Their adventurous options are fun to try and taste great too (well...sometimes.. not a fan of the duck-bacon it was weird lol). From Alligator to reindeer there is something always interesting. Locally made pretzels are heaven. The chicken basil brat and IPA brawt are the best tasting on the menu and keeps it classic. Debated between 4 and 5 stars so I will round up. In the former Ron's island grill behind market of choice. Revamped with a open garage door and picnic style seating. Bacon gorgonzola fries...get them....huge portion, good sauce to round them off...large fed 4 people and still had some left. Dawg...good flavor and toast on the bun, fun creations and good ideas on the back.... cream cheese, sweet peppers and chimi was pretty legit on top of my rabbit sausage! Beer, for a place called bangers and brews the tap felt a touch short with 7 or 8. Bread with chimichurri, sauce was good. Bread felt a little weak and something I buy at walmart for 89 cents. Staff was super friendly, and the little sayings of "we appreciate you for coming in" are always inviting. Happy hour is terribly advertised...can you add these prices on a happy hour menu? Go before 6 and everything is 1 to 2 dollars off. read more

Pretty good Bacon/Gorganzola Fries. I'm not a huge fan of gorganzola but that is just me. The sausage was fine for the price. Both employees were very good. They were very helpful choosing, and very friendly. So why the 3 stars? It's my personal revolt against common Guilt Tipping devices such as Square, commonly used at food trucks. (this is where you hand them your Visa, then they turn the display around and you see a bunch of tip percentages you get to choose from, or you can slide your finger to "no tip" then they turn it back around, and you feel like a cheapskate. Just stop it. They did not serve me. I gave them money and they gave me a product. I am a cheapskate, but that's beside the point. If they want more money, hire waitresses or just raise the menu prices. I can't wait for my car mechanic to offer Square payment with an optional 20% "honesty tip." read more

The food is fun with lots of variety. The bacon Gorgonzola fries are a staple of every visit. Then, I add some sort of bratwurst, the options are endless and there's always some creative combos. A friend recommended this place for us so when we noticed they had a happy hour, we decided it would be a great time to try it out. The food is AMAZING and like nothing else around the area. It's so unique! They have a good selections of beer and during the happy hour they're only $3.50. The interior is very clean while still invoking a homey and comfortable feel. The staff is super friendly and took us through the process and menu when discovering it was our first time. They also gave us some complimentary bread and chimichurri (which was TO DIE FOR). All around excellent. Darren and the staff will take good care of you. They have a large selection of sausages for every taste and great toppings and sides to complete them. Make sure to save room for the starters, particularly the pretzel and the awesome bacon Gorgonzola fries. Oh, and the chimichurri and bread too. If you can't choose one sausage (and I don't blame you, they have 20+ options) either ask for a recommendation or do a sampler board with a few different choices. Every time I seem to have a different favorite, but one thing is certain, I'll keep coming back. To top it all off they have an awesome beer selection and the cheapest happy hour in town. read more

Finally had a chance to go by here to try them out. We ordered bread and chimmichuri and a brat with carmalized onion, sauerkraut, and garlic aioli. The bread and sauce we're good and fun to try and eat. The brat was really good and it had plentiful amount of toppings. The only thing that was disappointing was the price of $7+ for what at the end of a day is a dressed up hot dog. The atmosphere was good and so was the service. I may return, but might have to really be craving a brat in order to do so, and chances are slim! read more

I always love coming here, they have great food and a huge selection of different sausages, bratwurst and beers to choose from daily. Though it may not be as big as other places, this is definitely worth coming to, the food is great and the owner and staff are super nice and always welcoming. They are very thankful for everybody that comes in which means a lot, and that makes you feel welcome every time you come in. Every time I come in I pair my sausage selection with the Garden salad and it's always super good.
