The parking space is limited and becomes congested with young college students and local residents, especially during lunchtime. Most can not drive or park especially Asian. The establishment offers a wide variety of Vietnamese Che drinks that are not readily available elsewhere. However, the Signature Flan Cheesecake is overpriced at $7.48 for a small portion, which is excessive. The remaining items are reasonable, but there is nothing particularly noteworthy about this establishment. It deviates significantly from the typical Vietnamese Che experience. While the drinks are visually appealing and refreshing, and the prices are reasonable, the overall experience is not exceptional. The service was friendly and courteous. I had placed a phone order for 13 desserts and 3 boxes of the cakes samplers During my pickup they had failed to provide me the full order. To make matters worse, the bakery notified me 15 minutes before they closed, that the 3 boxes of cake samplers were still at the bakery... I originally had my sister pick up the order earlier this afternoon for an evening event and found it extremely upsetting that the bakery didn't complete my full order, and only notify me once they were about to close without apologizing for their mistakes. read more

Every time that I've gone, Lam's customer service was really good! He's constantly on the register trying to provide the best service possible. He's doing an amazing job. It's not easy being on the register all day but he handle it with such grace! The desserts are really good! My favorite ches from them are the house special, avocado, and tofu.
