San Gabriel already has so many boba spots, but Auntea Jenny is doing something different. I went with the Premium Matcha Jasmine Tea Latte and the Daifuku Cheese Foam. The matcha was really silky and I could taste the quality of their matcha jelly. I also grabbed their Kale Apple Fiber Chia Seed Boost Tea because I needed something healthy to balance out my day & honestly, it was really good! There was a pretty solid line when I got there, but our drinks came out fast. They had 3 people making the drinks.

This place is BUSY. Unfortunately, the high volume of orders took a toll on the quality of the drinks. I paid for boba in my drink and got maybe a total of 7 pearl balls, which sucks since the boba is actually pretty good. The tea itself was slightly fragrant but was on the watery side. The workers were friendly. But i feel that there could be a better system to pick up drinks. Drinks are left on the counter and everyone overwhelms the one single worker packing drinks. Me being environmentally conscious...but Auntea Jenny provides a reusable bag to hold drinks in which seems very wasteful. Also the sink faucets are left turned on to the max, wasting tons of water every minute.

This place was busy busy. It took some time for our drinks to arrive and they didn't have the power juice. Told us they didn't have the pins available but saw another staff give another customer one. The drinks was good and I won't complain because they had BOGO promo for the time being! Gotta love the BOGO. But I guess if it goes away, its a bit pricey for one drink. Depends on how much you crave it It's a small shop without many seating and everyone was standing outside in the parking lot waiting for their drinks. The orders were stacked up. Might or might not be back. It's a bit crowded in the sgv

I had a wonderful experience at the Auntea Jenny store in San Gabriel. I have visited other locations, and I'm glad I continued to have a good experience here. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and it didn't take too long for my drinks to be made. I enjoyed their new matcha series, but the most I enjoyed the superfood drink series- I loved the kale apple! I'd definitely come back to visit if I'm ever in the area

This was my first time at Auntea Jenny. I tried their matcha series and it was so rich & creamy. Their tea has a nice fragrant flavor. The store was beautiful decorated, this location is an express shop to grab drinks. The store is pretty small but perfect for grab and go. The workers were super friendly. I would come back to try more of their tea drinks.

Grand opening was packed! Kudos to the staff for getting drinks out quickly. Jasmine Tea Latte - 5/5. I love their jasmine tea selection. It's fragrant with a nice floral aftertaste. Even at 0% sweetness, the tea blends perfectly with the milk so you know they're not masking low-quality tea with syrup. They've definitely figured out the proportions...it was much milkier when I tried it during their soft opening. I hope I don't get canceled, but I'd pick this over Molly's jasmine milk tea.

Long story short: would have been at least 4 stars if it wasn't for the long wait. Whole story: I've ordered online, but drinks weren't ready even though I allotted time for them to make it. There's one kiosk in the store. The two baristas are busy making drinks and doing pick up/dealing with customer. Service was a-okay. This place has one two-seat table and a bench to wait on drinks. Very limited space to stand. Crowded with people waiting for their drinks and people in line to order from the kiosk. This place is more happening than ICI, Macu or Chicha San Chen in the same plaza. Took 35 mins to get my two drinks. Had to ask for it/about it 3 times. They did give me a coupon toward next purchase, but idk, it was a really long wait especially on a weekday night (not even on a Friday or weekend). Kinda wish I went to one of my "go-to"s, which are ICI (next door), UG (across the street) or many others in the vicinity. Auntea Jenny reminds me of Hey Tea, which took 45 mins to get our 3 drinks. However, places like Hey Tea, Molly Tea, 3Cat and many others have a lot more workers. They have a whole team of baristas and someone doing cashiering and pick up. That is what management at Auntea Jenny needs to do. Have multiple baristas making drinks and a dedicated worker/staff doing pick up and occasionally do cashiering. Although I do think they have fairly good /solid drinks just like Hey Tea & ICI, they need to do a better job managing the order flow and get the drinks out and to the customer faster. DRINKS: Kale Apple Fiber Chia Seed Boost Tea 4.5/5 70% sugar. Less ice. Decently good. Reminds me of ICI and Hey Tea. Premium Jasmine Tea Latte 4.25/5 30% sugar. Less ice. Simple Jasmine green milk tea, but fairly good

They finally have auntea near my area, no need to drive that far anymore. Cafe here for chia seed boost tea which have been craving for, it's very refreshing in this sunny weather. Also longjin tea with 青團丸子is tasty too~ love it.

I tried the matcha jasmine latte at Auntie Jenny's Kitchen with 70% sweetness and it was pretty good. The drink was well balanced, although I've had similar drinks that tasted better. The interior was nice, clean, and comfortable. Service was okay, but it would help if there was someone who spoke English more clearly.

I know this place just opened, but come on guys... if you're not ready for an opening, you should postpone it or at least treat your first time customers better. Just came here on a Monday night around 9pm and there was no wait. They were out of certain drinks so my bf and I ordered 2 tea lattes. I realized after today I need to ask for a printed receipt everytime I order boba. After clicking "no" to printing a receipt after tipping & paying, I realized I didn't know what my order # was. There was no text and the worker didn't also tell me what my order # was either. So after I asked one of the worker if I can know what my order # was, they were struggling to find my order (which I found it odd).. after some time, they just said they found it and will take some time because they needed to brew a new batch of the jasmine tea (..they still didn't tell me what my order # was). After waiting 20min, I started to get pretty annoyed especially after seeing more than 5 customers getting their drinks on time and us still waiting for ours. And then finally, the girl who took our order finally pointed out a take out bag saying she thinks this is ours.... I had noticed that the bag had been sitting there for quite some time (maybe even 20min ago - who knows??) and I called them out on it and although the girl was nice enough to ask if we wanted our drinks remade, I didn't want to wait any longer than we already had as I was pretty annoyed so we took the drinks and left. As if things couldn't get any worse, we were almost half way back home and as I took several sips of my drink, there was no boba! ... -_- .... and my bf also mentioned that he overheard another customer come back with his drink because they also didn't get boba in their drink. Management - you need to step up on providing better customer service. Especially after just opening? There was a guy that seemed like a manager or owner, but it didn't seem like he cared at all. If you don't care about getting business, then I won't care to go back to give it to you either.

Auntea Jenny is so good and can taste it is premium quality. My husband who drinks a lot of boba milk tea also said it is high end. He liked their strawberry drinks like the strawberry daifuku with mochi and also their premium green tea. The drink packaging was nice. I enjoyed the red rice drink. I'm excited they are opening in the SGV ! I want to come back and try the mango drink. The plaza has lots of underground parking which is nice. The staff were friendly.

This plaza officially has options! Valley BLVD is filled with well known boba shops so it was about time Auntea Jenny made an appearance. This location doesn't have any seating except for one small table inside so its most accessible as a grab and go type of setting. They have a lot of on going promos for soft opening + hungrypanda deals which allows you to get your bang for your buck! Personally a fan of their jasmine GMT Parking is available in an underground lot!

Love auntie Jenny's tea!! Finally don't have to travel to Rowland heights for this gem! Their must try is their mango sago and the healthy drjnk kale fiber boost!

Gave it a second chance since Uncle Fung was packed. I'm glad we came back. The service was good and whole experience was not bad. DRINKS: Iced Hojicha Latte, add agave & Sea Salt Foam 4.5/5 $9.25. Liked it, but slightly too sweet. It was okay after I added more ice later. Ended up combining leftover Hojicha & coffee together. Tastes pretty good. This drink got pretty expensive. Didn't realize the Sea Salt Foam was $1.25 extra. Thought it was free (came with the drink) when the cashier asked which sweetener & cold foam I would like. Hot Latte, Add Vanilla Syrup 4.25/5 $6.50. Solid/safe choice. Hot Black Sesame 4/5 $6.50. Not bad, but I may be like Da Vien and/or Lotus & Bean's Hot Black Sesame drink a tad bit more. PASTRIES/BAKED GOODS: $4.50. Chocolate Chip Cookie

The matcha itself was pretty weak and a bit flat, missing that rich, earthy depth you'd hope for, so overall it just fell a little meh. The sesame cream added a nice richness, but didn't bring much of that distinct nutty sesame flavor and mostly just tasted creamy. That said, the space is beautiful. It's clean and minimalist with lots of natural wood, high ceilings, and an open, airy layout. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to work, study, or just hang out. I'd still be open to coming back and giving it another try, maybe the double matcha will hit better next time.

It's nestled in a little plaza with minimal parking. Luckily, we went on a weekday and there were at least 2 parking spots open. The shop itself is small-- as soon as you enter, the register is right there with the self service kiosk to the left and the waiting area to the right. Even though there was only 1 party ahead of us, it took around 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since we ordered a lot of drinks. For myself, I was able to try the traditional roasted oolong milk tea with pearl and the hojicha latte-- both at 70% sweet. I have a sweet tooth, so the sweetness was at a perfect level for both. However, I didn't get that much of a strong roasted oolong taste in the milk tea as I've gotten from other boba shops. The hojicha latte was good enough, but also did not have that strong, nutty taste in comparison to others. I am more of a milk tea person, but maybe next time I'll try the honey osthamnthus tea since a lot of people seem to love it!

The SGV has always been the mecca of boba shops, and I would recommend this place. The service was excellent and fast, I forget to get the barista's name, but he honestly deserves a raise for working by himself on a Saturday afternoon, he did so well. It was the fastest I have ever got a drink, he was so on top of things. I hope the owners are reading this and really consider rewarding top employees like him. I got the viral Pear and Matcha drink, which was surprisingly really good. I wasn't sure at first about how it was going to taste, but that secret pear syrup did the trick lolol. The drink itself is $5.99, plus $2.00 for the oat milk, so it came to over $9+. They honestly should consider lowering the oat milk to $1.00 cuz $2.00 is higher than other places, so then you're basically paying $10+ for boba.
