Delicious and worth the wait! Tried the new banana pudding matcha and it was divine! The coco strawberry with boba instead is the jellies is so good! Coffees are always on point.
Been here before and they have good menu and drinks for a decent price but saw a good coupon on Hungry Panda app so decided to drop by while at the mall. Pickup was super easy, I went to the counter and the guy checked the number and gave me my drink. I ordered the osmanthus oolong tea with vanilla sweet cream. I only tried their avocado cream and it wasn't super impressive so I went with the vanilla cream this time and it went really well with the osmanthus! The cream wasn't too sweet and went well with the tea since I got 30% sweet. Next time I will try the vanilla cream with the jasmine tea since the osmanthus was a bit strong. Their tea quality is pretty good and prices aren't bad. Because of the coupon, I got the large size and it only came out to be $4.24! Will be back if there are good coupons again.
Came to try their seasonal Guava series. Staff told me the Guava Lime Latte was the best, however I found it too sour, probably should have opt for more sugar instead of 50%. The guava matcha was very colorful. My fav went to the Guava Avocado Bliss. Overall all the drinks were refreshing, new and interesting to try.
Got their Mango Passion Chill, and it was amazing! It's super refreshing on a hot day, and the combination of sweet, ripe mango pieces/pulp with the tart passion fruit seeds worked so well together. The mango was naturally sweet, while the passion fruit added that tangy, tropical flavor that paired beautifully with the tea. Such a refreshing and delicious combination! It comes quite sweet by default, so I ordered it at 25% sweetness. It was still sweet but perfect for me since the fruits they use are already naturally sweet. The interior is clean, simple, and inviting. The shop is located in the outdoor area of the mall, which makes it a nice spot to grab a refreshing drink while walking around. Highly recommend! Their other drinks are great as well!
There's the mall parking to get here. It's upstairs outside at the promenade. Inside is clean and sleek. The staff are chill. The drink arrived at a good time. I got the cha cha lychee rice tea. It was alright. You get some of the flavor. It's not too sweet. It's okay for the price and amount.

Love this bubble tea shop for its unique tea flavors, premium tea leaves, and use of local fresh ingredients. This shop has a modern and minimalist vibe that makes it a great spot for casual hangouts. My husband and I like to stop by to hydrate by sipping on some tea and sit down for a quick break from shopping at the mall. Some of my favorites from here are the Sri Lanka Ceylon Cha Latte (topped with delicious honey roasted pecans), Matcha Tornado (made with fresh, real taro), and Osmanthus Chappuccino (fresh milk tea with smooth texture). I have enjoyed the taste of every drink that I've tried from this spot. They never feel too sugary.

The matcha, regular teas, and hojicha are all great quality and fragrant which I love. The boba is usually fresh and chewy also. There was no line when I went so I ordered with the employee. There is also a kiosk. I really like the ambiance of the store. I liked their popcorn latte. They had little crispy stuff on top that added extra flavor to the drink. Mix well. The coffee taste isnt that strong so if youre expecting alot of coffee this is not the one for you. Lychee rice didnt have any lychee taste at all. It tasted like cheesy milk only. Maybe the cheese overpowered it? They have a photo machine that used to print pit the pictures but i guess it ran out but you can download the picture from the qr code at the end.
Love the non caffeine options so I can share with my son. It's made to order and lots of staff are prepping. Love the cleanliness and environment- great music and the aroma of the variety of drinks. Grateful for a quality tea shop at the mall!
Beautiful decor and seating inside. Loved the small photo machine and that you can get digitals. I got the Mango Mango without coconut milk as a personal preference so it had a thick mango smoothie consistency. Was so good and super filling. Being paired with the agar boba made it super refreshing. My friend got the Jasmine Jade cha and it was a little tea forward for my liking but if you like more tea in your drinks, then this is it! Cha redefine will always be a go-to. My favorite drink is the Mochi Mango, and would def reccomend to anyone. This location specifically tends to get crowded often, hence it is in mall. However, even during rushes, the staff is fast and efficient. It sometimes gets tight, especially when the line goes out the door, but this spot is nice to sit in and chill when there are less people. Bonus: They have a free photobooth, but it was out of paper when I went. I was still able to download a digital version. read more
I had tried Cha Redefine over in Rowland, so I was very interested in trying this one in Arcadia. Luckily, my wife and I visited while shopping at Santa Anita Mall so this was the perfect spot to visit. Interior is quite glamorous, it has that cozy vibe but also a nice modern spectacle to it. There's a limited amount of tables but there's a sizeable crescent counter to place your drinks. Drinks here are good quality, if not, even high quality. They're known for their fresh ingredients and high quality teas and our drinks reflected that. They have a top 10 most popular drinks which is helpful for first time visitors. The matcha tornado was the star of the show for me. It was very delicious and easy to sip. I can see why it's one of the most popular drinks. Although it's more of a smoothie type drink, it still have that milk tea type feel which is a perfect combo. Super delicious and definitely a high value drink. Overall, very happy about this location, probably my top choice whenever my wife and I are shopping around the area. read more

I wish the size would be bigger for the coco one they were featured on their sign , but all I got was just a reg size drink for $7.50 it tasted so good that I was willing to pay for it (just once in a while ). There's always a line, luckily there were chair for me to sit and take pic while waiting for my drink. Surprisingly was pretty quick. got the sri lanka ceylon cha latte and it was okay. it tasted watery and the honey roasted pecans didn't taste like honey roasted. it had a questionable spice to it. the service is okay. they were good at taking my order, but they didn't call my order number out like they did to the other customers. they had my drink sitting there on the counter without me knowing it was done. the whip cream work looks sad, but it might just be the workers in the back practicing their whip cream skills because i saw some practicing with a water cup. looking at the photo, i lowkey did not need those whip cream lids, if the whip cream was gunna be that flat... read more

As a new-ish matcha connoisseur, I felt compelled to try this spot after seeing how busy it gets (especially on the weekends!). I ordered the "Matcha Matcha" and the "Mango Mango." Both drinks were yummy but pretty pricey, with the total nearing $20. I don't think I'd go back for the matcha since it was so tiny! It was gone in just a few sips. Albeit, those few sips were delicious, I could tell the matcha was high quality, and the cheese foam added an unexpected twist. The Mango Mango was refreshing and satisfying. I love anything mango-flavored, so not only did it taste good, but it also had different textures throughout that made it feel more like a dessert than just a drink. read more

This is a sad experience. The matcha matcha has pieces of the film plastic in it even though we got it remade the first time. (Second drink also has plastic, found a piece just within a few sips). Though it could be the cup itself, it's a health hazard. Meanwhile the Lemon Cha is good. If you want a fruity drink that isn't overly sweet nor sour , this is a good option. Staff is nice enough to remake the drink but still it's disappointing. Aesthetically pleasing interior with tabling but compact space. read more
My go to boba every time I go to the mall. I've tried almost all the drinks on the menu and they dont disappoint. Their matcha cheese foam is very delicious. I love their blueberry matcha and thai tornado because they're such a unique drink. Peach oolong is also one of my favorites. Their taro black tea also uses real taro as their topping. The only thing I dont like is the mochi topping which kinda tastes not like mochi (if u want mochi probably just go to 3catea). read more

I came to this location because I thought they had soft serve matcha, but I was told they took it off the menu. I was bummed, the staff was friendly, and I ordered a drink. One of the staff members even remade a drink for me because I forgot to adjust the sweetness level, so that made the experience much better. read more

They had a Christmas tree and Christmas strawberry dream Matcha for buy one get one free recently. Honestly, it is worth a buy one get one free because the Christmas tree matcha was more of a strawberry vanilla milkshake. The strawberry dream had actual strawberry and that was cute except the chunks were too big that it wouldn't fit in the straw. Still, as drinks on their own, very worth with BOGO. It's just important to not expect any matcha though. Looking forward to their other drinks next time I come to Santa Anita mall though! read more

I tried this spot again, but it still wasn't good. The mochiberry was gross, it tasted like avocado mush with no strawberry flavor. I wasn't a fan and couldn't finish it because of the funky aftertaste. Lots of people were getting matcha so maybe it's only a good spot for matcha, but I can't recommend the mochi berry or the black sesame drink. The staff were nice. read more
