Good vibez, drinks are always good but surprisingly their Icecream is great too ! Nice service and fast is a plus .

I love their drinks so much, especially the osmanthus tea and Dahongpao tea--they're so fragrant and refreshing. * The flavors are well-balanced, not too sweet, and you can really taste the quality of the tea leaves. * The environment is cozy and relaxing, making it a perfect place to hang out or catch up with friends. * The staff are very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. * Service was quick, and everything felt clean and well-maintained.

Popping Milk Tea (only 1 size). Have you pop yours?
    Jenny C.

I stop by to just get my favorite Popping Milk Tea . I wish the size would be bigger for the coco one they were featured on their sign , but all I got was just a reg size drink for $7.50 it tasted so good that I was willing to pay for it (just once in a while ). There's always a line, luckily there were chair for me to sit and take pic while waiting for my drink. Surprisingly was pretty quick. Believe is barley and rice crispy popping in my mouth Ambience: the insIde was pretty squishy, better Togo it or carry it outside , since it was outside the Mall, can still window shop while popping my favorite Did you try it yet?

Cha redefine will always be a go-to. My favorite drink is the Mochi Mango, and would def reccomend to anyone. This location specifically tends to get crowded often, hence it is in mall. However, even during rushes, the staff is fast and efficient. It sometimes gets tight, especially when the line goes out the door, but this spot is nice to sit in and chill when there are less people. Bonus: They have a free photobooth, but it was out of paper when I went. I was still able to download a digital version.

Located at the Promenade (2nd floor outdoor area) at Santa Anita mall, we saw this line went out the door so that must mean it was good quality drinks! The cashier was nice and helpful. We ordered the Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte & Sri Lanka Ceylon Cha Latte and both drinks tasted real good! Definitely worth the wait

I liked their popcorn latte. They had little crispy stuff on top that added extra flavor to the drink. Mix well. The coffee taste isnt that strong so if youre expecting alot of coffee this is not the one for you. Lychee rice didnt have any lychee taste at all. It tasted like cheesy milk only. Maybe the cheese overpowered it? They have a photo machine that used to print pit the pictures but i guess it ran out but you can download the picture from the qr code at the end.

I had tried Cha Redefine over in Rowland, so I was very interested in trying this one in Arcadia. Luckily, my wife and I visited while shopping at Santa Anita Mall so this was the perfect spot to visit. Interior is quite glamorous, it has that cozy vibe but also a nice modern spectacle to it. There's a limited amount of tables but there's a sizeable crescent counter to place your drinks. Drinks here are good quality, if not, even high quality. They're known for their fresh ingredients and high quality teas and our drinks reflected that. They have a top 10 most popular drinks which is helpful for first time visitors. The matcha tornado was the star of the show for me. It was very delicious and easy to sip. I can see why it's one of the most popular drinks. Although it's more of a smoothie type drink, it still have that milk tea type feel which is a perfect combo. Super delicious and definitely a high value drink. Overall, very happy about this location, probably my top choice whenever my wife and I are shopping around the area.

Came to redeem my $5 reward and used it on the matcha ice cream ($7.50). The portion is good and the matcha is very authentic. Staff was nice in confirming the reward can be applied. They got a cool receipt style photo at the corner by the entrance. It's a nice momento when you stop by.

    Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte

Would definitely recommend ordering ahead on the website since the wait can take a long time. I got the blueberry oat milk matcha latte and enjoyed it! I was a little worried since the colors were really vibrant but I could taste both the blueberry and matcha and how well they complimented each other.

As a new-ish matcha connoisseur, I felt compelled to try this spot after seeing how busy it gets (especially on the weekends!). I ordered the "Matcha Matcha" and the "Mango Mango." Both drinks were yummy but pretty pricey, with the total nearing $20. I don't think I'd go back for the matcha since it was so tiny! It was gone in just a few sips. Albeit, those few sips were delicious, I could tell the matcha was high quality, and the cheese foam added an unexpected twist. The Mango Mango was refreshing and satisfying. I love anything mango-flavored, so not only did it taste good, but it also had different textures throughout that made it feel more like a dessert than just a drink.

Cute and aesthetic spot with a great vibe inside! Ordered the Mochi Mango and an unsweetened Matcha Matcha. Both were solid! They use real sweet mangoes and the mochi hit the spot, while the matcha was strong, smooth, and creamy. Staff was friendly, and although the drinks took a bit, it was pretty busy when we came in. Prices are reasonable too. Definitely coming back!

    Plastic from drink
    Cathleen H.

This is a sad experience. The matcha matcha has pieces of the film plastic in it even though we got it remade the first time. (Second drink also has plastic, found a piece just within a few sips). Though it could be the cup itself, it's a health hazard. Meanwhile the Lemon Cha is good. If you want a fruity drink that isn't overly sweet nor sour , this is a good option. Staff is nice enough to remake the drink but still it's disappointing. Aesthetically pleasing interior with tabling but compact space.

My go to boba every time I go to the mall. I've tried almost all the drinks on the menu and they dont disappoint. Their matcha cheese foam is very delicious. I love their blueberry matcha and thai tornado because they're such a unique drink. Peach oolong is also one of my favorites. Their taro black tea also uses real taro as their topping. The only thing I dont like is the mochi topping which kinda tastes not like mochi (if u want mochi probably just go to 3catea).

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
