I read a couple Yelp reviews on Cha Redefine and I had to see what the hype was all about. WOW, the hype is for real! I was here this past weekend. They weren't busy at the time. Upon entry, I noticed the small tables and chairs were not clean and organized. The floor had pieces of paper and residue... was not swept at all. Hence, 4 stars! Cleanliness and organization is a big thing for me. They had 3 to 4 employees in the back and the shop wasn't busy, one of them should have came out and wiped down the tables + organized the chairs + swept the floor. The first thing customers see is the exterior atmosphere / environment. First impression matters! Trust me on this one. Anyway, I didn't see any self-ordering kiosk so I ordered at the counter. The young gentleman who took my order was friendly and pleasant. I asked for recommendations and he was kind to share the most popular drinks. Thank you young man! I went with Coco Mango with 100% sweetness and no ice. OMG... I fell in love with it at first sip! I couldn't stop drinking it. It was that GOOD! It comes with fresh mango (mangos were in good chunks and so very sweet!), grapefruits (I think this was just a topping at the top of the drink), coconut milk, agar boba (always nice to chew on some agar boba), and house avocado smoothie (I love my avocados!). There was something else that made the drink unique and slightly salty. I thought it was cheese foam of some sort, but I'm not 100%. I'll have to ask them next time. Ordered the Taro Tornado, less sweet, less ice. It's one of their signature drinks. It was good. The main reason I ordered it here is that their taro is actual taro paste and not a powder. There's also boba in the drink. Overall it's good, but towards the end I got a little bored of it. Also it might even have had more taro than I prefer which I never thought I would say. Friend got the Blueberry Oatmilk Matcha Latte, less sweet. I tried that too and it's tasty. Light and refreshing. One disappointment with their menu is they no longer have cheese foam as a topping. That's my favorite so it's a bummer. The guy taking our order was super nice and let us try some matcha cheese foam, and it's very green tea tasting but not much cheese foam taste. Not bad though, and I might add it to a future drink. There are so many tempting tea places in the mall. It's tea mecca. So hard to choose, but Cha Redefine's menu was the most appealing. After the third Thursday kids club event, it was really hot and we wanted to try this place. The door says keep door closed, makes sense since the AC was so refreshing and we don't want that to go to waste! Inside was very decorative and they had a beautiful tree inside buried by bright rocks which kids were playing with. There's a mini merch store near the back full of merchandise and random items for sale? At first there wasn't a long line, so we ordered two drinks. We were told it may be a bit of a wait which surprised us since there was only a few people who ordered. But then we realized there were a lot of online orders coming in and therefore the wait time increased! We waited around 20 minutes for our drinks but since it was just the two of them and we saw all the orders from online flowing out timely we were not sure what would've been a quicker option. We got the rice einspanner latte and Sri Lanka Ceylon cha latte (50% sweet). Both were ordered as cold drinks. The rice latte was pretty sweet and rich, very good but also very heavy. The cha latte has a strong tea flavor and the crispy toppings were delicious. They also serve it hot but it was a hot day already and we can't make it worse.
