I placed an order on 08/31/2025, and while the drinks are usually consistent, I was shocked to find a moldy piece of fruit in my drink. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. Are the fruits being checked and washed properly? Moldy fruit should never make it into a customer's order, and the fact that it did is extremely disappointing and honestly concerning for health and safety reasons. I essentially drank contaminated tea, and it makes me question how something like this was overlooked. This is not just poor service--it feels like a health code violation.
