I love the space, the drinks and the service is always fast and friendly but my god are the bathroom disgusting.

Earl Grey Milk Tea with Ice Cream, Boba, and Coconut Jelly (and Less Ice). Quite Good.

Order from a tablet at the counter without needing to talk to a human. Your order number will be shouted out when ready for pickup at said counter. The interior dining/lounge area is quite spacious, and much of the customer seating appears to be very comfortable. I saw a woman laid out on a couch in a comatose state. The boba and overall beverage quality here are palpably high. Plenty of parking is available outside. My only complaint is that egg pudding is not available as a topping. Would also have been sweet if they had Hokkaido Milk Tea as an option.

01/17/25 Friday Our friend pre-ordered the party jug (160oz) of classic milk tea for $40ish + $5 for boba + tax (so about $50 total). Pick up was quick and easy. Also got a generous helping of boba on the side. It says this is meant for 15 people. The jug comes with small cups with lids and straws. Ice costs extra interestingly enough.

What I Ordered: -Boba Milk Tea $6.04 We visited 99 Ranch for groceries, and my wife mentioned Wushiland in the mall as we were leaving. We stopped at Daiso first, then searched the shopping plaza for Wushiland. It's not easily seen from the street or parking lot, so it's not the best location, in my opinion, but that doesn't impact my drink review. I was eager to try it, as I remembered this brand from China. You can order at a kiosk or the counter. They have a student promotion, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, in the afternoon from 4 PM, I believe. The shop seemed popular with students, who were studying with their laptops. The Boba Milk Tea was $5.04 plus $0.80 for boba, totaling $6.04, which is a reasonable price. We ordered 70% sweetness, and it was good, though a bit sweet. The Boba Milk Tea was quite good, and we would order it again!

To me, wushiland never fails. it's one of the most consistent boba tea shops around the 626. You can definitely argue there are better spots, but i just really enjoy the roasted oolong and boba here. What's also a plus, is that they have an app! you can accrue points and get 3$ off a drink. how is that not a steal??? Parking is shared with the giant plaza, but there's plenty to be found.

Wushiland Boba never disappoints! My go to order is the oolong milk tea with half boba and half mini boba, and it is always spot on. One of my favorite things is how they add just a little extra boba, so you still have boba left at the end of your drink. It is such a small detail, but it makes the experience so much better. No matter which location I go to, the workers are always incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really makes the atmosphere enjoyable. The shops themselves are always super clean and well kept, which makes it a comfortable place to hang out or just stop in for a quick drink. Everything about Wushiland feels consistent from the quality of the drinks to the friendliness of the staff and that is why I keep coming back. If you are looking for delicious, refreshing Boba and great service every time, Wushiland is the place to go!

Tucked inside the busy plaza with Ranch 99 market, this is the only place I know that serves boba drinks with red bean. I ordered a milk tea with 30% sweetness that was blended with red bean and boba. It was insanely good and chock full of boba. It could replace an entire meal. I also love the option of adding vanilla ice cream to your drink. Minus one star for the messy restroom. Head over here for dessert after you have eaten at Marugame Udon next door.

This is a very nice boba store. Interior is very nice...made for people to sit and work on their laptops or to chat with friends or family. Service was very good as they checked with me how much sugar and ice I wanted in my drink. I tried the Earl Grey Tea Latte. It was ok but I should have just went with an oolong tea.

Located in a big plaza in San Gabriel with many other Asian restaurants and a 99 ranch market, this is a great spot. There is plenty of parking and even a Tesla charging station. They have a kiosk to order from but also a counter to order from real people too. We got the oolong milk tea with boba and green milk tea with a shot of tea. They were both great and at a reasonable price compared to other places. There is plenty of seating inside with nice cool AC in the heat.

one of my favorite boba places ever! prices are super reasonable, and the drinks are super consistent with high quality tea. i heard this is supposed to be a dupe to 50 lan from taiwan and honestly i think it comes close. sad to see that the reviews are low, which may stem from the ordering system, but the drinks are worth it. definitely try if there's one nearby since they have a ton of locations! ordered: oolong tea latte

Overall it's a great tasting bobba shop. Love how you can customize the options for sugar, ice and sweetness. The workers are always super nice and efficient. Depending on the time you arrive there's available seating. Great location for chatting with friends or even doing assignments for school.

Even though there are so many new boba shops popping up around the SGV, Wushiland is a classic and always reliable! I got the Orange Grapefruit Green Tea 50% sweet and it was the perfect balance of tartness and tea! Other people in my party got the Roasted Oolong Milk tea which was super rich and roasty. The inside has lots of seating and the ordering method is via kiosk or counter. Overall, Wushiland is good if i'm already in the plaza, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

ok i look a little chopped in my photo but i wanted to show a lifestyle photo of studying here. SUCHHH a great boba place. Literally it's so so so so good and i recommend getting a triple shot of tea (free upgrade) and there's free wifi, and they open later than most places, and their boba portions are so big. No words can describe how much i love this place. try and play around with the menu to make a drink at least 3-4 times before you give it a true and honest review. This place IS my definition of a boba spot.

How we can check how many points we had I remember I had discount next time and next time they tell me only 16 point ......?

It happened to me too, felt like they gave my discount away to someone else. I think you can use the Loyalzoo App to check.

    Do they accept american express?

Yes, we accept American Express ^_^

    What's popular here?

I really like their orange grapefruit green tea. Refreshing and has pulp FYI.

Do they use non-dairy creamer for their milk tea?

Most likely. I asked if their milk teas were non-dairy and the worker said yes.

Unfortunately, the Brown Sugar Boba tasted funky. Some pearls had the flavor of soap. "Gross!!" I arrived at YOTEA (Rosemead) on Monday (around 12:16PM). Parking is simple if familiar with the area. There's a rear parking garage for customers. Staff is unmemorable and awkward. When I mentioned they mixed old and new menus together which displayed incorrect prices, Staff seemed amused and let them stay mixed. Staff avoided customer interaction whenever possible. The drink took two minutes and 10 seconds. Quick time. The Pandan Milk Drink ($5.99 - 50% Sweetness - Regular Ice) with Brown Sugar Boba (additional 80 cents) tasted artificial. It had a strong "candy milk taste," and it glowed a neon green when stirred. The first sip was pleasant, but as I continued to drink, the taste became more off-putting. Next, the Brown Sugar Boba tasted inconsistent. Some tasted perfectly fine, but others had the flavor of dishwater and gloop. I was tempted to throw it into the garbage can. Concerning ambiance, YOTEA (Rosemead) has potential. Ignoring the cobweb underneath one table & the somewhat old furniture, there's utility. This location has about 10 electrical outlets. Wow! There's also customer internet with password; the internet information is taped onto the black register. There's also a customer gender neutral restroom. YOTEA (Rosemead) is also very spacious. The ceiling is very tall, and there's many spots to sit. There's about 16 tables!! If desperate for a study/work spot, this is a decent choice. There's also upbeat, smooth music. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at YOTEA (Rosemead). There's utility and potential, but this business feels old and unmaintained. Rather than clean, Staff just chattered amongst themselves. Any passion that rang within these walls dissipated a long time ago. Currently, YOTEA (Rosemead) is simply mediocre. 2.9 out of 5
