Unique flavor combos and star quality! Molly Tea was a great spot for some after dinner dessert, but be prepared, you will most likely have to wait awhile. I've waited up to 30 minutes from the times I have been. I'd recommend ordering online before you go to the shop. I loved their Apple Milk Tea, its pink and perfectly refreshing but its no longer on the menu since it was a seasonal drink.
Finally got to try molly tea after seeing it pop up on my feed so many times and their jasmine DID NOT DISAPPOINT I got snowy jasmine and velvety matcha supreme, the jasmine tea flavor is packed with floral flavor but the tea still comes through. Velvety matcha is smooth and sweetness is just right, although the matcha foam and latte itself did not have as strong of matcha flavor, it was still enjoyable! It is ordered with self order kiosk but the drinks comes out a bit slow, I waited about 10 minutes for my drink :,) The inside has plenty seating and its nicely decorated Parking is plenty and theres other places to shop around and eat!
One of the newer Molly Tea locations to pop up in the SGV, and this spot seems pretty busy all the time. Swung by after dinner and ordered the Gardenia Milk Tea with boba. I'll say the Gardenia Milk Tea itself was quite good. The tea flavor was very noticeable and you can actually taste the gardenia, which I liked. But the boba was super soft and mushy, which was a huge letdown, especially for a boba spot. They're also giving out zodiac pins right now, and you can get one during your birthday month, which I thought was pretty cool. I have to say I do like the tea at Molly Tea, but the boba was so bad I couldn't even sleep that night lol. I'd come back for the tea, but the boba was whack.

I think since it's still new they had a spin the wheel for a prize per order. We took a turn and got a coupon for %80 off one drink. After ordering, you get a number and there's some seating like a couch and a few tables and chairs and they will call out your number. I got the supreme matcha drink, it was set to recommended 50% sweetness and tasted pretty good (had to mix it completely to ensure the milk and matcha are mixed). I really liked the thickness and creaminess but it had a strong aromatic tea flavor that I think many will like, but not my favorite. The ease of ordering and getting the drink is probably what makes the place 5 stars, the price of drinks just keeps reaching $7-8, so a treat here and there for now!
This was my first time trying Molly Tea, and I had a really great experience! I ordered the Snowy Jasmine, and it was so delicious. The drink was refreshing and had a really nice balance of flavors. The creamy topping paired perfectly with the jasmine tea and made every sip enjoyable. lI'll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu because this first visit was a great one. Luckily the line wasn't long therefore why I stopped by. I have seen how long the line can get which was why I didn't ever go. Great place. Very pretty inside and just the vibe is cute. Coming back for sure!!
I came back to try their velvety matcha champoca milk tea. They had a special going on, so I got a free scent satchet and magnet with it. Then I also got to spin the wheel, winning a coupon. I ordered through the app so it was easy to pick up. The wait time was only 10 min. Staff was friendly at the counter. The matcha was very strong but I could also taste the tea. It was a good balance at 30%sugar and ice.
Premium apple milk tea is a 10/10. This is a must for apple lovers! I will be coming back!
Updating my review to 4 STARS since Molly Arcadia still hardly ever has my mango smoothie favorite available- but when they do... it's a HAPPY day because this Molly mango smoothie is the absolute BEST around. I'm not sure what it is that they seem to run out of or that this drink is just in such high demand but it's the most perfect blend of mango chunks, coconut milk, sago, pomelo bits, and chewy agar boba... No one else compares (altho JamJam Old Pasadena is still a close 2nd). Good location, comfortable meetup spot, free parking.
Came with friends after dinner to grab some boba. They have plenty of seating inside and the interior is nicely decorated. We ordered on the Hungry Panda app since there was a discount. The pickup was super easy since they have screens that show your order number. They put my drink in a cute bag and looked very cool. I ordered the Premium Jasmine Matcha, less ice and 30% sugar. The jasmine tea taste is nice and strong with the subtle taste of the matcha foam. The jasmine is nice and floral, not bitter at all even with 30% sugar. My friends got the White Champaca Milk Tea, Osmanthus Milk Tea, and Tongmu Lapsang Salted Cheese Milk Tea. And they liked their drinks. They have a lot of good tea and milk tea options here and great quality. Will come back again!

Employees are the face of a business any business and your was a disappointment to me and my family. Here is the short story we were lining up for the kiosk and found that some item on menu was not on the kiosk we spent a long time then we asked an employee who was busy helping another customer manually enter their order on her screen we waited patiently until she was done with the process then we went to speak with her and we mentioned to her we wanted to order this item but it was not on the kiosk menu she then told me oh we are sold out and then we said okay can we order this other item and then she said please use the kiosk. We said can you take our order she said no you can use the kiosk and pointed . She just literally helped someone else but not us ??? What would you do owners of Molly Tea if you walked to a store and experienced this ?? Would you want to spend your hard earned money and spend $8.00 on a drink to be treated and after being treated this way ??? I rest my case. On another note. We went to in and out and they had a different tone and consistent tone among ALL their employees. Smile acknowledge courteous friendly staffs from order taker to order received . Why can't you model after this type of customer service??? Bottom line Treat the customer how YOU want to be treated. PS. My daughter and many our friends have been there and enjoyed your pricey drinks . But we will surely share our UNFORTUNATE experience with them all !
Love the grape jasmine tea! This location is so much easier to access than the other location and the drinks come out so fast. 10/10 coming back.
The Jasmine milk tea had a strong tea flavor. It wasn't too sweet either. I'd definitely recommend giving Molly Tea a try!
Wow the tea is my new addiction. The teas are all smooth and fragrant tasting and I did not need to make any adjustments. It comes out perfect. I had their osmanthus milk tea and their champacca plant oolong milk tea and it is very light, not too sweet, and pleasant tasting! Their matcha milk is good too. The coconut jasmine premium is usually sold out. All their drinks taste and smell like floral or Jasmine. I am a sucker for their cute bags, sparkly cup container and straws! I tried their sago and boba and its mushy. I am just here for the tea. Their Premium Jasmine tea tastes like 85c mountain green tea, except it is stronger here.

The drinks I got were the premium jasmine grape milk tea and the premium jasmine grape salted cheese. The drinks have a light, floral taste. I prefer the premium jasmine grape salted cheese because the salted cheese gives the drink more dimension. read more

I am a huge fan of Molly tea. This is my first time at the Arcadia location and I have a love and hate relationship with how the drinks are always rotating. I love how there are always new drinks, but I am missing their mango series. I tried their jasmine apple milk tea and loved it - floral with a scent of apple. We also ordered the Tongmu Lapsang Salted Cheese which consists of hazlenut cheese + cocoa powder + tongmuguan black tea + salted cheese. That drink was very good - not overly sweet and perfectly delicious with the combination of flavors. I also got a free pin since I ordered one of their new jasmine apple drinks. I didn't even know until I picked up my drinks. This location was also really nice. I enjoyed the cozy seatings. Parking was easy since it was in a plaza - can get busy on weekends. The Molly Tea hype is exploding all over SoCal. This is a fairly new location in Arcadia I've pass by their location in San Gabriel and the parking situation was such a mess I kept driving. This time I came mentally prepared to wait. The Arcadia location is in a bad parking lot too, but it was less bad than the San Gabriel one. I had my niece scan the QR code while I was driving by the front and we ordered from our phone to avoid waiting in line to order. The inside is a crowded mess. You want to minimally want to deal with the chaos. My niece ordered the Premium Jasmine Matcha ($6.99) and I ordered the Premium Jasmine Tea with the Jasmine Whipped Cream with Pecan ($8.08). All the drinks here are one size. So we waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks in the comfort of my car. Time went by fast cause I was hanging out with my cute niece but I don't think I normally have the patience for this. When we got the text that the order was ready. We fight the hoard to go to pick up. I was sipping my tea and it was average tea... then I'm like wait something is missing. The jasmine whipped cream and pecan topping that we paid for is missing. Mhmm... we go back in and they gave us these cups they probably normally give to delivery orders and just shrugged us off. No acknowledgement of the order getting messed up. No apology. So back to the tea. For me it was average tea, not worth the wait or the price tag. Even worse for my niece. She took a few sips and THREW IT AWAY. Apparently the Jasmine matcha was awful. Yikes. Not coming back. This place is a mess and I don't even love the drink. read more

Came here with my friends on a statue day night and we ordered online ahead of time because we knew there would be a lot of people. I definitely recommend ordering ahead because there was a ton of people waiting inside. It was clean and the workers were nice. We found parking right away but I could see how it would get packed during the day time since there are other businesses in the plaza. The Jasmine mango smoothie was so good! It was tart and sour but also sweet. It all blended together well. read more

I enjoy drinking their champaca tea, it's fragrant and strong flavor of tea. This is my second time here and it's still packed with people no matter the time of the day. I have been eyeing Molly Tea Arcadia since they had their Grand Opening. I finally made it here last weekend. They sit right in between Kai Ramen and JJ Bakery in the Baldwin Plaza. Perfect spot especially with all the foot traffic from its neighbors and vice versa. Parking can be a challenge with the limited lot space. Pleasantly surprised with the good amount of seating inside. Love the long bench right in front of the counter. Wonderful for customers to sit while waiting for their order. Interior decor was warm and welcoming. There's a big cute figurine statue of Molly I presume. They also have merch for purchase. Two self-ordering kiosks available that are easy and simple to use. One all gender restroom available in the back of the shop. Jasmine Mango Smoothie for me. It was amazing! I loved the Jasmine-scented tea with creamy mango smoothie that came with fresh sweet mango and juicy grapefruit all mixed in with coconut milk. SO GOOD! I would get this again. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea with boba for my Mom. She can taste the delightful Jasmine tea flavor. She loved it! She is not easy to please so well done Molly Tea and thank you. Staff was friendly and working hard trying to get all the orders out. Good job! Prices were very reasonable for the quality drinks they offer. They were super super busy. It took some time for my order to be ready. I felt like I was here for over 30 minutes. Maybe it's best to pre-order online in the future. Just a tip. I'm glad I got a chance to try Molly Tea. If you love milk teas, but emphasis on the tea, this is your place. Tea was really good. Workers were working hard in their assembly lines. Menu was tiny, ordering screen did not have the same info as the menu so I had to keep referencing back. This place was packed! The price you pay is for the demand and tea quality. Idk. Tea was yummy, but my boba was mush. Initially thought that maybe it's always like that, but after reading the reviews, it seems like that had a really off day for boba. One of the best drinks I've had so far this year! Molly Tea has a social media following from my understanding. My wife and I happened to be in the area late in the evening and we dropped in. The location has plenty of parking, but I imagine it came be a challenge during earlier hours. The location was packed! Almost all the tables were occupied and it was around 10pm. The vibe was energetic and lively. You come in and order on the kiosk. You can feel a bit rushed if you don't know exactly what you want right away. I ended up choosing the Pistachio Jasmine Coconut and my wife ordered the Premium Jasmine Mango Coconut Tea. The orders were being called out left and right. By the time, we picked up our the staff completed my order by adding the cream and pistachios bits. Super cool! Their drinks have outstanding aesthetics. More importantly, they tasted amazing! The tastes and textures of that pistachio drink left me happy and has me nodding with approval. My wife was very happy with her drink and loved every sip. When the drinks match all the hype. I think the matcha white champaca salted cheese is my new favorite drink. I got it with half sugar and it was the perfect sweetness. I honestly didn't taste much of the matcha though, which was unfortunate, but I did love the green tea with the foam top. It looked more aesthetic with the contrast of colors but it's there more for the aesthetic than the flavor. This location is much better than San Gabriel in terms of wait time and efficiency. My first time trying molly tea and i didn't know they have one at arcadia near the arcadia mall! i got the jasmine apple milk tea and it taste good, its quite pricey but maybe i'll try other drinks as well. The service went by really fast on weekday afternoon. read more
We stopped by Molly Tea around 12:45 on a Saturday afternoon and honestly had great timing because a huge line started forming right after we ordered. Even with the rush, our drinks came out pretty quickly. We ordered the premium jasmine mango coconut tea and the osmanthus oolong milk tea with boba. I usually prefer my drinks less sweet, so I did 0% sugar on the osmanthus milk tea, although there wasn't an option to adjust the sweetness on the jasmine mango drink. The boba here is pretty small and super soft. It was more of a melt-in-your-mouth texture instead of the usual chewy consistency. The brown sugar boba did overpower the osmanthus flavor a little, but it was still a solid drink overall. Definitely think getting the drink sweetened and adding boba would have been too much sweetness. The jasmine mango coconut tea was definitely on the sweeter side, but the mango flavor was strong and the drink itself was really refreshing. Overall, a good experience and I'd definitely come back to try more drinks on the menu. read more

I'm really glad Molly Tea opened up a second location with an actual parking lot. The other one in San Gabriel doesn't have much of a parking lot and it's mostly street parking. This one is a little bit smaller than the SG one but that doesn't deter away from the quality of the drinks. My go is usually the Jasmine Tea with Oat Milk. Bonus points that they don't charge extra for Oat Milk as most other places do. One thing that I wished they did was have oat milk was an option into other drinks like their jasmine apple tea. The drinks itself is one of the best for the Jasmine Oat Milk tea. The Jasmine is really fragrant and you can tell immediately that it's special on your first sip. The default of the drink is less ice and less sugar (70%), I personally wouldn't do no ice because it tastes a little different. This Molly Tea is really loud since it's a bit smaller. The doors are almost always open because it's usually packed. There is lots of seating but there aren't many tables and they are small so it's nice to sit and chat but I wouldn't treat it as a study place. Service is pretty good but it can take a while for a drink. It is faster than the SG one since that one can take like 30 mins or so. This one you can get a drink in about 15 mins or so. The parking lot has a few entrances but one of them is an exit only or enter only if you enter on Baldwin. It is shared with other businesses so it can get packed. In short -- I'm addicted to this place so easy 5 stars. read more
I'm glad that they opened a location in Arcadia cuz I never wanted to wait in line in the San Gabriel location and thus I finally tried Molly Tea for the first time last week. The was no line when I went and I ordered at the kiosk a jasmine milk tea and it was pretty clean and not heavy drink. The place was clean and staff was nice. I also never drank from that type of straw before so it was interesting. Def would be back again to try their other drinks. read more
Stopped by Molly Tea in Arcadia and kept it simple with 30% sugar, which turned out to be just simple and right. The drink was light and clean, and it was still full of tea flavor without feeling watered down or overly sweet. Ordering was easy with the tablet system. Maybe the staff keeps things moving quickly here moreso, but I prefer this location than the surrounding ones. It didn't take long at all to get my drink, even with a busy flow of people coming in at 3:00pm on a Sunday. So there are a few tables inside, but the tables feel more like a quick stop rather than a place to settle with a laptop setup. A solid spot if you're looking for a fast, well-made tea without the extra fuss. read more
What a cute spot! The space is modern, inviting, and definitely a place worth spilling the tea about! Ordering is easy through the two kiosks up front, and I liked being able to track my order status on the screen behind the counter- it made the whole process feel smooth and efficient (they also announce your number as it's ready)! I tried the Premium Jasmine Matcha and overall, enjoyed it! The jasmine flavor was strong, fragrant, and really stood out, while the milk tasted fresh and creamy. My only critique is that I personally couldn't taste much of the matcha, so I would have loved a stronger matcha presence to balance it out. There's a small parking lot in front, which is convenient, but it can get crowded quickly depending on the time of day. Very happy that Molly Tea expanded to Arcadia as the SGV location is almost always congested. First impressions is that this location is a bit smaller, practically the same amount of seating in a smaller area. I'd say this one is cleaner as well. Parking is free in a moderate sized lot, maybe a bit congested as there's other popular shops around like bakeries, ramen, and other food places. Inside consist of 2 self ordering kiosks, counter ordering is available as well through staff. Drinks quality is practically the same as the SGV location, my go to drinks here can change from time to time but you can't go wrong with one of their most popular drinks: White Champaca Oolong and the Jasmine Matcha. They're both always extremely delicious, if you like floral type teas instead of your standard tea spots, Molly Tea is for you. read more
