It came back stating that 5 Star Backflow was the BEST of the 40 approved companies! I then called Josh, the owner of 5 Star Backflow, and he and his team worked around the clock to help me because I was up against a deadline. His communication with us was spectacular and thanks to him our water did not get cut off. We even had a complication with the backflow valve being broken, but he got it taken care of and he went way above and beyond to help us. He made it his mission to find it. He couldn't find the leak originally and then left for another job. When I was able to duplicate the leak, he immediately returned and was determined to figure it out. There was an occasion where he had to return a couple of days later after the fix because there was still an issue but he didn't charge us for that visit.
