We just hired Repipe Masters for a whole house repipe. This 75 year old Seward Park bungalow needed the old galvanized pipes removed and new Pex installed. Doug and Nick were fast and courteous with a thorough estimate, including options for permitting, drywall repair/patching and project timelines. We had secured 3 estimates on this project and Repipe Master's had the most competitive price. I'm not a contractor so it's a bit leap of faith to spend thousands on plumbing. I've called on three separate occasions and given my address and phone number to fix the problem. No one ever called back. I had to hire a plumber to fix what they should have covered. A few weeks ago, we contacted Repipe Masters for quotes for both a total house re-pipe (from CPVC to PEX) as well as replacing our main water line (poly to PEX) from the street to the house. Nick (the owner) did our walkthrough and provided us with the quote. Nick was very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease about this big home project. Baba was our primary point of contact on the day of the work (yes, they did both the re-pipe and the mainline in one day!) and was very informative, explaining what was happening, and checked in with me about any small deviations, changes, or ideas. One of these ideas was moving the location of our main water shut-off from a small crawlspace in our downstairs closet to the garage (a more practical location). This was a great idea, and we are very pleased with the outcome. They didn't even charge us extra for this. They did a great job with both the water line replacement and house re-pipe and did so for a very competitive price! Many reviews we read had us scared about having a multitude of holes in our drywall; however, this is what all the various quotes we received from others called for also (and is to be expected). However, the holes were even smaller than we had hoped for. Most were less than the 16x16 we had been told, which was great! The next day, Nick and a colleague arrived to wait for the city inspector. They waited more than 90 minutes to be sure that they were present for the walkthrough with the inspector. This was above and beyond, and we appreciated them spending a lot of their time to ensure that we got the necessary paperwork for the work performed. Overall, we are very pleased about our experience with Repipe Masters. They made what was expected to be a very annoying experience into a great one, and everything went smoothly thanks to them. Requested service to repipe a 2 bath/1 kitchen and a bunch of additional stub outs. Doug gave me an estimate that no one else could beat. Was hesitant at first but very happy that I went with them. Baba, Jose, and Michael were masters! Had an issue with one of the stub out due to a hairline crack and Baba was back in to fix this in no time! Unbeatable price on a tip top quality work! Kept things clean! Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. It has taken me a long time to determine what to say about this company and our experience. This is long, but I feel it necessary to share. Our experience was mixed. We initially dealt with Nick who was very willing to complete the task. We all went over the project of repiping our house with pex. We explained what we wanted done and he then explained the process and what we needed to do. My husband and I felt we all understood each other. We liked the idea that it was a family business and we like supporting that, the reviews were very good and I find that a helpful when looking at people to hire for my house projects. We felt Nick was honest and straightforward. When we scheduled the project, Nick informed us that he would not be doing the work, his relative would, Nick had to go out of town. That's when things went down hill. Four 10x10 holes were cut into our family room ceiling, which we were told about after the project started. Debris, wood, rocks, tile, nails and sheet rock were left for us to clean up. We have dogs and cats and this debris was strewn outside and in the house. When we first discussed the project with Nick, he told us to purchase a plate to cover a hole that would be cut into our upstairs shower. The plate was about 10x10 in size. The hole ended up being about 18x12. The plate would not cover it and we were left with a huge hole in our existing shower. We ended up having to hire someone to retile our entire shower due to the damage and not being able to find the same tile to match what was already there. When we asked about repair work and clean up, we were told we would need to pay for it and because my husband helped with some of the work, he needed to clean up the debris. Now, to be fair, we asked them to put in a drain in the tub, which was not part of the bid and they did that, albeit reluctantly. My husband asked they put in a water manifold, which they did as well, for extra. I just want to point out, on their website it clearly says they will repair walls as part of the job as well as clean up. They were very happy to take the old copper piping away (there is $$ for that), however, they were unwilling to clean up the rest of the debris in our yard, patio, driveway and in the house. For the amount of money we spent on this job (over 13k), yes our house was repiped, so I gave them 2 stars for completing the job. But the overall job was a big disappointment. We now have holes in our ceiling which will mean we have to repair the entire ceiling in our family room, we hired someone to retile the upstairs bathroom, my husband had to redo some of their work under our kitchen sink as well and we have had to clean up after their work. I am very disappointed with the job. I had high hopes. But it was a very expensive and sour experience. read more

My contractor recommended that we do full repipe before we begin my bathroom remodel. So the journey began getting bids. We got six bids and went with Repipe Masters. First of all I wasn't necessarily chasing the lowest bid because i of course was worried about quality. Didn't want you get what you paid for. But when I saw all the great reviews along with the best price I selected them. Doug came in with a bag of samples of what was being installed and an impressive binder with pictures and reviews. We got scheduled in less than a week and my job kicked off. Emilio amd his crew were amazing. They came in a laid cloth through out my house as well laid plastic sheeting on my furniture that was exposed to the work. Two guys were assigned outside in the rain to do the outside pipe. They did such an amazing job. I had a huge trench (30L x 4W x 3H) and assumed that I would have to reseed or lay new sod. That wasn't the case (see pic). For the inside we have a bunch of fairly small holes given what they had to accomplish. We moved the hideous piping to the main and relocated it in the closet. We chose to not have them re patch and do it ourselves as that was additional costs. At the end of the day, my whole house was repiped inside and out and got a new water heater installed. Amazing! Bait and switch? Website clearly says they repair all sheetrock and clean up their mess. I have holes all over my house and a pile of debris on my porch. I did notice all the copper was removed, must have stopped by the recycler? I hired a professional, payed professional prices, and am left with thousands more in repairs. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. When a hot water pipe recently burst in our Redmond home doing about $50K in damage, I knew I would have to Repipe our house. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. I usually do not leave feed back unless it is outstanding or a scam. I am happy to say Repipe Masters is a fantastic company all around to deal with. I am a contractor myself and after 40 years running my site contracting business I kind of know something about quality work and professionalism. First the quote was quick and very completive, it was right around what I estimated to self perform the work which was much less than the other bids I got. The crew showed up on time. I was on my site working, my wife called in a big panic, she said 3 trucks and 6 guys showed up and are taking over the whole house. I came home to find Nick and his crew attacking the project which delighted me. Nick told me they were even down 2 men but would still get my 3,000 sq. foot home done in one day. They were very strategic about wall and ceiling penetrations and covered all the floors and carpets. They changed out a shower valve as an extra but did not gouge me on the price.
