All new fixtures and plumbing in the wall. Excellent work.

Called on a Saturday answered the phone. Came out Monday to look at the job, made a recommendation. Was happy to get the new fixture needed, but also said we could and save some. Came back today and completed the project. Great experience. Derrick came out.

Here is the access into the crawl space, I will never understand how he crawled through this mess to get to the other side of the house!

Hired this company to repair a burst waterpipe on 1/17/24. Derrik Benlien was the Sewer & Drain Specialsit that performed the repair. Cannot say enough good stuff about this guy's quality of work, efficiency and professionalism. He was in and out in one hour and repair complete. The project required a belly-crawl through wet crawl-space and very little headroom, not even enough room to sit. He also followed me to my Son's house to assess a burst hose bib and recognized that a simple replacement hose bib would do the trick. No charge for his time and his recommendation that saved me hundreds of dollars. I do not leave too many reviews on social media as it should be done only in circumstances where the service provided was way beyond average and this experience fits that bill. From their Office manager to the Field Techs, all the way around good people who I will defintely use and recommend for all plumbing needs. Thanks again Derrik!

Poor workmanship by original builder.

An area of our gutter storm drain pipe was heavily clogged with dirt, mud, and debris due to faulty work by the builder. Pipelining Northwest was very responsive and provided us a fair quote to fix our drain. Their teams of specialists were very knowledgeable, experienced, and did a wonderful job replacing a 6 foot section of our storm drain. From start to finish, they were very professional and made sure the job was completed correctly to my liking. They even hydro jetted our French drain. I'm so glad I found this company on Yelp! I highly recommend them.

Backyard where sewer pipe is located and they cleaned.

Water was backing out and a technician from another company recommended hydro jet cleaning and gave a bid. I wanted to get more bids and check the whole sewer pipe. Steve and Derrik came out the same day after a few hours and cleaned and charged a lot less than other companies. They were on top and was truly trying to help me save money and did excellent job. They are really customer friendly and professional and I would highly recommend to everybody. It is pleasure to meet such people who care not just try to make money.

I started getting estimates from different companies, and Wyatt from Piper's came out to see the scope of the work. Whenever hiring contractors I try to understand beforehand the work involved with the hypothetical if I had to do the work myself, that way when walking through the project with the person giving an estimate it helps me figure out the rough bound of what I think the project should cost in labor and materials and to help me catch if there's additional "work" or costs that get put into the bid. With this in mind, when Wyatt walked through the issues he saw and roughly the work involved to fix the issues, it was nothing but an accurate assessment. I felt comfortable bouncing ideas of what made sense to try and tackle in the scope of the repair and what might be unnecessary as there was no real sense of an upsell, just what seemed like honest, professional opinions. Time is money for lots of these companies, and sometimes estimates get rushed which happened in some of the estimates I received; but not with Piper's. They took the time to understand what my priorities were, what constraints there were, and give fair realistic suggestions. After accepting what I believed to be a very fair bid, they were able to schedule the work and came exactly when they said they would. My plumber was Wyatt with a secondary helper - both did a fantastic job and were great at what they needed to do, so only praise there. They were respectful, used shoe covers and moving pads so as to not track dirt on my carpet, cleaned up all the debris from the work, and showed great care in their work. They also were considerate of my requests to minimize the cuts into the drywall and whereas many other bids told me it was necessary to cut drywall in three different rooms for the work they took on the extra inconvenience and were able to keep all the cuts contained to just the bathroom. Time will tell how well the work holds up, but as of now I have the utmost confidence the work will last.

So your Plumber's honesty, professionalism and quick response to our call has earned out trust for future calls. Thank you.

She was very helpful and kind. I had the electrician (Aaron) come in and inspect. He did a very thorough inspection and found out what had tripped the breaker. He went above and beyond. I will be honest in that they did a good job locating the main drain and was very thorough. Because they gained my trust at first, I decided to inquire an estimate for a full plumbing build. This is new drains, new grease trap, install of equipment, and new pipes. It's a big project. I imagined it would be very expensive but they offered financing so it was doable in the long run for me. The company came to inspect the space to finalize an estimate for me. They told me I had to purchase all the equipment and have it on site on the day that they start the job. The first estimate was around $40k. And the idea was I would finance through Greensky and pay half down. Before I decided on anything, I specifically asked if they would include "installation" of all the equipment. They repeatedly said yes. Once we got the estimate, I went ahead and scheduled the work. This included me procurring all the equipment, ordering everything on time, and arriving on site. The one equipment that I was incredibly afraid of ordering was the grease trap. We sent over multiple text messages with a link to the model that the company suggested and each time, the person I was working with confirmed that was the correct model. When the day came, the plumber that they "sent" out did an overview with me before starting work and noticed a lot of huge oversight. He noticed that our space did not have proper venting but was told by the company that there was upon first inspection. He told me that I needed extra equipment to support some of the equipment I had already bought according to the plumbing plans (the original person who came in to look at the space did not ask to see the plans). He also told me that the grease trap I bought was INCORRECT and would not fit. I had spent $10k purchasing equipment for SW plumbing to do NOTHING. And so I called and canceled the whole job because now my $40k went up to $70k and it is just downright cruel. For a small bar at 700 sq ft, they wanted to charge me $70k, and tried to tell me that the install for the equipment is a $20k job. I complained. And their relations team reached out. They told me that they would purchase a new grease trap for me due to the miscommunication and they want to do right by me. Because I don't trust them, I did not accept it at first and told them I have to think about it. Turns out, I was right. I asked them if there were any obligations to this and they said no. I confirmed with them that the estimates were all cancelled, and they said yes. When time came to ask them about it, they then turned around and told me that they would only give me a free grease trap if I went with their services. I don't believe in writing scathing reviews for any business. I know we all gotta eat. But, this experience was so horrifiyng and I am left with a $900 grease trap that doesn't work for my space and SW Plumbing could care less if they made a wrong suggestion to a small business. They don't understand that they've just cost me so much more than just a piece of equipment. I do not recommend. Find your community and ask for local reputable people. These big box companies are out to gauge you and twist their words.

An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet".
