Hired this company to repair a burst waterpipe on 1/17/24. Derrik Benlien was the Sewer & Drain Specialsit that performed the repair. Cannot say enough good stuff about this guy's quality of work, efficiency and professionalism. He was in and out in one hour and repair complete. The project required a belly-crawl through wet crawl-space and very little headroom, not even enough room to sit. He also followed me to my Son's house to assess a burst hose bib and recognized that a simple replacement hose bib would do the trick. No charge for his time and his recommendation that saved me hundreds of dollars. I do not leave too many reviews on social media as it should be done only in circumstances where the service provided was way beyond average and this experience fits that bill. After being advised by our water district that our usage had shot up, we isolated the problem to a broken water line between our meter and home. We did our diligence and got three bids, including from Pipelining NW. All three bids included the same service of digging a trench and laying in new water line of same material and hooking up to our home with new shut off valve. I was shocked at the bid difference between the three installers. Like $6,000 difference for essentially the same job. Pipelining was first to submit a bid and came out the lowest. I originally worked with a different Plumbing company and they ran a cable but couldn't completely remove the clog. They recommended Hydro Jetting as the next step and quoted me $2K extra if I wanted the job done. I had to sign up for a Diamond Membership for $18/month for 1 year to bring down the cable price a bit. I decided to email 6-7 plumbing companies for a quote. Cody from Pipelining Northwest responded back within 5 minutes. We spoke over the phone and he walked me thru what to expect and I was able to get an appointment for the next day at 1 PM for $575 if Hydro Jetting is needed compared to the $2K. Cody & Austin arrived right on time, they ran the camera and realized the pipe had two hard turns back to back and was able to get it cleaned out after a couple of toilet flushes. They were able to identify the root cause, provided video footage, and willing to speak to the builder since the home is still under warranty. As a gesture of good faith, I wasn't charged for this job since they didn't have to perform Hydro Jetting. Cody & Austin did an outstanding job with honesty & integrity. I needed a new sewer line and most of my sewer was under a stamped concrete patio. Due to the fact that I have two sewer lines connected to my main sewer, they had to make a 3x3 access hole. It took them only about 8 hours over 2 days from start to finish and I have a new sewer line. Redoing the concrete will not be a problem. Very satisfied and would use them again and recommend them highly. Re-piping is defiantly the way to go. And they removed a large bush that had nothing to do with their job. One star because the guys that came out were pleasant. Otherwise, if I could give zero stars, I probably would. I had a poor experience due to awful communication. Or lack of communication since I haven't heard back despite messaging them. I requested a quote through Yelp for a clogged storm drain on Friday 02/26 and Steve responded quickly that same day stating that he'd be able to come out on Monday. I replied that anytime before 5pm would work and never heard back from him. I messaged him on Sunday 02/28 asking if I'm still expecting someone to come out to my house the next day because he never asked my address or gave me a time. He did not reply to me, but instead had someone else text me the next day on Monday 03/01 (the day they were supposed to come out to my house). I gave them my info and updated them that anytime before 330pm would work for me. They said they weren't able to do that and we picked a new day/time. They asked me to call them later to talk. I asked if I could call them now and they left me on read. So I replied an hour later that they can just call me whenever. The text was received/read, but I never got a response or call. The guys came out the next day Tuesday 03/02, said my storm drain was clogged and that they'd send me a quote the next day for the work that would need to be done to fix it (excavation and hydrojetting). They said it'd be a couple thousand dollars and that the money I paid today would be credited towards that project. Didn't hear anything or receive a quote for a couple days so I message Steve back though our existing Yelp message on Friday 03/05 before the weekend, inquiring whether I would be getting that quote. He didn't reply, but I then received an email of the invoice for what I had already paid. I sent him a 2nd message thinking that maybe he thought I meant the invoice when I really meant the quote for the excavation. It's been 5 days and I still haven't heard back! I wasn't sure if I did something wrong on my part because I thought that I had been clear, calm, and very patient, etc. but I'm over it. I do not wish to hear back from this company. I don't even care about the $230.11 I paid them. I would've been understanding if they had just said something/anything (i.e. we're really busy right now, but we'll reach out in a couple weeks OR we're not interested/looking to take on this project) instead of just ignoring me and wasting my time. I thought I posted this several weeks back, so here is another attempt! During the cold freeze in January, my pipe broke and flooded my house. I had used Pipelining a year ago (see that review) and was again, very thankful that they responded so quickly (on a Sunday), talking me through how to turn off the water as my kitchen and living room was filling with water. They sent out Derrik the next day, who was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and so great to deal with. He easily explained how we would need to access the broken pipe (behind a built in desk) and an alternative, if necessary. Luckily, the water restoration company also came out and ended up having to open up the wall, where Derrik was able to efficiently fix and wrap the pipe. He then found and fixed another pipe under the house that had cracked open in several areas. Because of this second phenomenal experience with this company, I contacted Derrik 2 days ago to come fix my parents slow draining washing machine. He came out today, quickly identified the plumbing problem and is coming back tomorrow to fix it!
