Save yourself the time, and money. I was referred to…read moreMitchell Plumbing from a work associate. I was remodeling my bathroom. I got the bid to do quite a bit of work in an old house. I needed the toilet moved, as well as the plumbing for both the shower, and sink. I also had them remove the hot water heater, and fix some of the plumbing work around it. It went great initially. They came out and did most of the work the first day, but had to come back the next day to fix some things. Over all no problems at all except for the $6000 dollar bill for one days work. The real problems came when it was time to put everything back together. My newly remodeled bathroom needed the fixtures done, the toilet and hot water heater put back in. The appt was scheduled for a Monday at 1pm, of which they showed up at 3:30, and told me they could only work for an hour. So, they put the toilet in, and left without doing anything else. They came back on a Wednesday to finish. Of which they chipped the tile in my shower, didn't place the plumbing in the right spot for the vanity, so the drawer wouldn't close, I also didn't have any pressure when using the hot water. They left and told me everything was working perfectly(apparently didn't check) they sent the estimator of Friday because "they had a big job going now, and didn't have anyone to send" the estimator was quite rude and condescending, and left without actually fixing anything. Because of this "big job" they weren't able to send any one until the following Wednesday. Of which they then charged me $200 extra because of a "mineral deposit removal" All in all. I had 4 projects for them to accomplish, all together it took them 2 days, they charged me $8000 and they messed up 3 of them, and left me to figure it out. Save yourself, and use someone else. My hot water still doesn't have good pressure.

The clarity there made me confident that even if it was a different issue once they looked into it, I could trust how they were operating. Once they arrived, Nathan and Caesar, were kind, prompt and clean in their work. They even took the time to acknowledge/answer my kids questions as they did their work. I…read moreread the other Yelp reviews about his many problems, but I thought, a leaky toilet is a relatively small job, (fixing a leaking toilet is like Plumbing 101 right?). Sam seems so friendly at first--and he convinced me he knew what he was doing. But, $350 later, my toilets were not fixed at all. Sam agreed to come over to re-fix and actually did stop by again to state that he knew what he needed to do, and that he would order more parts and fix the toilets. But, since then, I have not been able to reach him. I have called and emailed him at least once a day for a month. I even used different phone numbers--but he did not answer his phone or emails--ever. It is also important to know that Sam is not verified by the state to do plumbing work. Like TM said, this can be verified by going to the state website (https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/) and typing in "Green T." I have also posted a screenshot from the website.
