I can't say enough about Gary's Pipelining and Drain cleaning Crew and Operation. They keep me inform as the process progress. It started with a flooded basement, which I never had a problem before, which is a different problem. I call the local sewer dept, ask them to check and see, if there was a obstruction in the line. They didn't find anything. Call a plumber to check the line, it looks like a sag between the house and the street, it was be on his scope of work. He referred me to Gary's Pipelining and Drain Clearing. They came out the same day and scope the line. Found out there was a sag in the line and also some roots, neither one is not a good thing. The sewer line is down 5 ft and needed to be trench 15 ft to make the repair. They start working on it that Monday morning. The Scope of work was Saw cut Asphalt, expose sewer line, remove sag in pipe, Hydro jet to cut roots and clean cast-iron pipe in to the house, install 57 ft liner in existing pipe, install a proper clean out, obtain an inspection, backfill and patch asphalt. They were done Friday morning. The only interruption in service was cutting in the section of pipe and the lining of existing pipe, which took a little longer. The reason to line the pipe, which is an option, is the roots will grow back in a couple of years. This will help prevent that. Thank you Dave S. read more

I requested the replacement of my sump pump, the addition of a sump pump alarm and having my outdoor drainage system checked out with a camera. Jason and Tony were amazing! I only have good things to say about them and their work. They were patient with me and all my questions (I had many)! They showed up when they said they would and were good at communicating about everything they were going to do. They were polite and took their shoes off without even being asked! Amazing. I've had other tradespeople get annoyed when I asked them to do so and only agreed begrudgingly. They cleaned everything up thoroughly before leaving. I can't think of a single thing to say about how they, or the company, could improve. I ultimately had contact with 3 separate individuals who all responded immediately and professionally, with detailed, informative feedback and advice, quite noticeably shared with a great deal of industry knowledge and experience for our particular issue. They were out the next day to provide a thorough assessment of the situation along with a very reasonable quote that couldn't be beat (as promised by the company!) within our conversation, we were scheduled the next day to begin the project, along with the necessary permits and inspection to be completed within a 3-day turnaround. I hired Gary's Pipelining & Drain Services to repair/replace a sewer line. My property settled and it caused the existing pipe to shift so that it was flat. As a result, it wasn't draining. EJ, Oscar, Hugo, and Erik were fantastic. They arrived on time each day, worked hard, and did a great job protecting my yard and replacing plants and landscaping that were moved during the digging and repairing. EJ came over right away, expertly assessed the problem, provided a reasonable bid and started work the same day. Antonio and Bronson worked so hard, had to dig my clay soil for hours with a jackhammer, but were consistantly smiling, up beat, professional, and polite. hello there, our toilet and tub were not working this was on friday,tried everthing plunging snaking and chemicals all weekend still not right. Called Garys pipeling monday Edward came out using his camera down our pipes and found it had collapsed and blocked 90% of the pipe. Brian was incredible on all fronts. He is definitely knowledgeable, innovative, honest, and a great problem solver. My day was an incredibly stressful day with all sorts of issues. I couldn't be more pleased with Gary's Pipelining. They were very professional, thorough and efficient in assessing our clogged drain. They discovered a corroded pipe with two holes that had to be removed and replaced. The concrete floor had to be jackhammered so it was quite an undertaking. I called Gary's on a Thursday with a problem with roots in my main sewer line and a big belly in the line, causing backups into my folks' house. They came out the next day, jetted the line and fixed the belly. They coordinated directly with the city for permits and inspections. Excellent service start to finish. Finished job ahead of schedule. Found a fractured section of a cast iron pipe under my cement floor without using a camera. With a camera found a hole in my outside clay pipe. Another service found neithor. My neighbor has used this service 3 times over the years. read more
