"Nate is a true master plumber. I had a 27 year-old shower cartridge which was seized and trapped behind a blind wall with zero rear access. To make it more difficult, a previous handyman had twisted the pipe out of alignment. Nate carefully extracted the old parts and custom fitted the new cartridge surgically from the front, and completely saved me from a major wall demolition project. If you have a complex plumbing problem that requires elite technical skill and patience, Nate is the guy you want holding the wrench read more

Nate is my go to plumber, and once again he was very helpful. I needed to reduce pressure in the shower and he recommended a great new shower head with variable pressure. Always competent, helpful and friendly, highly recommended! read more

I must say that these reviews don't lie. Nate picked up my call on the first ring, came in to fix the issue and the job was complete within a matter of a couple of hours. His rates are reasonable and he is a really nice person. I have dealt with people who don't know how to talk to humans these days. Nate is very professional and spent a lot of time doing the work and simultaneously educating us on the other jobs we had to be done. I will suggest to get his help for anyone out there who has a plumbing emergency. Thank you Nate ..it was nice meeting you and doing business with you. read more

2 years on and Nate is still the first person I call when I have plumbing issues. Just in the last week and a half, Nate has worked on replacing a broken sump pump and snaking mu bathtub. During all jobs, Nate is professional, curteous, punctual, a good communicator, and fair with prices. It's 2022 and I still highly recommend him. What are you waiting for? read more

Grateful to all of the Yelp recommendations since as many mentioned Nate is really honest, kind, and good to work with when you have those messy situations! A year ago we had Nate out when we had an issue with one of our bathrooms, he fixed that quickly and efficiently and noted a problem with our other bathroom. We had just recently had it finished by a contractor and he recommended that we get the original contractor to come out and fix it since it would be a costly fix and smarter to go through him since the issue was due to it not being properly installed the first time. This time around our kitchen faucet was leaking and Nate had us text pictures of the issue and gave us a range estimate ahead of time. He came out promptly and did another impressive seamless job with fixing it. So grateful we found Nate and looking forward to recommending him to others in our neighborhood! read more

Nate will be our go-to plumber from now on. He fixed a faucet and saved us from replacing a toilet. He's personable, hard-working, and very skilled in plumbing. read more

We had a cap on the end of a water pipe crack and start leaking into our master bath and crawl space. Nate was able to come out the next day and braved the crawl space. Based on what he saw, he isolated the leak to a wall upstairs. He managed to cut a hole in the exact right spot to find the leak, and had it capped in just a few minutes. He was extremely professional. I will certainly call him for any future plumbing work. read more

Nate is the most honest, ethical plumber I've dealt with in Bellevue. When I had a job too big to handle, he came out right away and fixed my kids shower for them. Later, when my own shower began leaking, he convinced me I could fix it myself and walked me through step-by-step rather than coming out and charging a fee. Nate is not a family member or a friend I know... He's just a good hearted, high character guy who happens to be a great plumber too. read more

There are 3 things you need in a great plumber.... Timely response and appointment, quality work and a transparent reasonable price. Nate checks all three and some. I contacted 10 plumbers for a leak I had in a rental property over a holiday weekend. Half the plumbers did not respond and the other half were booked a week out. Nate returned my call same day and came out to do the job the next day. He was upfront about cost/timing and completed the job exactly as agreed. I have found my new go-to plumber. read more

He called to ask specific questions about my project, which is always a good sign. Showed up on time and fixed my faucet. No problems.

I had a leak in a toilet shut off valve, and called Nate for help. He responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and not only fixed that problem, but two others as well. He's a wonderful plumber and a wonderful person -- interesting, kind, and smart. He's my go-to person for any future plumbing problems. Our HOA will be publishing a newsletter with recommendations for contractors, and I've submitted his name for that list. read more

Nate has been servicing our home for the last 5 years, from clearing drains, replacing faucets and drains, to updating shower valves. He is the person to call for all plumbing issues. He is on-time and respects your home and we trust him so much that we have no problem leaving him alone in the house. His prices are very reasonable and he backs up his work. Feel completely confident hiring him. You'll never look to anyone else once you do. read more

Like everyone else I can't say enough about Nate and his work ethic and the awesome job he does, he explains everything, his rates are reasonable, he is also very courteous and friendly. I had an outside faucet that had to be replaced (it was from 1989) and it turned out to be a little bit more of a job than it seemed. Nate explained what he needed to do, he did it and when he was done you couldn't tell he had been working under the sink and even did some soldering. He cleans everything up perfectly. read more

Responded quickly to our clogged kitchen sink and was able to snake out the clog that was about 40' in (so my 25' snake was not able to reach it). Offered to replace our under-sink drain pipes (which I knew were not up to code) for a reasonable price, so I took him up on the offer. Was very professional and efficient, and I'm very happy with the results. read more

Nate came out within a couple of days of calling, clear communicator, told me what he planned to do, what's going on, gave me a couple of options along the way, cleaned up after himself as much as possible and was pleasant to talk with in general Probably one of the best plumbers I worked with granted I dealt with only a handful so far. Definitely will use Nate again. read more

Highly recommend! Nate was prompt, honest and efficient. He came to fix a mysterious leak under my kitchen sink, and I loved how he analyzed the not so obvious problem, and gave me the best solution to fix it. He even said there was no need execute a lot of my ideas that were more expensive, and was very convincing about why a certain solution was required. Did not use any scare tactics or try to upsell. He even showed me how I could caulk on my own so I didn't have to pay him for his time to do it. Finally when I decided to tip him, he resisted it so much! I would highly recommend him! Update: 5 months later, and looks like the mysterious leak really did get fixed! yay! read more

Nate did a great job diagnosing and fixing a clogged drain. It was a soft plug and he realized what it was and then cleared it out of the muck. A little expensive but we now can use all our sinks, so worth it! read more

We had another issue and had to call Nate again. And the service was top notch just like the last time. He quoted me a price range over the phone and updated expectations once he was on-site. Our plumbing is really old and there were a few complications (old house, nothing that he did), so our bill was higher than initially expected. However, Nate did as much as could to keep extra costs to a minimum. I cannot underscore enough what a great plumber he is and the quality of his work. I'm only writing this update because it's odd these days to find someone this reliable and honest. And OMG so funny! Like I said on my first review, customers for life! read more

We adore Nate. I called several other top-ranted plumbers in our area and chose Nate because he asked the right questions at the onset to give me an accurate estimate for our water heater installation. He has a great sense of humor and he's willing to work with you to figure out how to give you the best experience. Such a knowledgeable, thoughtful and easy going person. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Nate! We will definitely call on you again in the future! read more

Nate was quick to answer the call and had time to stop by that day. All and all, a great experience. Nate took the time to explain the situation and what my options were. He made sure I understood what work was needed and what it would cost. Very professional and a great good to talk with. I will keep his number handy and call again for other plumbing needs. read more

Nate is very friendly, funny, and he does great work! It was a pleasure working with him and I would definitely recommend Aquarius to my friends. I appreciated his troubleshooting tips and diagnosis over the phone, and that he gave his price over the phone. He arrived on time. He was thorough and tidy. For example, he noticed and fixed an issue with a pipe's angle and a broken drain stopper for no extra charge. Even the logo on the drain of a new garbage disposal was lined up to look pretty. read more

I always believed that you should have two things in life, an honest mechanic and an honest plumber. Well, I've found my plumber. Called Nate on Friday when I found water damage down in the basement near my hot water heaters that had obviously been happening for a while. He was able to come by that afternoon to assess the situation. After thoroughly inspecting the area, he pinpointed three failing parts, any of which could be the cause. He placed a bucket under the leaky area and said that he would call on Monday with a quote. Normally I would be uncomfortable with not getting a leak fixed immediately, but Nate seemed confident that everything would be ok. Sure enough he called on Monday with a quote that seemed like fair, honest price, and arranged to come by the following day. He arrived on time, changed out the faulty parts and found a fourth issue that involved welding copper pipe, which he corrected for free! "No charge. On the house." During the entire process he was courteous, communicated clearly and thoroughly and gave me the feeling that everything would be done right the first time. He even guarantees his work for a year. If you need a plumber, stop searching and call Nate. Seriously, scroll back up and call the number. read more

This is the second time we have had Nathan do plumbing repairs for us. The first time he repaired a clog in a bathroom sink. We were so happy with his service we didn't hesitate to call him back. This time he repaired a leaky sink in the kitchen. The house is old and the original plumbing is a challenge. He let us know from the start that there could be problems with the old galvanized pipe. He kept us apprised of the situation as he worked. What seemed like a fix turned out to have more issues. He removed more old pipe and got to solid plumbing that would work. He completed the work, all the while keeping his prices to his minimums working with our budget. The original plumbing was atrocious and scabbed together. When Nathan left, the plumbing was obviously done by a professional. It looked right and worked right , too! We will continue to use Nathan and refer him to anyone needing plumbing repair. read more

Nate, the plumber, is responsive to phone calls and texts. He also tries to diagnose the problem over the phone to determine its urgency and then schedules accordingly. Why is this important to a home owner who knows nothing about plumbing but has a water issue? Because instead of being told to look elsewhere, Nate responds and gives his opinion. He's come out twice to fix separate issues. While he was at my house he noticed that my water heaters didn't have a thermal expansion tank, which it needed. I called the company that installed the water heaters 2 years ago to inquire and sure enough they came out and installed it, apologizing for the oversight. Nate's prices are fair. I would recommend him as your go-to plumber for any plumbing issues! read more

I called and spoke with Nate after reading all the glowing reviews here on Yelp. I explained about the problems we were having which involved having from diminished to no hot water in our bathrooms, but plenty of hot water in the kitchen. After I answered some pertinent questions, Nate offered to come diagnose the exact problem, but it sounded like what we were going to need is a repipe job, which his company doesn't do. I was so impressed with Nate after talking to him, it pained me to have to go with another company in the end. But I am so glad to have found him, so that next time we need an emergency repair, we will confidentially be calling Aquarius Plumbing. read more

I called Nate in the morning about a running toilet and the first thing he did was offer to walk me through fixing it myself. I had him come out and he came right on time, was professional and personable. Finding an honest plumber is awesome. And as a bonus, he's really funny. If you need a plumber, this is your guy. read more

Nate was everything one could expect in an expert plumber. Scheduling an appointment with him was quick and easy (just leave a message, and he'll call you back within a few minutes), and he said he could be available if I needed to rush the job and get it done that day. His price quote was slightly higher than some of the competition, but when I described the problem to him he knew just how to handle it, as opposed to the other companies that seemed less knowledgeable about my particular issue. He gave a relatively wide appointment window, but on the day of service I texted him and asked for a bit more specificity; he was able to narrow the window down to two hours. He also told me he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He did, and sure enough arrived right in his projected time window. Nate's a real character in person (in a good way), and I enjoyed chatting with him before and after my service. He completed the work relatively quickly, did a great job (as far as I can tell), and left the room cleaner than it was when he arrived. He also provided a one-year guarantee on his work, which was nice (if it leaks in the first year, he'll come out and fix it for free). I can't say I have much experience in dealing with plumbing companies, but Nate seemed like a reliable, trustworthy professional. If I need a plumber again, I won't hesitate to call back. read more

Nate is unbelievable. It's not surprising that all his reviews are 5 stars. He's very honest about the price, the work, how to fix it, and even if you really want to save money, how you can do it yourself if you're willing. We had a leak with our tub. He made it his mission to find it. He couldn't find the leak originally and then left for another job. When I was able to duplicate the leak, he immediately returned and was determined to figure it out. He found it and worked around our schedule to fix the leak since we were also doing remodeling in our house and bathrooms. There was an occasion where he had to return a couple of days later after the fix because there was still an issue but he didn't charge us for that visit. Come to find out, it had to do with something else and he fixed that as well. You don't find very many great people that take pride in their work and can joke around on the job and have fun with you to lighten the mood. He's come over to my house now around 4 different times to where he jokes around that I'm making excuses for him to come over, lol. The guy is all around great and does great work! read more

Our well pump/tank stopped working today. Of course Murphys law - three day weekend so none of the repair shops were open. We called Aquarious after my FIL recommended them. It's rare these days that you find a truly skilled, knowledgeable, ethical and professional tradesman in Seattle. When it comes to plumbing and heating, Nate with Aquarius Plumbing & Heating is that person. Nate helped us with numerous plumbing issues that our home inspector overlooked. I absolutely recommend Aquarius Plumbing. We called Nate to rehook the plumbing and install a vessel bowl after we remodeled two of our bathrooms. He is very knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. I had called another 5 star Yelp plumbing company for an estimate and did not go with them. The prices were out of line and the plumber didn't seem confident as to what to do. I called Nate right away and chose to wait a couple of days for his availability. I rarely write reviews, but the quality of work and customer service was wonderful. I also like to support sole proprietors rather than the big companies. read more

I have finally found my go-to guy: Nate of Aquarius Plumbing. He gets creative when the challenge has no clear answers. In my old rambler, he was able to fix the shower faucet and the leaking toilet which was set in a wrong way originally. Highly recommend! read more

I had multiple things that needed to be done in the Kitchen. Nate came in and reviewed what was needed to correct leaks, replace a fixture and hook up a dishwasher. I will hire him again! read more

When our kitchen light started leaking toilet water, we knew a plumber visit was necessary. Nate was my husband's first call based on the other reviews, and thank goodness - we won't be going elsewhere for plumbing needs again. He showed up the next day, took the time he needed to be thorough (but didn't linger more than necessary), and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. Thanks, Nate! read more

Nate once again did a great job! He was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed. He walked through everything he did step by step and gave me some helpful tips. Prompt and friendly service, we have had no issues with the work a month down the road. Would recommend to friends.

We had a 22-year-old soaking tub faucet that suddenly started a very fast drip over the weekend. I looked on Yelp to locate a plumber and found Aquarius and the high ratings. I called the number and Nate answered. I explained the problem and he asked if I could send him photos of the faucet and he would get back to me with a quote. I texted the photos to him, expecting to hear back later in the day. Nope--he responded within 15 minutes (!!!) with a bid. Even better, he was able to fit us into his schedule the very next day. It was a repair requiring parts we wouldn't have been able to find at Home Depot, and skills we didn't have. He even called us 30 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. A+ service! read more
