My 60 yr old mainline exterior copper pipe cracked and flooded my basement through a window well. What a mess! I was out of town when it happened. Water service company turned off water at meter but it had been leaking for days. I got 4 quotes for either repair or replacement. Kenny and Sam responded quickly and excavated the site and found the crack where the copper pipe entered the foundation. They did a spot repair with PEX pipe and replaced the shut-off valve inside the house. After seeing how corroded the copper pipe was, I decided to have the 30 ft copper line replaced with PEX. They explained the pros and cons and were good guys, not high pressure sales types. Very credible. The next day they came back and replaced the copper main line from the house to the meter. They tunneled under my front sidewalk and didn't have to cut the concrete. They were careful to have the gas pipe mapped and avoid digging it its line. Very efficient. This is not a review for their work as I ultimately didn't move forward. However, I really recommend and commend this business (Sam and Kenny). I had a likely outdoor leak, which I confirmed on the meter and worried about. Newline pipe solutions sent out Kenny the next day and fit my schedule (I get off work after 7pm often). Kenny walked through every detail, gave me reassurance that the leak for now was small. And offered some pathways to work with our budget. I have a rental property, it had a hole in the drain pipe of the kitchen sink. My tenants have two young children and needed to coordinate Sam's work with their daycare pick up and drop off. There were three of us to coordinate with and it was not a simple process. I went into the situation being very stressed about my ability to make sure this got done quickly for them as dishes piled up in the sink every day it went unaddressed. After replacing the pipes as requested, Sam recommended that I replace the garbage disposal and sink faucet. Sam was clear that the garbage disposal probably needed to be replaced sooner rather than later because it was dripping, but that the sink faucet didn't need to be replaced right away just that I should know it was getting to the end of its reasonable usage due to rust. Very high quality of work and I felt very satisfied with the entire interaction, which is rare nowadays. I would rank them as one of the best across all contractors I've worked with (including garage, electrical, painters, and previous plumbing contractors). I had reached out to ~6-7 different companies to help fix a faulty pressure regulator valve installation from a previous contractor, as well as install a new sink. What stuck out to me with Newline was their extremely prompt replies, quick virtual quotes, and straightforward conversations. Kenny and Willem came out this week to fix our underground downspout that was not draining correctly. We initially thought we needed hydrojetting, but they scoped it first and found we just needed to re-grade the pipe. I got a number of quotes and Sam's quote was the most fair. Sam was great! My first problem was that the plumbing was backing up. Sam was able to come the next day, but I didn't want to wait that long since a backed up sewer filling the bath tub and a clogged toilet is gross. He immediately referred me to another company, Jafco Sewer Repair, that mostly does clogs who came the same day. Apparently we had tree roots in the entire line. Filled up half a garbage bag! Anyhow, back to Sam. I scheduled him to come a week later to quote me for a water pressure regulator. The pressure was 90 and code is 80. He set the regulator to be at 75. Everything is working great. His price was $100 less than another quote I got. He noticed that our incoming lines were galvanized pipes and gave us a quote to replace it. We just can't afford to do it now, but I'll definitely contact Sam when the pipes give out or we have some spare funds to do so. read more

I had a sewer blockage issue which Sam & Kenny fixed by installing a clean out and doing a hydro jet etc. This was done immediately after calling them and for a fair price . But since then I have had 2 problems: a) The hole that they dug was filled up after a couple of days but it was a pretty average job. We cannot tell where the clean out opening is unless we remove some more mud b) They said that they applied for a permit and got it approved but they are not sharing the permit with me. It has been two weeks since they finished the work but I am getting no useful response from Sam. Only response I got from Sam is that their office guy is out of town. Sam is not picking up my calls also. I now doubt if they have even applied for a permit or finished the work without permit, which is a risk for my property. Beware of this when you book them. So, while I was initially impressed with the quick turnaround and fair price, I am disappointed that they are not finishing the rest of the promised things and more importantly not responding to my calls. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional attitude to avoid calls from customer. read more

I'm really confused that every other review is five stars... I can't imagine my experience was a one-off thing since my experience with Pipe Right has dragged out for more than a month, so it's not like they were just having a busy day or something. Is everyone else family and friends? Always a possibility. I gave two stars instead of one because they did at least fix my leak. I had a two-handled set up in my tub/shower, and they told me no one makes two-handled trim anymore (a quick check on Home Depot shows that's not the case). They told me they had to repipe it to a single handle. So they did the work, fixed the leaky valve, and installed new trim. Great. But here's where things go south. I asked for a handle that controls volume and temperature. They didn't have one so they ordered one, told me the date it was supposed to get delivered, and said they'd come replace the temporary one they had already installed. A couple of weeks later I called and left a message asking when they could install the new trim. No answer. I called repeatedly over the next week and left messages but got no response. I finally got someone on the phone and he told me he needed to call the supplier to see what was up and he would call me right back. No call. So again I called and called with no response. I finally got an email saying they had the trim and would come install it on X day. That day came and nothing. No one showed up. No one called. No one returned my calls. I left a fairly angry voicemail saying I was really unhappy with the service I've received and still no response. So now I need to find a new plumber to come replace the handle/valve/trim I didn't want in the first place. Lesson learned: don't pay until ALL the work is done. We needed the drain pipes under the slab dug up and replaced and they also fixed our sewer pipe that needed it too. I've had some issues with my sewer in the past couple years, with a another company said I should maintenance my sewer once a year for roots. Well I had it back up 2 times in 6 months 2nd time I called Pipe Right. Kenny came out at 9 pm at night to clear the blockage after we discovered our basement was flooded. He set up his machine and cleared the blockage, camera the sewer with this reel and located a few really rough sections in our 75 year old sewer line. Well we did not want to deal with our sewer flooding our basement again so we had a bid to replace it. Willem and his helper came out the next week and dig up two holes really deep ones! Pulled a new pipe through our old one from the house to the sidewalk and did a liner to the city main under the street. Project took 4 days and they cleaned up the area.
