This guy called and showed up in a half hour, fixed my sprinklers, checked all the rest of my sprinklers and his price was very reasonable. Very professional and friendly. read more

Juan Rodriguez came to our home, took one look at the dry patches in the front lawn, made an astute observation, did the quick repair and was done in about an hour. The guy knows his business, works efficiently and his rates are reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

Juan and his crew are prompt, kind and know everything there is to know about irrigation! I have used their services many times and would recommend them to anyone wanting an experienced team! read more

Juan did a complete overhaul and update of our 5 zone irrigation system. Replaced all the valves (at my request) and several heads he noticed were malfunctioning. He even helped me set up the new Wi-Fi controller so I can manage it all from my phone. Great recommendations, hard work, fair price. Could not be happier. Would definitely recommend him and his team. read more

Answered the phone on the first call. Showed up early and got right to work. Would recommend to anyone. Great price as well.

Slow to return calls, but fine job after he is contacted. Low cost compared to other sprinkler services in the area. Recommended.

Juan and his team are excellent -- we were very impressed by how quickly they diagnosed and addressed leaks and issues with our irrigation system. They tamed our sprinklers in very short order and the bill was super reasonable. Will be the first people we call going forward! read more

We found it's easy to find landscape companies willing to put in irrigation systems. It is not easy to find a company with experience to provide maintenance or do upgrades to a current system. We couldn't have asked or more by working with Rodriguez Irrigation & Backflow Services. They were responsive, timely, and absolutely professional. The bid they sent was reasonably priced. We are 100% satisfied with their work. We will definitely call them back for our backflow testing when that service requirement comes up again. Kudos and thanks to Juan and his team! read more

Super quick, super easy, super helpful, and reasonable prices. Emailed them on a Thursday, and we agreed they would show up on Wed. Had some sprinklers that needed replacement, a busted pipe and wanted to convert my old rainbird controller to one of these new wireless controller (Rachio). Juan showed up as promised at 9am, and had an assistant. Juan and I sorta did a walkthrough, and then the got to work, and they worked efficiently. And they did it right, and we set up the Rachio no problem. Paid them in a check made out to the Company and gave them a cash tip. These are my new 'go-to' irrigation folks, ask for Juan, he was really solid. read more

Set an appointment 2 weeks ago for yesterday at 8:00 am. Moved work meetings to make sure I'd be here. They were a no show and no telephone call. I called them after 20 minutes and left a message with no call back. I am disappointed that I waited 2 weeks for them, I guess I should have called someone else. read more

Update: Juan dropped by the very next day after the review, turned on the water and checked all the nozzles. Now everything working fine again (and I can call backflow testing company again) so I'll pump the stars from 1 to 3. I think his work has good value (No issue for the past two seasons and his quote is competitive/reasonable). It's just it's not easy to reach him for maintenance, you'll have to set your expectation right. ------------------------------ I have been trying to contact Juan for weeks for my 2020 spring start up. Phone/text/email, nothing worked. My last contact with him was Nov 2019 for winterization (they installed our system back in 2018) but now since he is not responding, I can't use my sprinkler, no one knows how to turn on the water, I cant even do the required annual backflow testing since the backflow testing crew can't find where to turn on the water either. I hope this review can get their attention and I'll update the stars. read more

Used them 1.5 years ago for backflow testing. Great. But since then, it's radio silence. Have called for both irrigation services and backflow testing, and their voicemail box is ALWAYS FULL. E-mails go unanswered. We were wondering if they were still in business or not. We never get an e-mail back, and can never get through via phone. We've tried off and on for a year... mostly now just because we're curious as to what the heck is going on. read more

Fast, Professional, high quality work! On Wednesday, I turns on my irrigation system and discovered the winter had not been kind. I called Juan, and made an appointment for Sunday morning at 8AM. Juan arrived exactly on time, and we went through each irrigation zone on the sprinkler system. He fixed broken sprinkler heads, broken connectors, and generally made everything work perfectly. Juan was professional, quick, and clearly knew his stuff. He was even tolerant of my kids and I following him around asking a million questions! read more

Rodriguez was very experienced and professional, gave us a very reasonable quote, and finished the work very fast. He installed an irrigation system that works wonderfully. Our landscaper accidentally broke one of the irrigation pipes and water was flowing out. Rodriguez quickly came back and fixed it for us. We highly recommend Rodriguez Irrigation. read more

Called/emailed over 6x. Doesn't respond. Poor reflection on service quality.

After struggling for many weeks with my old irrigation company to have them come out and start up our system this year I was super frustrated. I gave Rodriguez Irrigation a call this morning and they came out this afternoon. Great service super helpful!!! read more

Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend their service even for winterization blowout or backflow testing. They may damage the your irrigation system. They had no design and clearly no idea what they are doing. I provided them a design for the irrigation system and Juan shared a quote. I asked him questions and he kept on adding 250-300 dollars to the initial quote. I finally accepted his quote and asked to schedule an appointment. He gave me a date, but then stopped replying to my emails and stopped answering phone calls. Extremely unprofessional person. I could never recommend him as trying to get services from him is an absolute waste of time. read more

Yes, he's hard to get hold of but once you are a customer he is responsive. Fair priced, and knows his stuff. read more

Juan just finished up the job at my house. He did an amazing job, providing a simple quote that he stuck to, cleaning up the site very nicely and installing a great irrigation system. Highly recommend read more

Rodriguez Irrigation & Backlow installed an irrigation system at our home in June 2020. They did an excellent job. Juan Rodriguez and his team were very professional, punctual, responsive, courteous and know their work very well. Juan stopped by to give the estimate the same day I called him. He & his team started work on the day he promised. They take the time to do the job well and don't try to cut corners. They are very professional. I was impressed by the care they took to clean up every day before leaving. On the first day they had to leave the backflow preventer box dug up for the city inspector to inspect. They put a visible yellow tape around the hole for safety. The next day they filled up a portion they had dug up and were working on even though they had to dig it back the next day. They delivered what they promised and were very friendly & courteous. read more

Juan was on time and winterized my system after inspection. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Good work!

I manage a local gas station in Issaquah. When it was time to do our backflow test we called Rodriguez Irrigation instead of some random company on the city list. He's local, experienced & professional. Highly recommend! read more

Because my backflow didn't work correctly, I contacted them to fix, but they explained kindly by free how to make it works correctly without repair. I am impressed with their customer service. I will contact this company for regular backflow testing in the future. read more

Called, got voice mail, left voice mail. No response - I guess they don't need new customers.

Juan does an excellent job and is hands down one of the best (5 stars) . It's just impossible to get in touch with him (-3 stars) .

Best company ever. Came out quickly, were honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Had our issue fixed in under an hour. Would highly recommend them. read more

Juan came out to give a once over to the sprinkler system. I couldn't find the sprinkler water shut off/on valve. He was SO patient and after crawling in every crawl space and digging huge holes ( at my request) he found the pump from the lake that provides all the water for the sprinkler system. DUH! Juan was kind, patient and kept a really good sense of humor the entire time. Once we figured out the system was pump, he was quick to get the system going, do a thorough diagnostic and come up with a plan of attack....at a VERY reasonable price. I am looking forward to spring & summer next year to have him do all the repairs to the system. Thanks Juan, YOU'RE A ROCKSTAR! read more

I loved the timely response, service and quality of work. Rodriguez is also helping me enhance my existing system to be completely automatic. read more

Highly recommend! Juan was punctual, friendly and did not waste any time to ask and learn about our sprinkler irrigation issues. He quickly evaluated the issue and provided our two best options to fix the issue. Juan was thorough, knowledgeable and did not rush the process at all. He was more than willing to educate us as much as we wanted on our irrigation system and how it was set up... which the prior owners had had installed. Juan was quick to fix the issue and we are a very happy and satisfied customer! We will call on this company again, no question. Thank you Juan! read more

These guys were great. I had a sprinkler valve bust at one of my rental properties. I found them on yelp and called them. They came out within three hours got it all bandaged up and fixed very quickly. Save me a ton of money on my water bill is well we're getting it fixed so quickly. read more

Juan is amazing. Fast, professional, high quality work, he is the BEST. Even works weekends to provide the best service. This is the American Dream in it's entirety. Highly recommended! read more

On-time and helpful. They showed up on time for my winterization (setup early morning appointment is key if you don't want delays that sometime cannot be controlled by them). There was a problem in the sprinkler system, they spent time diagnosis the problem, instead of kicking the ball to me like it might happen to some other contractors "oh it's not our job to make it work, you need to figure out/fix it before we can come again". They figured what's the problem and have my winterization done. Thumbsup! read more

Juan extended my existing sprinkler system by adding the smaller drip irrigation to water some container plants and some parkway privacy trees that I just planted this summer. He was extremely courteous and prompt in showing up for his consultation and estimate. He price is fair and he's definitely a hard worker! I would strongly recommend his services and would hire him again in the future. I learned that he also does pond installation and maintenance, low voltage lighting and back flow testing and repair. read more
