Had Alpine out to do winterization and the technician helped me through each step and explained what was wrong with my system and suggestions for spring to update. Its a flat rate for the hour which is nice and getting someone out to your house with an air compressor to clear out your sprinklers is a task anyways, so glad these guys knew what they were doing. read more

I had Alpine Sprinklers install my sprinkler system a decade or so ago, and recently had a zone that wasn't working properly. I called them to trouble shoot the problem but they could not help me and would not come out to look at my system. Apparently they do not do any service calls in Seattle any more. It seems to me that they should do a better job of customer service, especially for former customers. I would think twice before contacting this company for sprinkler installation, and I for one will not use them again in the future. read more

Got our sprinkler system up and running exactly per their quote, and on time. Made great recommendations and installed an updated controller. Great service. Highly recommended. read more

It seems like they prefer to install new systems or repair systems for previous clients, so we were lucky to have them help us fix our sprinkler system that was not done by them. They did a fantastic job and worked very hard. They were extremely knowledgeable and fixed all the issues were aware of and then made many more improvements. Probably one of the best vendors we've ever worked with and we would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

We had Alpine Sprinklers install an irrigation system at our house sometime around 2005. Years later I am very thankful for his wise choice to use polyethylene pipe for the main and lateral lines. I love how he put stream rotors high up on risers attached to our fence which gives good coverage. At the time, we had a disagreement about how best to irrigate the raised planter beds, but I've kept the spray heads where he put them and replaced the nozzles with ones that I'm satisfied with. Wanted to reach out and thank him but better that I give a 5 star review on Yelp! Word to the wiser-than-me ... take measurements and make a map of where the lines are. You think you will remember, but you won't! This will be a big help when you need to do some digging and want to avoid damaging the pipe. read more

Alpine Sprinklers is a high level service firm who happens to be in the sprinkler business. They take the time to do the job well, the are reasonably priced, and make sure that you're happy with their work. They came out to adjust/fine tune/repair my system and they went way above what I expected. They even identified a backflow problem and referred me to another firm. They exemplify what service should be...Will use them and refer them to friends. read more

ALPINE SPRINKLERS, INC. 1420 NW GILMAN BLVD STE 2 ISSAQUAH, WA 98027 Our ancient sprinkler system had begun giving us problems with three leaking heads, required coverage adjustments and handling control issues. Martin not only fixed all our problems but he also carefully described the workings of the systems and made several helpful suggestions for us to operate our system better and avoid problems in the future. He is a true professional. read more

These guys are worth the wait. Wanted a fair large system install in our home. Also wanted a system that worked with our phones and Alexa if possible. Their estimate came in fairly close with others in the area. Bob was attentive and courteous. He took the time to explain the different option and answer several different questions we had. The system works perfectly. His crew works HARD. What I thought would take the better part of a week. Several weeks by myself, which wasn't even an option. These guys had it done in 2 days. You would not even know Alpine was here. That's what gets me. Barely a blade of grass was out of place. Thanks again Bob. I would easily recommend your guys to anyone. read more

You're not special. They definitely aren't going to go out of their way for you. Show up an hour late (their first appointment of their day--so it wasn't because the previous appointment went long)? Sorry you were late for work, bub, but we're not going to make any kind of billing adj for you. Have a question about a bill (that I just received)? Sorry, we're not going to be able to ask our tech exactly what he did a week ago. Neither of these things are egregious, but frankly there's better customer service oriented providers out there and I'll take my business to them. read more

Wow! After having lived in Arizona, where I had sprinkler systems put in at each house, I'm use to the path of destruction left behind. That was NOT the case with Alpine. The crew that came out were very nice, pleasant, and EXTREMELY respectful of our property. Looking at the yard and plants after the installation, you couldn't tell they had dug up the place. They carefully removed every bush, flower, and blade of grass then put them back PERFECTLY where they were. Personally, I have no idea how they did that. They were on time with appointments, held EXACTLY to the schedule they put in place, the only surprises were pleasant ones. I heard of them through recommendations on the Neighborhood app, where EVERYONE raved about how good they are. I did check with a couple other companies, doing my due diligence. The amazing thing is - they are by far the best, but their price still came in under the others I had asked. Love it! Great job! I can't say enough good things about them. read more

Very impressed with Bob, his professionalism and expertise. He really took the time thoroughly explain to us all of our options for our sprinkler system. We highly reccomend Alpine to anyone in the market for a new system! read more

They make an appointment with me on Monday afternoon, 3pm. I took half day off to wait for this guy. I waited from 3pm to 5:30pm, nobody show up. nobody call. Then i left home because I have other appointments. then this technician show up at 5:45pm saying he has some bigger job took long. Please, if you will be late, at least have the courteous to call and let me know if you are coming at all. very disappointed. if you have unlimited time to wait for a sprinkler guy, go for it. otherwise avoid this company read more

1. They answer the phone and return their phone calls! We have had a REALLY hard time getting anyone to even respond to us. So Alpine had our business simply b/c they answered the phone. But... 2. They were also awesome. Super friendly coordinator. Great technician that was courteous and respectful and got straight to work. It started raining pretty hard while he was here but he just kept going. He had to dig up a pretty big hole in our yard to fix a broken pipe but after he left, you would NEVER HAVE REALIZED it. All the mud that was tromped around was gone. Seriously...great service. Thank you Alpine Sprinklers! read more

I have been very pleased with the installation and continued great customer service from Alpine Sprinklers over the past 5 years. I don't post reviews very often but felt compelled to write a review to show my appreciation for the ongoing care from their team. I appreciate the twice yearly calls from Barb to schedule winterization and then spring readiness, the affordability of this service, and then to Martin for showing up on time, checking and repairing every part of our sprinkler system and drip system, and showing me how to make adjustments to save money on water bills and to keep my plants alive and healthy. I highly recommend their team! read more

Last fall Alpine came and winterized my system. This year I started the system and decided that I needed better coverage so I called Alpine. They sent Toby out again. In the process of changing some heads another 35 year old buried valve failed. Again the valve was buried deep and difficult to locate as it was surrounded by a bunch of wires. Toby was equal to the challenge and found/replaced the valve. We checked the spray coverage and it was very good. It was better than the original installation. Toby advised we wait until summer got under way as it appeared that another spray head may need to be relocated, it looked like it was good but maybe not adequate. It's another reason this company has my high recommendation, they don't just sell you things you may not need or be overkill. read more

worst customer service, rude and do not care for customer service, after 5 years and few services a year. Bob is awesome and does new installation super duper, his workers are awesome. Just not the grumpy old ladies at the office. Can't get a word in and her words "she can't stand" smart controllers. They didnt have a problem for 5 years read more

We had Alpine come to do some repair work on our sprinklers. The service was exceptional. Sal (sp?) called to confirm, arrived early and did an excellent job with the work. No weird up-sells, just great advice and fixes that we needed. read more

Seeing that the company responded to my post a full year later says a lot about their professionalism. As for the reply, it is full of lies. They did not install any system for us at our previous house. It was installed by SScapes landscaping company who is AMAZING by the way. We used Alpine because the landscaper didn't service systems, they only did install. We got their name from the neighbor. We did call for the new house to be checked and had no idea who the guy from the previous house was as we had never met him until this visit. We were never home when they came. Further more it was the owners wife who got nasty and started in with the foul language, then the owner called me and proceeded to scream at me in defense of his mentally unstable wife. When I told him what she said, he immediately shut up. I can only imagine that this is not the first time her mouth has cost him clients. Use them at your own risk!! If they are working with a standard normal system the winterizing and spring turn on service was fine. My biggest issue is the wife and her nasty attitude as well as the owners inability to take responsibility for their mistake. If you want to be treated like a paying customer than I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

After receiving a few bids we decided to go with Alpine Sprinklers because they are locally owned. Bob was professional, his staff were quick, addressed my questions and concerns, and did an excellent job. I was worried that installing the sprinklers would tear up our garden and lawn. The staff assured me that things would be put back. When they were finished it was as if they were never here. The lawn and garden was put back as it was before. I was SHOCKED!!!! I also love the wifi enabled sprinkler system they installed. I used to spend hours watering every day. Now, I am able to use that time to spend with family. read more

This company was wonderful to work with. Called them after 2 other companies failed to return our calls to schedule. The office lady here was very professional and was able to schedule us for our sprinkler winterization the next week. They were willing to come out to us even though we're in Maple Valley. Their service technician showed up one hour early which actually worked out better for me. He was pleasant to talk to while he got the work done. Even gave me some tips on how to insulate our irrigation valve box. I was provided a detailed invoice. Would definitely recommend this company! read more

Alpine Sprinklers are responsive, efficient and extremely friendly. Finding someone to winterize our sprinkler system proved a bit of a challenge. The incredible reception we received from Alpine was a welcome surprise. They quickly worked us into their hectic schedule. The technician was knowledgeable and, like the office staff, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Alpine Sprinklers for all your irrigation needs. read more

It was difficult to reach them via phone, calls went to message box forever! It would be great to leave a mobile phone number for us to call! Run as quickly as you can from this company! They're happy to take your money, but then when there's a problem with their work, they don't fix it (unless, of course, you pay them more money). I hired them to do a simple Spring system startup. They billed me for the work, but missed fixing a dripper so I had to have them come out again (extra charge). Then, when I turned on the system for the first time, I found that one of the lawn heads wouldn't pop up, and another head was watering the sidewalk, not the lawn. When I called them about this, they wouldn't fix the problems. Unprofessional and dishonest. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Martin, from Alpine Sprinklers. He did an outstanding job adjusting and replacing some of my sprinkler heads that weren't hitting all my plants and lawn. He explained how the heads worked and took the time to show me how to adjust them if needed. He gave great customer service, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will definitely call him in the future if I have any more issues with my sprinkler system. Thank you!! read more

I had a good experience, though my job was small in scope. I had persistent leak in my sprinkler system that I had tracked down to a specific location, but didn't feel comfortable ripping into the lawn and investigating further. The warm weather was just arriving and all the irrigation companies were booked for weeks in advance. Alpine was able to fit me in just over a week, and the technician arrived on time as scheduled. After showing him the area in which the leak was, he excavated and repaired the leak in under an hour. A week later I received a bill for 1 hour labor; no muss no fuss. read more

Be careful when you deal with this company. We ended up selecting a different quote and then decided to throw them some business to do our winterization and they berated my wife (who had nothing to do with the decision) about our system. I am now quite glad that I did not select them for our work and won't be calling them again. Even if my system is as poor as they say it is, there's no reason to handle yourself that way or be disrespectful toward my wife. read more

I was very disappointed. An issue came up where I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute. I'm a reasonable person, but rather than bill me for a cancellation fee (which I gladly would have paid), they decided to just not show up for the regular winterization. I had no idea they weren't coming until the frost arrived and now my sprinkler lines are probably cracked and ruined. Poor communication. Poor integrity. Beware. read more

I had a sprinkler system installed for my outdoor riding arena by alpine sprinklers a few years ago. I just had their tech (who is great) come and help me adjust heads around the arena. He also installed a spigot off the main line of the sprinklers. I noticed it was really wet (assumed leaking) so I shut all the water off and called to get someone out to fix it. Kim the owners wife said it would be a week! I prompted her something sooner and she relented to a few days sooner. My daughter and I were preparing for a show and needed the arena (watered) for practice as it was the 80 degree days, so I sent an email to let them know I was unhappy and if something opens up please send someone soon so I don't have to water a 200 foot sand arena by hand! Magically I got a message they would send someone that day. I was relieved so I called to THANK her and she went on a 10 minute hysterical rant about how I was inconvencing them! I could not get a word in as she screamed over the top of me! I was kind of in shock when she continued to blame me for messing her schedule up! When the tech got there he said it was no problem to come fix it as he was close by and it was no problem to install it contrary to her saying he didn't have time to install it in the first place. In hindsight she has given me her life story every time I called for service which drove me crazy. I really don't care about her life story and her horses (but I was polite) I just want to get on with my day. So if you can handle the unstable wife they actually do a good job installing sprinklers. Oh and she said they would never be out to do service for me again (I got fired as a client). This is the first review I have ever written. read more

I called during business hours and wanted to find out about their services to winterize our sprinkler systems. I got voicemail and left a message. I've never heard back from them. Seems rather unprofessional to not return phone calls. Guess our business won't be knocking at your door anytime soon. read more

Not cheap, but very efficient. Saul is a great guy and had lots of good ideas on configurations for the system.

We took the winterization service - it was easy to schedule. We got Toby for the service - he was awesome and did the job efficiently - he also provided some useful pointers and was very professional. I had bad experiences with some other companies (no show up, no follow up etc.,) but getting work done through Alpine sprinklers was a breeze. read more

Quality services. Yard looks much better this summer after hiring Alpine for some minor replacements and repair.

If you are going to advertise on your truck/s, you shouldn't drive like a complete maniac speeding, cutting people off and tailgating. Don't put other people in danger because you are either late for an appointment or a complete nut job. If/when I do need my sprinklers serviced, I will not call you based on my experience with you on I90 this morning. I'm sure that's not how you intended your advertising on your truck to work, but maybe next time you will keep in mind it can also work against you if you have road rage. read more

We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality work Alpine Sprinklers provided us. Bob and his staff were in constant communication to update us on progress and make sure we were satisfied. I got bids from 3 different companies to do a full irrigation system on a half acre piece of property. I went with Alpine Sprinkler because of their initial customer service and reasonable bid. They just finished the job (Ryan did the install and worked extremely hard). We are a hard family to please due to perfectionist standards which were more than met by Alpine Sprinklers. Ryan was very easy to have on property and extremely non-intrusive doing VERY good work. They have made it clear that I can call any time to get them to check on things or adjust heads over this coming summer to ensure that the placement is correct. I do not normally review, but opened an account with Yelp specifically to recommend this company. read more

Alpine Sprinklers is great! I have used them for years for our sprinkler maintenance and recently they worked on outdoor low voltage lighting installation and did an incredible job. Very unreliable. They said they would be at our house in the late afternoon yesterday. Around 3:30 we called to see if they were still coming. No response, no phone call and they never showed up. We still haven't heard anything from them. These guys are Professional, Honest and provide a quality service, using quality materials. The owner, Bob came out and met with my wife during the quote and design phase. We also went out to obtain bids from three other companies who we quickly disqualified for various reasons. Bob from Alpine Sprinklers was very professional, not taking advantage of the fact my wife knew little about irrigation systems. He spent over an hour explaining /educating what was needed to properly meet our needs. As a mechanical engineer, when I arrived home I naturally reviewed the irrigation plan and associated cost and found the both more than acceptable. The morning the Alpine Sprinkler installers were scheduled to start the project they arrived promptly at 06:30am. Adrian the installer worked ~12 hours, digging trenches, installing piping, etc. without even taking a break. I stayed home from work to observe the install and was very pleased with every aspect of the project. Adrian took time to explain how each of the system components worked as he carried out work. The other installer (Saul) was also very helpful and took time to go over the electronic control box. I had read other previous comments that stated these guys could not speak English, which is far from the truth. They spoke perfectly good English with very little accent. You could not ask for more polite, professional guys. Once the system was installed Adrian & Saul showed us how to operate the system and answered all questions we had. The following day the owner, Bob stopped again to ensure we were happy with the install. We would highly recommend these guys for anyone who's looking for an honest contractor who will do a quality job, using quality materials. read more
