Service failed on so many levels. I made an appointment and took my 2011 Chrysler 200 here (August 1st) as it was not driving right and the check engine light was coming on and off intermittently. They had my car for two weeks and did not even check it out until one week after having it (and I had to check in daily to ask about updates, as the communication with the staff was not great). They said there were no error codes that popped up on the scanner and they "couldn't find anything wrong with it". So I picked it up Saturday August 12th and not even one week later on August 18th, my car completely died in the middle of an intersection. I had to get pushed to the nearest gas station. I had it towed to a different Chrysler dealership, where they found at least 8 items wrong with the car (3 of which needed to be repaired in order to get the car driving SAFELY again). This was a terrifying experience which I believe could have been avoided if they would have done their jobs correctly and identified the issue in the first place. The terrible thing is I had a great experience about 3 years ago here and thought I could trust them to help me figure out what was wrong with it. I believe they have new, untrained staff who will let you down, just like I was. Will not be brining my car here again. read more

This is the first time and or probably the only time I'll ever leave a positive review for a dealership. This guys really deserve ever it. Not only they gave me the best price from the start but they also maintained their price intact all the way thru. Other dealers took discounts off and added fees. Not AutoNation. I was helped by 2 sales guys. Mathew and Brian. Mathew actually worked with me and showed me different trucks for 8 hours and explained the differences between them. Not once did he get tired or inpatient. I am a very difficult customer and Mathew kept his professionalism at all times. I did go to every single Ram dealership in town. Nobody was able to beat the price that AutoNation gave me. I ended up buying the truck from this dealer and I'm happy I did. read more

Do not buy a car from here! My partner and I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Within a week of getting it, it's been nothing but headaches. While we did purchase a car with higher mileage, we trusted their inspection process and that it was in good mechanical shape. So far in the short time we've had it, we've had to put around $1200 in repairs already and the check engine light is still on. We feel taken advantage of and we are very upset with the situation. read more

I made an online appointment for an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. When I arrived on time, the service writer said it would take 2 or 3 hours. He said that is pretty typical. So bottom line is the dealer does not value you or your time. Appointments mean nothing. EXPRESS OIL CHANGE means nothing. In my mind, this is inexcusable. Spread the appointments out, or tell your customers before they get here what to expect so they can made decisions. I'll never, ever, ever, ever do any business with this dealer again. read more

Posted by Chad- This was the absolutely the worst experience of my life. I bought a car from here and the door handle was damaged. The sales rep told me that service would fix it for free and it would be no problem, but they would have to order the part. The part was ordered, but it came in broken. No one ever updated me about that. I followed up a week later and was told that and that another part would be ordered for me. I followed up again another week later because I didn't hear anything back and was told that service was supposed to contact me and never did. I was finally given an appointment time and drove up there on time. When I got to service, I was told that they were not aware that my door handle needed to be fixed and that I would need to leave my car there for a full day. I had to work that afternoon, so I couldn't leave it there for 8 hours. I rescheduled my appointment for a Saturday two weeks later (since I knew that I'd be off of work.) I dropped my car off at 7:00 am to get it worked on. I was told that it would only take an hour and a half. I called for an update around 1:30 pm and was told the rep was waiting on some information for sales since the repair was going to be free. I called again at 4:00 pm, since they closed at 5:00 and no one answered the phone. I took a trip up there and was finally called back at 4:30 pm just to be told that they not only never started working on my vehicle, but I would have to reschedule my appointment. I was furious because it took weeks just to get that appointment, so I picked up my car and left. A service rep called me and apologized and offered to pick my car up from my home the following Monday and that they would work on my vehicle first and drop it off before that afternoon. I told them that I needed it done early since I had to work that day. They picked my car up that Monday morning and I didn't hear anything back. I called them around 2:00 pm and was told that the rep that picked my car up had already left for the day and that they never started on my car. I went up there once again to pick my car up and was given nothing but excuses. They finally started working on my car and got it done after I went up there the third time. The service reps were barely apologetic about everything that they put me through over the last 5 weeks and the fact that I had to miss work just to get this done. I will never get service done here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do this as well. read more

I should have read the hundreds of negative reviews about this place before I dropped my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee/Summit edition off for a minor oil leak. Had a read the 100's of negative reviews I would have known exactly what to expect. Shitty attitudes and zero service. They took my car in at 09:45 but didn't touch it for the entire day. I called and asked them when they can get to it? They said they might get to it by the following afternoon. (Might!?) They said the "intake" time is the time you drop it off...the "service" time is when they actually get it in the "shop" and work on it. These two times have no direct correlation. This is all fine...whatever....It is the attitude of the staff that really makes this place an awful place the visit. They seem angry to be there. I scheduled an "intake" and "service" time (that actually coincide) at Airpark Dodge in Scottsdale. Went and got my wife's jeep from this place (still hasn't touched it!) and brought it to airpark dodge. They seemed happy to have me and not annoyed that I called. read more

Well where to begin. Took the car in because the AC went out. Was told it will take two days to look at. Funny because when I went in person to confront them about it they said no one said that. Funny again there was a guy in the waiting room with me who was also told two days. 8 days later with a rental car that I thought I would only have for two days they finally looked at it and said warranty will cover it. Great so the rental is covered. WRONG. The service department does not ask about that you are on your own and maybe they will cover it. Oh and if you have recalls forget getting a rental for that too. So 8 days later with a rental I can not afford now. I have to hunt down the warranty company myself to see if I can get the rental covered for all 8 days which I don't think is going to happen because they only cover the days the service start which I was told that it was going to take two days to look at so hopefully the third day would be the start date for service. Wrong again. The 7th day is when the warranty said yes. So when you go to this place take your own lube because the amount of lube they have there, they are not going to share it with you when they screw you. My experience with AutoNation was great! When I walked inside I was met with a cold bottle of water by Jared who politely asked how I was and if he could be of any help. I relayed what I was looking for, he checked the inventory and off we went. No hassles or intrusive budget questions just straight out to see some cars. After finding a truck I liked I expressed my need, due to religious beliefs, to conduct business the following day. They completely understood and I offered to leave a deposit. What a joke! It started with an appointment that was quoted to end at 5pm, after a 7am drop off. At noon the following day it was done. I returned the rental on the second day, was promised that it would be done by 9am on the second day, was not finished until noon. I missed a big business opportunity because of their lack of planning. Take longer that is fine but not after I return the rental car. The rental car was my expense also. It's gets better, one of the issues to be fixed was to balance and rotate the tires. The tires shimmied or wobbled so bad and 55 miles per hour I sounded like Darth Vader talking. It was a useless job even for a Jedi. What a waste of time, poor planning and bad workmanship. Do not go here! Side note the Big O Tires on Happy Valley Road (5 stars) fixed my tires fast and efficiently. The tire shop said that AutoNation just stacked new weights on top of old weights to balance the tires and what is why they shimmied so bad. First off, the vehicle we were coming in for was throwing codes and they decided not to tell us until we came into the facility. Then they couldn't tell us what codes they were. Their trade in system is ridiculous. Don't let them "run the numbers" a couple times because all they're gonna do is print the same piece of paper and bump up the down payment. The salesman we dealt with was not very trust worthy, tripped up on any major questions and tried to talk to us as if we didn't know math. The big thing was that our guys humor was very assumptive. Buyer BEWARE. Stay away from this dealership. I purchased a Truck from this dealership on July 4th. By July 15th I had concerns of knocking in the engine. My fears were confirmed by a third party shop and the AutoNation service department. There is definitely a knock and I was told the best price is $11500. I have not received the permanent plate yet. I'm already looking at a repair of more than I financed. I was left at a loss when I learned the GM would be willing to do nothing to help. I was able to find out that the truck was sold off the lot with it being low on oil and declined $3600 worth of repairs that were recommended. They knowingly put this truck back on the lot with the issues. They claim to service and inspect every vehicle. They knowingly sell broken cars on their lot. This place is a SCAM! We recently decided to go after a Jeep Wrangler, but could not find one locally we wanted. We did test drive a couple and decided what we wanted, but the dealership we had been too was just not interested in selling to us the way we were treated. We decided to go through Sam's club auto, it referred to us Autonation. We were able to meet with Josh who helped us through the ordering process and we will take delivery of our new Jeep in a couple months, it was quick, painless and a great experience. While there found a truck I was interested in, was not looking for a truck at that time, but would be in my mind an upgrade from the truck I currently have. We started the deal, our sales guy was going on vacation and handed us off to another person Dan. He was a very nice guy, we started the deal. There was some hiccups that occurred that could of caused the deal to not happen, there were a couple stressful days while dealing with it, but each contact with the dealership we got our questions answered, they were able to overcome them and we met with Thom the GM who did a few things to make it right. Turned out to being 2 sales for the dealership and 1 new truck now and a new Jeep in the near future. I like writing good reviews, seldom do I write a bad one, but sometimes we need to be warned of a horrific experience. I'm WAS a loyal customer of three years. I had that gut feeling from the beginning that this place didn't feel conducive to my trust and liking. I continue to give the benefit of the doubt. People, we all need to listen to that gut feeling. The employees and techs look MISERABLE. There is very poor customer service (except for the greeter who was the shining star of the whole last experience.) I bought another, used vehicle and on the day I bought it I scheduled an appointment, online, a week out, to have it inspected for any issues. At that time I had picked a few concerns because I figured they would check everything out for me. I don't know anything about how a vehicle should run and thought they could let me know if there was something that needed attention. I arrived early for my appointment, they where already busy. Totally understandable, but everyone behind me was being helped. When the rep finally came over to me, he asked what was wrong with the vehicle. I let him know I had an appointment and chose the concerns when I scheduled. I explained I wanted a check up to make sure everything was good on the vehicle. Then he asked why I was bringing it in and what was wrong with the vehicle. He had the information already printed out and right there infront of him but I was being questioned regardless. I said maybe the A/C ... well that was going to cost me $150.00, even with out anyone looking at the vehicle. Really???? How am I supposed to know what's wrong with the vehicle, that is supposedly their expertise, right? I was bringing the vehicle in so they could help ME and look over the vehicle and tell ME what was wrong with the vehicle. Since I didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle, they couldn't help me. Woman told us our appointment time was 8AM Wednesday morning. We showed up at 8, had to wait to speak to someone and when we did they informed us they could see the jeep and run diagnostics in 3-4 days. Seriously? Why did you even give me an appointment time? Shouldn't you just indicate that it needed to be dropped off in the next couple of days in order to run the test? Then they told me regardless of the issue the diagnostic gives us, they can't fix it until end of the month. Not helpful when we are here for the holidays and need to be back in San Diego by the 27th. We have a newborn baby, and we have to make a 400+ mile drive on 8 days. I really wish I could leave a better review. Initially I wrote my first review with one star. I gave one star because online the Jeep was posted at a certain price but after inquiring about it o was quoted $5,000 extra. It seemed deceiving to myself and I posted about that. The sales manager contacted me and said sorry but not sorry essentially. The. I received a generic email from the general manager so I called him and let him know how I felt deceived. He then honored the original price and Chris our internet sales manager contacted me about purchasing the Jeep. We originally were dealing with Chris in the beginning, and I said to Tom I didn't want to deal with him again because of his lack of customer service. We proceeded with him regardless and a total headache! Chris mailed us the paperwork through a notary and he said he mailed it out one day but didn't. They failed to upload the tracking number into the system and then blamed the notary service. Once the paperwork got sent back to them they said they didn't receive it but when I asked for tracking it magically appeared. It took over a week for a driver to get assigned to driver our Jeep. Once it was delivered we noticed we didn't get a tool kit it's been over a week and a half and I can't get any response from Chris about where our tool kit is. DON'T buy a vehicle from this location and expect expert troubleshooting and repair. We bought a 500x Fiat from this place and in two years had it in for a variation of the same mystery issue with the sensor systems going crazy. I understand from a basic troubleshooting standpoint they look at the codes being thrown but after at least 3 times of seeing a new vehicle for a non-wear and tear type issue you would do some head scratching and think outside the box. They replaced batteries and hardware on this vehicle that likely had nothing to do with the issue. IF we could turn this vehicle in as a LEMON we would. Funny thing they did recently, likely to show good faith on Yelp, they offered my wife their generic phone tree number and said we want to know how to make this experience right! . Sure OWNER. If you do want to make a purchase from this dealer make sure every thing is written out in your purchase agreement. If its it's not on an official sales document they will not be truthful or hold responsibility if something was missed. When you are purchase a autonation certified vehicle it is covered under the limited 90 day 4,000 miles. If you take it to any non automation you will pay a $200 deductible and whatever they don't cover. Unfortunately the only autonation in my area can't service the vehicle so we are stuck with all the extras that are not covered. Plus my advise is request a private space to review the purchase agreement with time to look it over without your finance manger tryin to sell you extras. We were set to do our paperwork right out side of the waiting room in the middle of chaos. If your financial manager is Karina P., she will only be concerned with making a profit off you with extra warranties. As a customer you are well within your legal rights to say no and to request a different team if they keep on it. Something we should have definitely done after we said no for the third but not last time. She also was not be forthcoming with an documents after the sale. Stating she gave them all to us already. Have them also provide you with your personal copy of the limited warranty information schedule so you can get a claim started faster. The GM assured me that warranty schedule was not legally required to be disclosed to us at time of purchase so you HAVE to request. If you don't get the extended warranty on day of sale they will mail you a coupon with hundreds off. Save some money without combining it with your loan. If you end up being pressured with it and don't want it, call the company right away when you get done with the dealer to cancel. After the extras were denied the level of care decreased dramatically. They sold my family the truck 4/20 with steering issues they told us what was needed to be done so it stayed in the shop for three days to have a 2 inch lift kit installed and alignment. This is what they told us the shop had scheduled before we purchased of the vehicle. We verbally confirmed multiple times nothing else was needed or was done for the steering issues. What was actually done was a move a spring and do an alignment to tighten up steering. It wasn't just on our sales man because we went over it with Karina as well. All we wanted was a save and sound vehicle. Karina wasn't even finished verifying all our documents by the time we picked up. She didn't even have the bank settled when we drove off since the only time we had to pick up at 7pm and the banks were closed. Pick up that late wasn't our choice but dealer, we were only in town for two days before we had to leave. A few hours into our drive to Reno we started having to hold the wheel to the left to keep it strait on the road. After getting to Reno it's been in and out of a shop since the 7th. It has bad wheel bearings and pitman arms that expands the steering issues at time of purchase. Even if it passed the inspection why lie about what was done to get it to that point. My sales manager (Chris B.) has only been available via phone one time. Getting the information we needed and the correct documentation about our vehicle has been two weeks of non sense. All voicemails do not match up with extensions so good luck trying to find out who you are leaving a message for. All managers take extend time off as well apparently. We are out of state buyers so we have had to deal with the dealership via phone. That is absolutely impossible so this is the GM's email is asadij@autonation.com and direct phone is 602-896-2015 (this is from corporate) since nothing is on the website and no one will ever give you the correct info when you directly ask. Only run you around and give excuses. Email him ONLY because if he calls you he will just be defensive if you are any bit frustrated. He is 100% confident in his whole team and dealership on how it operates. Keep a paper trail and you will get the information you need or just go to corporate. read more

Terrible experience so far, general manager apparently didn't read my emails nor did his staff. When I went to close the deal, no one seemed to remember anything that we had talked about. The general manager would not address my concern that in order for me to make a deal with his store I would need to continue with the verified credit ran report from last evening. When I asked for the general managers supervisors name he said he would is the store's general manager and would not give me a supervisor's name. AutoNation should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. Update 1: -hard credit hit twice by two different managers two different days two different experiences I wonder how much damage it did to my ability for buying a car I also entered my information and did a credit check on the AutoNation.com website I hope this doesn't have to go to litigation. Although all of the emails would make it an easy case Update 2: - so I just got a call from the general manager stating he wanted to assist me but would not address my issues again and went back to some profane approach of bringing up a topic I am not discussing with him I.e the interest rate. If I could put "o" stars I would. I bought my Jeep brand new here. A year and 3 months into owning it the touch screen completely went green. Took the vehicle in and had it replaced. A month later my backup camera goes out. Take it in again and they replace it. Two days after getting it back the back up camera goes out again. So I Take it back in, they tell me it just needed a software update. So they give it back to me again. Two days after getting it back the backup camera goes out again. So they tell me it needs another touch screen. So they replace that again. Not even two days after getting it back AGAIN the backup camera goes out AGAIN! At this point they have wasted so much of my time going back and forth, having to take days off work, the amount of gas I've wasted since it's a 45 min drive for me to the dealership. And to make everything worse in the middle of driving my car completely shuts off on me. There is no control for the accelerating or anything, I just have to roll the vehicle to the side of the road and turn it off and on for it to work. One of those two times that happened I go driving over 55 mph and it freaked me out. When I tell the dealership this they started do "oil immersion" tests on my vehicle (4 tests to be exact). Out of the four times they tested the oil they told me three of those times it came back that the engines was consuming more oil then it was suppose to be. On the fourth time it came back normal. So because one test was normal out of three they told me they wouldn't replace the engine. After this I was starting to get irritated so I asked to speak with the General Manager (Tom). I had spoke of the phone with him and told him I though my car was a "lemon" he told me it sounded like it. He told me "bring the vehicle in to the service department and come see me in my office. We can fill the paperwork for it to be a lemon". So I bring my vehicle in and go over to his office. He proceeds to tell me he has no clue how to fill for it to be a lemon after he told me to come in and he would help me. So he walks me over to the service department where I have the General Manager (Tom) and the Service Manager (Eric) standing in front of me. I start telling Eric all the problems I'm having. He proceeds to tell me "maybe you shouldn't brake so hard when you stop. If you brake hard the oil will rush to one side of the oil pan and the engine Will seize up". Last time I checked no matter if you brake hard or not it's not normal for your entire car to just shut off on you in the middle of driving. So I asked Tom for the corporate number, because this was starting to become to much. He then tells me "I have no clue how to get ahold of corporate". You're going to tell me the General Manager for Jeep has no clue how to get ahold of corporate?! So I find the number and call myself. I finally get to speak with someone and they are dumbfounded and everything I start to tell them the dealership is doing. A few days pass and I have to take my car in for an oil change. A few hours pass and I come to pick the vehicle up. As I am getting back into my car my service advisor hands me a packet and says "oh by the way you have a nail in your back tire, it's not patchable and it's $1,100 for new tires". So I took my car to discount tire the next morning. It took discount maybe 5 minutes to get the nail out, which was smaller then my finger nail (so it didn't even go through the tread) and they told me even It had it was in a place that was patchable. So the corporate people call me and tell me they want me to drop my vehicle off at the dealership to get some testing done on it. So I drop it off on a Monday. I pretty much gave them a call everyday just to get updates, because if I didn't call them then they wouldn't call me. Everyday I called and never got to speak with my service advisor she was always busy and they would say she will call you back later, but she never did. A week goes by of me calling and I call on Wednesday a man answers the phone and says "give me just a moment let me see where your service advisor is". I think he forgot to put me on hold and I could hear him call for her over there Wallis talkies, but what I could also hear after he said my name was another employee tell him "oh that customer is so annoying". I was so appalled at what I could hear them saying about me. I was PISSED! Later that day my service advisor actually after a week and a half called me back. I told her that I heard what they said and she didn't seem to care at all her response was "oh gosh I'm sorry" and that was it. They do not care at all about there customers. The Managers there will try everything possible to trick you and lie to you left and right. I have never been treated so horrible in my life. I am a healthcare worker and we are already under so much stress as it is. To be treated like this and to not have my vehicle up and running so I can get to work everyday is stressful. read more

I was sold a truck with locking lug nuts but no key and the breaks wearing unevenly but was told that its okay because its with in standard of them being uneven... WTF!! First I am told to come in by the sales rep then was told i have to come back 2 weeks later. And when I do I have to bring back my truck the next day also to get it looked at. There is no communication. I waited all day at home for them to call me. When I drop off my vehicle at 830 am your telling me I should expect you to have it till almost 6pm to look at my breaks..... seriously will not be recommending this place to anyone ever again. read more

I would give a "0" star level but it doesn't let me. Dropped my truck off on April 1st (Saturday) for service. On April 4th I received a notification from Carfax that my service was completed and noticed that they reported 4,000 more miles on my truck. It went in at around 96,400 miles. NO ONE has called me. Due to my schedule, I finally drove down to the dealer on April 7th. Service advisor could not locate my truck. He was leaving and trying to find answers and came back with nothing. I started looking around the lot for my truck and finally found it halfway across the lot. The truck was open with a service number on review mirror, the white service paper was on the dash. The service advisor went back and finally found a Mgr, Mike, who was also baffled. According to him, NO service was performed, and they have no clue as to why. They cannot find my keys either. After an hour of waiting for some information, I said I was leaving, since I didn't have keys to take my truck. Shortly after I left, I received a voicemail from service Mgr, Mike, who stated they cannot locate my keys and was ordering a new key fob. He said he would call me the next day. HE DID NOT. Today is April 11th, I have been calling for the past two days and no one still calls me back. I finally got ahold of Nicholas today and he couldn't tell me anything either. He said he would give Mike my message and that I wanted a call back today. This is absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service, let alone, can't even track my vehicle in your shop! If you are looking for a place to buy a new car, you may wish to look elsewhere. THINK, before you 'Drive Pink'. We came in looking at a new Wrangler Unlimited. The dealership did not have exactly what I wanted, so they located one at a nearby dealership. After making the deal, which took a several hours, the jeep they located for the deal was not available. The dealership offered to sell me their unit and would install the extras needed (four rounds of paperwork later). We purchased their unit with these assurances. Big Mistake! Although the sales aspect of it was reasonably pleasant, this is the third week we have been trying to get the extras installed. Maureen, failed to return no less than a dozen calls, forcing me to present at the dealership. Sales tried to steer me to service, but I felt that was not my place to correct their behavior as they were not employees of mine. I asked for a manager. I spoke with one of the sales managers, Matt. He assured me I would just need to let them know when I wanted to bring the car in, and they would take care of it. Sales called a day or so later, asking if I could bring the car in Friday for one of the extras to be installed (almost 3 weeks after purchase). I advised I would and they asked me to reach out to Maureen. I presented to Maureen for the install, and she did not have the scope of work. She advised she was 'unaware', despite my written proof to her of the contrary. I left with the Jeep and escalated my concerns. I won't bother you with all the back and forth with the dealer. Suffice it to say, it took almost 90 days to recover the funds I was over charged for this transaction (the options they promised to install for free, were actually charged to me hidden in the paperwork). I had to deal with the Sales Manager directly to accomplish this. My Jeep is still not optioned as they promised, and I am the one holding the bag. I will never buy another vehicle from Autonation. This experience was deplorable, and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. This was a 50th birthday present. It was a wonderful way to RUIN a monumental birthday. It is no wonder why they have the terrible reviews they do. I am following up with Jeep customer service. read more

My review is about the service Department. Before I begin, YES, I am aware of the supply chain issues that are prohibiting faster access to needed parts. What I am giving them one star for is completely impossible to reach anyone to get an update on my truck. When they want to get you in, they will call you, email you, mail you, and text you. Once my truck got there (7:00 AM, because my new fuel tank that was on back order since mid July came in. Around 1:30 I wanted an update, but for over 2.5 hours I cannot contact anyone to give me an update about. Called my advisor, left a message. Called him several more times since with absolutely no answer. Zero out of his voicemail and sent to an auto attendant. Press the option for Service on several attempts and for the Operator on several other attempts only to be re-routed back to the Auto attendant. These circle rides were more fun as a kid! Went on the web site and tried Chat. The Service Chat does not connect to anyone and gives the main phone number and the customer service chat is not at this location and needs to take my info and route it to this location. I even text my sales guy (Steve G) and asked if he had any other numbers I could call. Not sure what to do here, other than head down and hope I have a vehicle to bring me home. read more

I initially thought, what a great dealership. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, once the sale was completed, tons of Finance issues. The customer service after the sale was pathetic with the staff avoiding calls and texts until threatened with reporting them to the corporate customer service. The Finance department lied and deceived me that my loan on the traded in vehicle was paid off and it is almost a month after I traded it in. What is worse, the vehicle I traded in is actually on their site for sale, and it is not even paid for! Total lack of respect for customers, poor service, deceitful, and I actually wonder if selling a car that is not even paid for is illegal. Management seemed indifferent read more

This place does not understand what customer service is. Multiple times I have waited much longer than I had been told for the shuttle service and the feeling I get is that I should just be grateful for the service, whether I have to wait over an hour or not. Last week when I called to see how much longer it would be before they picked me up, the receptionist put me on hold and then came back and told me that all she could tell me is that I was on the list to be picked up. When I asked if there was any way to contact the driver to see how much longer, she said they had no way to contact him. Really? Your driver has not discovered the magic of the cell phone? [thoughts I kept to myself] Ironically, a few minutes later that same driver managed to find a phone to call me and apologize for having forgotten me. Nice. Next we find out that the key fob no longer works. Worked when we dropped it off. Didn't know it wasn't working since they drove the car to us - so did they just ignore the fact that it wasn't working? Got it home and it wouldn't lock the car. Tried changing the battery. Nope. So first thing today I left a message asking what I needed to do to have them fix the key fob. No call back. Called the main service number this afternoon and no one answered just as had happened when I was trying to reach someone the week before after I again had no response to a message I had left. Someone in another state answered the call again. So I can't call them and they don't return messages. Sounds like we need to find a new repair shop. Beware of this place unless you have a lot of time to waste and don't care if anyone returns your calls or answers their phone. read more

Worst buying experience ever! The only upside was our salesman Don Seefried. Finance Manager Cody has no business talking finance or working with a customer! Took hours, documents with the wrong date, not following thru on commitments then trying twist things around. Car handed over in hot sun, only one key, no manual, no instructions on anything! Thanks to Don received 2nd key and manual the next day. I should have checked reviews before stepping foot on this lot. read more
