The car my grandfather wanted, never got in the end and still dealing with the canceled contract issue.

What can they improve? My grandpa came down here wanting a car the 2017 Chevy Impala that was $15k and it had a back up camera, when we went to look at it the paint was chipped, there was MOLD in the truck and water in the truck as well. We were promised by Moses that we will get the car some time in November of 2025 since we ended up buying the car and almost a month they kept postponing us with the backup camera constantly. We cancled the contract and we were being begged to give them more time but they already gave us the bill for a car we dont have in our driveway. We kept trying to call the people who work there and no one would awnser their phones. While we had to deal with the 2 thousand dollar bill for this nonexistent car. Kept having a hard time even contacting the dealers or being put on hold repeatedly, we got our money back on December 13th, but kept putting us on hold because they didnt fully cancle the contract on December 29th after calling their bank and threatening with a lawyer for what is going on we had to call them back, nevertheless they didnt awnser my grandmother's phone and I had to use mine to get someone on the line, from this whole experience. Their customer service sucks, they wont take accountability for holding your car hostage and giving you a bill for something that they still have in their own parking lot, and they will hang up on you too to top it off. Simply enough this place sucks and definitely will NOT recommend to anyone to go here and get a car from this place. The only thing you'll get is stress and having to pull teeth to get a simple response from them. Had to call corporate on them 3 times. Thank you for the stress Autonation really did not need it.

BUYERS BEWARE OF MIDWAY CHEVY -- DOCUMENT EVERYTHING…read more My experience trying to purchase a Silverado 2500 from Midway Chevy was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping there look very closely at the numbers instead of focusing on the advertised "discount." The sales representative I dealt with was Brent Katz, and I want to be clear that I have the conversations and explanations regarding my trade valuation in writing, including the different explanations I was given for why Midway valued my truck approximately $4,000 lower. They were advertising what sounds like a great $6,250 upfront discount on their Silverado 2500 trucks. Unfortunately, once I started going through the actual numbers, that discount wasn't nearly as impressive as they made it sound. First, I asked Brent Katz to have my trade appraised. Their offer came in approximately $4,000 below Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book. When I questioned Brent about why their number was so much lower, he told me that Edmunds and KBB weren't accurate because they aren't actual resellers. Rather than just arguing about it, I contacted two other dealerships and had my truck independently appraised by both of them. Both dealerships came back right around the Edmunds and KBB values. I then sent Brent both buyer sheets in writing showing that two actual dealerships were valuing my truck approximately $4,000 higher than Midway. That's when the explanation changed. After previously telling me their offer was $4,000 lower because Edmunds and KBB aren't resellers, Brent then told me their trade value was lower because Midway was already giving me a $6,250 discount on the new truck. Again, I have these statements in writing. Then there's the $2,559 protection package that they automatically add to the deal and, according to what I was told, is not optional. So let's do the math: Advertised discount: $6,250 Mandatory protection package: +$2,559 Trade approximately $4,000 below two competing dealer offers: +$4,000 Total: $6,559 So between the mandatory protection package and the approximately $4,000 less they were offering for my trade, that's $6,559 -- which is actually MORE than their advertised $6,250 discount. What bothered me just as much was the way Brent handled my questions. I was considering two different Silverado 2500s at two different prices, and I repeatedly asked him to provide me with a buyer's order for each truck showing the complete out-the-door numbers. Instead, he kept telling me I didn't need both sheets and that I could simply subtract the difference between the prices of the two trucks. That's not how the math works. A lower vehicle purchase price also means lower sales tax, so simply subtracting the difference between the prices of the trucks does not give you the correct out-the-door difference. I shouldn't have to repeatedly explain why I need an actual buyer's order for each vehicle when I'm trying to determine exactly what each truck will cost me. I own a business myself. I understand businesses need to make money, and I have absolutely no problem with a dealership making a reasonable profit. What I do have a problem with is advertising a $6,250 discount, adding a $2,559 non-optional protection package, offering approximately $4,000 less for my trade than two competing dealerships, and then changing the explanation for that lower trade value after I provide documentation proving other dealerships are offering significantly more. I also don't appreciate being spoken to as though I don't understand basic numbers simply because I'm asking for complete and transparent buyer's orders. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Midway Chevy: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Thankfully, I did. Don't get distracted by the advertised discount. Get a complete buyer's order. Look at every fee and add-on. Get your trade independently appraised by other dealerships. Then compare the actual out-the-door numbers. Because a $6,250 "discount" doesn't mean much when the numbers elsewhere in the transaction can cost you $6,559

I'd been doing my 'homework' and knew what would suit my needs the best, but not necessarily ready to make a purchase. Once I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by a fellow named Armaan Underwood. After just a few questions, Armaan took me inside (out of the 112° Phoenix heat) to continue our conversation. Knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted, I also knew what I could afford to spend in payments every month. Ambitious as heck, Armaan was determined to put a deal together with me, to see me buy a new car. "I got you" Armaan kept telling me. For a guy who was just going to look at a Civic LX in person, I am now an owner - a lot of this decision due to my interaction with this fine young man. I was offered a payment I can afford, a fair price for my trade, and the financial 'back end' experience was comfortable as well. Quite simply, if you're in the market for a new Honda car or SUV, Armaan Underwood at Bell Honda is the guy you need to go see!

I followed up just to get a price on the services I needed but he never got back to me. I don't recommend this place, and I won't be purchasing my new Honda from there either. There are plenty of Honda dealerships in the Valley, this one seems to be the most poorly managed and least respectful of the customer.
