I feel scammed here. Bought my challenger from them which I feel was not pre inspected. Only had the car for less than a month & a half and had problems with the heater core assembly. Warranty did not cover the amount because they do not cover hoses. So I paid to have my car towed to them 12/12/24. Stated that everything was covered & received a call a day later and was told the hoses were not so I was up charged for work that was already being done just to pay $900 + for installation on hoses being installed. 12/24/24 I go to pick up it up, less than 5 mins of getting on the 17 to the 101 w it overheated again. I can just say that my car was in their possession for over a week and literally ruined my Christmas & plans just to be told bring it back in when I expected grade A service the first time. The most unprofessional scam of an experience... My husband went in to purchase a dream car 2020 Hellcat Widebody $113,544.75 after all said and done with money down and tax. Now this isn't a normal every day purchase, this was a dream car/bucket list purchase. His first luxury car purchase. So the fact that a month after signing documents to an agreed deal as well as driving the car home, putting miles on the dash, installing a legmaker cold air intake, tint on the whole vehicle, and accessories. They then end up harassing us about needing to give the car back because the deal they made and signed with us fell through with the bank... Mind you, we signed a deal with who we thought was Wells Fargo which is written and signed by both parties. Also my husband said he could put up more cash for a bigger deposit and more monthly if needed, no problem. However the dealership didn't seem to care about that. Before having to deliver the car back we took a little road trip to Tucson to Chapman Volkswagen to look at their 2020 Hellcat Widebody from Travis instead and decided to put $4000 more down, for a total of $16,000 down and give them our business instead. Would highly recommend they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and explained everything in detail so we understood the agreement. At the end of the day it doesn't matter if someone is purchasing a car that's $90,000 or $15,000, don't sell someone a car and agree on payments and allow them to drive off the lot thinking they just bought their dream car that they worked hard for, to then harassing us, trying to scam us into paying for "damage", and rip it all away a month later because they couldn't deliver. Luckily I took videos of the whole car before we handed them back the keys...We'll never forget this disgusting experience with Autonation. **Update** We returned the car and now they're withholding our deposit after saying bring the car back and you'll get your full deposit. This has now turned into them withholding the $12,000 down payment above our heads while they look at the car and look for repairs. Claiming there's under front end damage and bald tires? He had the car for a month, he drove it back and forth to work for a month, there shouldn't be any repairs, if anything he made the car look better. Especially after putting $2500 worth of aftermarket parts in the car that he thought was his. Unreal experience. Do not trust this dealership who knows how many others they have done this to. **Final Update** They ended up charging for miles put on the car, back tires, front brakes, and front end bumper damage... For a total of almost $3,000 from the $12,000 deposit. Still have yet to receive a breakdown receipt of how much all that cost individually after requesting...I still am in awe that you can sign a deal, drive a car off the lot, think the deal is made, and then they can say the deal didn't go through and they need the car back. While on top of all that stress charge you for the month you had the vehicle you thought was yours down to the miles your put on the car. ***Sadly this still continues*** After receiving only $9,056.90 back from the dealership sadly after all is said and done. I personally had to reach out again about a receipt of the exact costs that they took out. As I noted about the "damages" above, the receipt that was sent over, the work done on the car doesn't even match what the GM told us about bumper damage and brakes? The odometer reading doesn't even match what we returned it at, which is exactly why I took a video of it in their lot returning it showing the proof of the exact odometer 6999. Tell me how do you put 15 miles on a car driving it to and from the inspection, that's on the lot, and then be charged for it. My rep, Carl Ross, does not respond to vm's or texts. I need a status update. I paid a lot of money for a warranty when I purchased the car from Auto Nation with assurances that the hard convertible top was covered. Otherwise I would not have bought the warranty as I felt the only thing that could cost me money would be the top. Now I have brought my car in twice for top issues and neither time has the repairs been covered. I feel I was ripped off with the warranty. In addition I was charged to do an inspection. I thought you advertised you did inspections when you serviced the car. Overall I am highly disappointed with the service I have received at Auto Nation. read more

I want to give 5 stars as Steve in sales was great, but sadly after sale experience has been terrible. Bought a car on 6/3 and my funds were taken out on 6/6. It's currently 6/22 and the dealership has failed to pay off my trade due to their error in paperwork. Was told by a sales manager that i need to make the payment for my trade and they will get back to me. Per this manager the only way to contact their payoff department is via email, and apparently they don't respond. Luckily my bank is willing to extend my payment date. They had no problem taking my money, but I keep getting told " I sent an email, we will get back to you" Update(6/22) Sales Manager we're able to expedite the check and should be received over night. read more

Update on my last review. Turns out the 2013 Ford F150 that I purchased from this dealership needs $8500.00 in repairs done. When I purchased the vehicle I was pressured into buying an extended auto warranty. Well, now that the truck needs $8500.00 in repairs the extended auto warranty WON"T cover any of the repairs. So basically the warranty I purchased for an extra $4500.00 is useless. Max Cooper is aware of this issue and all we get is the round on the phone with him. I bought my Nissan Altima 2016, day before thanksgiving. On following Friday I get a follow up text from salesperson, I mentioned I had issues with trunk alignment. I took it into Nissan in Flagstaff (where I live) and they said it's nothing for a shop to do, it has to go to a body shop. I mentioned that to my salesperson. After couple days I did not get a respond. I called and was told I will get a call back from the sales manager to authorize a $60 labor charge to align trunk. A month went by and in meantime I hade check engine light on that was taken care of warranty. I finally took it into bodyshop in flagstaff to get a quote but was told by flagstaff bodyshop that this issue the dealership needs to address, should've never been sold in this condition. I called my salesperson right after and was told to get a phone call back from Bobby, a month went by and no call, in meantime I been trying get a hold of salesperson. I finally drove down to Phoenix to Autonation body shop, they have me a $2800 quote for repairs. I sent estimates to my salesperson. I told them that this issue needs to be addressed or I need to take these people to court so they can fix a defective vehicle. Autonation is very unprofessional, customer service is about the service you receive after purchase, not during and in Thai case they have failed crucially. I'm beyond frustrated with this location and how they treat "customers". They never bothered to say "let's take a look and see what we can do" no they want me to do all driving around, calling etc. I have gone out of my way to get quotes for a car they sold defective. Took my 2017 Ram 2500 to have fuel filter change. After driving a bit steering became different. Popped the hood and the felt the fuel filter and the casing got wrapped around my steering shaft. Had to cut it out then take it back to make sure nothing else was wrong. Didn't even offer a refund or anything. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PROCESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't take ownership for their mistakes. This is specifically an experience about SALES MANAGER JB , sales person Roman and Finance manager Max. After waiting for 6 hours in the lobby, They rolled us a Toyota Tundra, shipped it from Reno, approved financing then gave us the keys to the truck. 3 months down the line, no license plate, no info on who I make payments to. 3 months later , they start re running my credit with multiple credit companies then ask me to bring the truck back because they failed to do the process correctly on their end. Communication lacks! I've sent them multiple emails and vml wondering where I should make my payments and where my plates are. Racist and rude and want to call us Liars because we were upset for their mess up! Worst part about it is, my Husband works or now worked at the Service Department! No one communicates properly and owns up to their terrible mistakes. The only positive part about Autonation is the Service manager Abrian. He's been able to help us with some communication and this isn't even his department! Highly DO NOT recommend this dealership. AutoNation as a whole leaves a bad taste in my mouth! I bought a used 2016 F250 6.7L to haul construction equipment. Within 1000 miles of buying it, I get a notice on the dash that the DPF filter was clogged and it needed to be serviced. Autonation Dodge (where I bought it) was nothing but jerks. The idiotic service writer actually said (while mocking me looking at the sign) "I don't see Ford anywhere on that sign." After telling this kid where he could go, I took the truck to AN Ford in Scottsdale (30 mins away for me). After 3 days, they tell me its fixed and that they would take care of it, no-charge. I was pretty happy...until the problem replicated not 2000 miles later. I figured out the problem was the truck was going into the auto-regeneration mode and thus, was not cleaning out the filters. I took it back to Autonation Ford. *Warranty won't cover it *Parts are all on back order (indefinitely) *Neither Autonation Ford and Autonation Dodge are willing to assist. To make matters ultimately worse, my father just passed away 2 weeks ago and I am moving from Arizona to N.C. to take care of my elderly mother. I asked them to take the truck back and they offered my $20k less than what I bought it for back in late April. And, for those reading this, no lawyer will touch this because Arizona lemon laws only pertain to 2 weeks after purchase for used vehicles older than 4 years. So I am really, really stuck. Absolutely sickened by both experiences at this dealership. Their Yelp reputation speaks for itself. Bought my wife a car here a few months ago. 1st thing they said when we arrived was "yeah that price was a mistake by our internet dept., it's actually over $5000 more than that plus taxes and fees. Despite having a copy of their online ad, they would not honor the price. The windshield was cracked, the tires were totally bald and unsafe, the interior was messy & more, & they wouldn't budge on the price. I had multiple people tell me they didn't even think it was legal to sell a car that was that dangerous. After buying their "certified pre-owned" car, it failed numerous parts of a pre-purchase inspection (post-purchase technically) that my wife and I paid to have done after buying the car. In addition to the aforementioned concerns, fluids needed to be changed, the cars auto parking feature didn't work, the headlights, body, and windshield looked as if they had been sandblasted.. the reputable shop whom we paid to do the post purchase inspection said that based on the amount of sand in crevices in the engine bay, they thought the car had been in a flood, sandstorm, or some type of serious tropical storm- a records search indicated that the car was from Florida, by the beach, so this made sense. The car was missing its manual... The salesperson promised he would look and see if he could get it to us... Contacted him five times including after the sale and he just ignored us. The day we came into look at the car we told the salesperson that we couldn't do the deal right there and then, as my wife and I had health problems- but we said we'd come back tomorrow and get it done, as it was the only white colored model of its kind that my wife could find in the area and she really wanted that model. Once we said this the sale manager came out and the pressure started. We "had to do it right now because someone else wanted it and they're supposed to come back tonight and pay cash for it." When we explained that we didn't want to blow up someone else's deal that was already made on the car, the stories started.."oh don't worry, they keep saying they're going to buy but they're not serious.." So we said "ok we'll come tomorrow then and get it done, my wife needs to rest.." The sales guy disappears for 20 minutes... he comes back "That other couple is here right now to buy the car!" I said "well let them have it if it's their deal.." he disappears again and comes back 10 minutes later..."oh they just left, they're not happy but we said you guys seemed more serious.." If the car wasn't super rare and my wife didn't need the special seats because of her health condition, we would've walked out 10 different times during the process. The sales manager was so pushy, fake, & sleazy, and was just lying through his teeth. I've purchased numerous 6-figure new Raptors, F-150s, a Dodge, Lincoln etc. from AutoNation. Despite having a horrible previous experience at this dealership a few months ago when I bought another car, & their 500+ 1-star reviews, I went in ready to buy another 6-figure car due to their location. Within minutes of arriving I told the sales girl "I'll pay you full sticker offer on this truck + taxes & fees, but I won't pay over sticker price." The girl started the antiquated process of "let me go see what my mgr says." She came back & started in with the phrase that instantly tells me she's new/horribly trained, "Ok, I talked to my manager, so if we sold you this truck at full sticker price + tax, would you be a buyer today?" (that is literally what I had just said.) I smiled & thought "that's cute, I'll give her the "closing/yes question" she's looking for & we'll have a deal." "Yes", I said, but not right now, I just need to go home, grab my checkbook & my wife, I'll be right back, & I will buy it then." (like a fool, thinking the process would be simple, I had erroneously assumed that after she brought that information to her mgr then came back & asked me that 1 yes question to which I replied "yes", I thought we had agreed to a deal.) Then the mgr came over. I would later learn this was not just a sales manager, but THE general manager for the entire dealership, Joseph Asadi.  The poster boy for a car sales manager-flawlessly trimmed Tony Stark facial hair, painted on pants & shirt, tall, dark hair, a big fake smile, tattooed arms, & a monster ego. Per usual, I repeat everything that I just said to the sales girl to the mgr. "I'm willing to give a full sticker price offer plus taxes & fees for this truck, but I won't pay any extra over sticker, if that's OK I'm just going to go grab my wife and my checkbook & I'll come back & buy the truck."  Sounds black & white right? Either accept my offer, or tell me that won't work & I should take a hike. You would think a car sales manager would understand that. Nope. This guy says "Let's run the numbers, give me 10 minutes." I'm confused..there is no "running the numbers." I made my offer, the girl brought it to him, then she came back & asked me a closing question, to which I replied yes, & said I'd go get my checkbook. The numbers are sticker price + taxes and fees. Confused, I told him he could run his numbers. 8 minutes into his 10 minutes, I got a call from my wife asking where I was, because I told her I was going to come pick her up & we were going to buy the truck. We were both happy & excited.  I went to tell GM Joseph Asadi- I smiled, went to shake his hand, & said "hey buddy, I'll be right back, I'm going to grab my wife and my checkbook." He leaves me hanging, the fake plastic smile is gone, he sneers at me & says "you're not serious about buying a truck, you don't even have 10 minutes for me to run numbers." I kept smiling & said "no, like I said I just need to go grab my wife & my checkbook & we're going to buy the truck." He throws his pen down, his arms outstretched & says "listen man, call me when you're serious about buying a truck." Now I'm getting upset.  Why am I having to repeatedly tell the GM of a car dealership that I want to buy a 6-figure pickup & I'm going to grab my checkbook to do it? My demeanor was still calm, but baffled. I looked at him, sitting there on his elevated throne in his sales box, while he continued to disrespect me in front of all of his salespeople behind/next to him..I said "why are you being like this? I don't understand, why do I have to keep telling you I'm just going to grab my checkbook & my wife & we've got a deal?" Again, "you're not serious man, you don't even have 10 minutes right now so we don't have a deal-" So I said "you know what man, you're right, we don't have a deal," & I walked out. What a pathetic excuse for a sales mgr/leader of an organization. I'll never buy another vehicle from them again. Actions speak louder than words. Their website talks about respect for the customer-it's all smoke. Their own GM endlessly disrespected me in front of his entire sales organization, & blew up a 6 figure deal for his salesperson because he doesn't understand how to sell, treat people, or communicate. I can't believe the process is still so antiquated- where ignorant examples of a salesperson still think that asking yes questions and trying to appeal to someone's ego with the "you're not serious" question will make a sale. On my way out he was still talking trash & being disrespectful, holding his hands up and looking around to all of his subordinates saying "this guys not serious, I mean come on..", peacocking & thinking he's being tactful & cool in front of his staff, while he blows up a 6-figure deal. What an absolute jerk, & a horrible experience. I found another black TRX the next day & paid $120k on the spot. They use every trick in the book to scam customers and do NOT value their no questions asked return policy, despite claiming to be a no pressure/no hassle business. You will not get your down payment back. Patros and Henry are the typical sleazy salesmen not taking no for an answer, while simultaneously withholding information regarding vehicles and policies. My son drove the car to Los Angeles, the engine light comes on so we take to my local mechanic. $1500 later ( cleaned out lots of gunk out of valves) could not get it all. On the way home light comes back on. Took back to dealership, car has been there over 30 days needs new engine. Working with service advisor ( Nicholas) who is working on it but I have called him four times with no call back. ( he is waiting for decision from dealership on next steps. Called GM ( Tom) three times with no call back. As of today still waiting for call back and next steps Dealer is not going to do anything. Sold us a car with engine that needs replacing. I practically had to beg for them to keep in touch with me and give me updates on my vehicle . (All I wound up getting done was routine maintenance, a job that could have been done in 1-2 days by any local mechanic.) I purchased my vehicle from the Autonation location next door to this service center in September 2020 - and I want to be sure to say that my purchase experience was wonderful! My salesman, Regan Howard, was informative, helpful, not pushy and I have NO complaints about that part! Since my purchase experience was good, I decided to give the service department a try...which was a huge mistake! I booked an oil change appointment online (as all of the constant emails I get directed me to do) - booked the appointment on 12/28 for an 11:00 am on 12/31. I received a confirmation email and responded to it asking about the wait time I could expect, as I was planning to stay and wait for my vehicle. Instead of a return email, I actually got a return phone call to tell me that waiting wouldn't be a problem (I could expect a wait of 60-90 minutes) and clarifying where to take my vehicle upon arrival. At this point, I was rather impressed with the customer service - it was nice to receive a confirmation phone call and have someone answer my questions in person! But, that is where the customer service ENDS. I arrived for my appointment at 11:00 AM and spoke with a kind gentleman that said he would get Jaycie, my service rep, for me. Jaycie arrived a moment later to inform me that they would not be servicing my vehicle that day. They had a "skeleton crew" and already had too many cars to get through today. WHAT???? I'm furious with this "explanation"! When you require appointments for service, I expect you to not overbook yourself! That being said, I do understand that is was New Year's Eve and evidently (according to Jaycie) several workers "called in" that morning. Okay, I understand that can happen....but my appointment was a 11:00 AM -- why in the world wasn't I called that morning, apologized to for the inconvenience, and offered alternatives???? Took my vehicle for repairs got it back 2 weeks later with a deep scratch and dent on side of vehicle. Called the service department about the damages spoke with Michael Franklin the service director. Horrible customer service to start off with. He told me they would look at the cameras to see if they saw any footage of the incident. Never did they call me back. I called 3 days later Michael told me he was busy that they didn't see any footage of my vehicle getting dropped off for repairs I don't know how that would be possible if my truck was there for 2 weeks horrible experience never take your car here for repairs they obviously don't care about their customers property. I followed up with the General Manager Joseph asadi. Thinking he would be any help towards my situation. Was I wrong he agreed with his service worker he actually said the technicians working on my vehicle told them the scratch and dent was already on my vehicle I asked to prove that and they said no pictures were taken only on the opposite side of truck odd that they only have one side of my truck and not all the way around especially if they noticed a scratch they didn't do ? And then he insulted me by saying they don't take pictures or record any damages unless they are new vehicles. Saying my truck has no value to them because it's a a couple years old I purchased the vehicle from auto nation spent thousands of dollars yet no concern of the damages on my vehicle. I purchased a 2023 chevrolet 2500 hd at the beginning of Oct. I was promised by Nguyen Tu Thanh "Nick" and authorized to reimbursement for an alignment and a nail removal of one of tires. There shop was closed at Auto Nation because the "deal" was finalized till after hours. We would have had them perform the service but "Nick" agreed for us to have the service performed at a reputable service center where we live. We live over 200 miles from North Pheonix Auto Nation. Since then, I have had countless text back and forth from Nick. He said he sent it to accounting , that he was not at home and when he returned to the office he would let me know the status. No response, no response, no response. So, I called Auto Nation and spoke with a reception person to then transfer me to a manager. I left a message on thier voice mail. I waited 4 days for a call back, no response. I called Auto Nation again, got transferred to service. I gave them my information to contact me about my concern of what "Nick" said in writing, (aligment, nail repair). I received an email back from a Mr. Mendoza. Asking me if he could schedule an appointment to jave said service done at there facility in North Pheonix. I explained in detail my situation over email to Mr. Mendoza. I waited 5 days. No email response. I sent another email to Mr. Mendoza explaining and sharing my frustration with their lack of service and lack of integrity. So now here I am telling you my experience. I traded a nice car and dropped 15k down on this truck. The service "owed due" was for an alignment and nail repair. What was promised on paper is a total of $150. Now, in my mind $150 is a small amount, considering I paid $44500 for said vehicle. I want to share my experience with you to make sure if you do purchase a vehicle from this outfit you make sure you get everything promised by them. As of today, I have not received a reply nor reimbursement for the alignment and nail removal. I sent receipts of the jobs performed by a reputable auto service center in my area to them showing proof. Maybe your experience will differ from mine. But, I want to share my experience with you. Just had my Fiat serviced. Autonation seems to be the most consistent and recommends the same option each visit (minimum synthetic blend). When I called around for a same day appointment, other area Fiat dealerships were all over the place with service suggestions. Tempe Fiat told me my car only requires conventional... :-| I called Autonation and they gave me a 90 minute estimate. The service took a bit longer due to a car with a bigger problem ahead of me, but Carl was very helpful when I could barely get eye contact from other service reps, and kept me updated throughout. On my last appointment, the rep disappeared for an errand and I had to talk to several people just to get my service order cashed out while my car sat in front of me for 20 minutes. Carl made me forget all about that. Their prices are great especially with the frequent coupons on their site and in the mail. Hire more Carls. read more

I'd give Zero stars if Yelp allowed. We just left this dealer with my Father (he's 68 with multiple health issues). My Father bought a vehicle from a so called friend that worked in sales about a year and a half ago. He bought a 2016 Dodge RAM work truck with NO bells and whistles. The finance person was slick (aren't they all), and added in an after market warranty and GAP coverage. My husband owns an automotive repair shop and no one in our family ever buys the after market extended items. My Father did not want or need this coverage. He has owned the vehicle for 19 months and has put on 19,500 miles, which would mean any issues would be still under a factory warranty. My Father recently had a hip replaced and his diabetes is terrible, with other health issues, he can no longer get in and out of the vehicle. We went with him to trade it in for a crossover at Honda and Honda mentioned that he was upside down and a huge part of that upside down is the aftermarket and gap (totaling $3,000!). This is when we found out they slipped in the extra unnecessary coverage. We went with my Father to this dealership to help him get back the funds he has over paid because of the careless finance department. The finance manager said the only option was to sign off the extras and they'd put the rest of the money towards the loan. We know this to be NOT true. My husband and I owned a Dodge Laramie truck a few years ago and the same thing happened and we called in and got the money back in a check that day! The people at this location are not only heartless but scam artists. I would not recommend doing business with them especially if your older. Senior citizens be ware and don't sign anything without reading it. My next call is to the CFPB because I am tired of sales people sneaking items on to car loans. They get quick cash but don't do anything to help anyone in need. I wonder if we went to trade it in at Dodge if they'd give the $3,000 towards a new vehicle? If it benefits the dealer I'm sure they'd figure out how to use it. My Father really needed the funds to put down on another vehicle to help him get out from under this horrible purchase and in to something he can get in and out of (physically), and of course the dealer found a way to keep the money in house and not help a person. I just can't believe they'd send us out the door and make my Father feel like a fool when it was their fault. The finance manager literally smirked at us knowing he was getting one over. I spent a few weeks doing research on the trim levels of Jeep Cherokee and the various features, and I eventually figured out what I needed. This store was the only one in the valley that had what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I called in the afternoon and spoke to Edwin Ortiz over the phone. I made an appointment to come in to see the car, knowing it was the last day of the month and that everyone was going to work extra hard to close the deal. We showed up and met with Edwin who had brought the car up for me to test drive. While we were driving the manager assessed our potential trade car so that we had some numbers to work with when we got back. A bit of back and forth and we had a very good deal on the Cherokee. Meanwhile, I got hungry and had no cash for the vending machine so one of the managers kindly bought me a bag of Cheez-its to snack on. Then we had to go through the dreaded financing process. Mark was our finance guy and he assured us it would take only a few minutes, and he was right. He had all of the paperwork in order and whipped through it for us in less than 5 minutes. (Our last new car purchase involved the finance person recording the entire conversation and a VERY aggressive push for an extended warranty, which we declined several times, over what seemed like at least 30 minutes). I know that buying a car is stressful and frustrating, but this transaction went very smoothly. And a nice surprise came at the end. The car included a year of oil changes for free and a rental car for 2 years if we ever need to take it in for repair work. read more

Only thing they are good at is selling you a vehicle. After that all aspects of customer service goes out the window. Been trying to get in touch with the finance department for weeks. They never answer their phone, leave a message with another department, never get a call back. You have to physically drive there to get anything done and even that you'll be there for at least an hour. The first service they confused my car for another customers car so I was stuck with a rental for almost a week. The second time the service provider told me my main battery was dead (which is wasn't, got it checked somewhere else and it was fine) when I questioned the service provider over the phone because the battery was fairly new he acted condescendingly towards me. The battery is still fine btw... Plus when I got my car back my car was a mess, dust covering the interior. There was a storm and obviously my car was open during it. Didn't even bother to vacuum/ wipe it down before returning. Overall I just have such a bad taste in my mouth from this place. Just your typical sleazy car dealer. Additional note: If you look at their google reviews, after they get a really bad one they flood a bunch of fake reviews to drown them out. Lol! read more

Awful experience and poor dealership. Take your business elsewhere. When I went in to speak to someone when there was no one in the dealership that morning trying to purchase cars they made me wait an hour to speak to someone. They say you can get your warranty refund once you trade your car in yet no one will answer the phone, they do not respond to your emails, and it has now been a hassle over 4 months to try to get this taken care of. On top of this the sales people have lied to me about a car I was on my way to purchase and then when I was almost there the sales person said "oh sorry we don't have the car." Took my business to courtesy ram after this autonations shenanigans and was able to pick up my TRX with no hassles. read more

This was my second time taking my Car in for an oil change and car wash. The first time was a really good experience! The second time, I wasn't a happy camper!! After waiting for 2 hours my car was brought back to me with the license plate bent, bird poo still on the car, white stuff on the back tire n the front tire rim still dirty! This dealership turned my exciting experience into a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle on April 15, 2022. When I discussed my financing options with the sales agent, I requested a 72 month term. After initial processing with the finance department, the sales agent confirmed that my term would be 72 months. I signed the financing agreement expecting that it was for 72 months as discussed. However, I was surprised to discover that the financing term on the paperwork is for 84 months. During the signing process, I was never informed that the financing term was 84 months. If I had known that, then I never would have signed the agreement. Also, I noticed the financing paperwork shows that I have optional GAP protection for an additional $995. However, I was never asked if I wanted the optional GAP protection. If I had been asked about it, then I would have declined. Aside from that, the vehicle itself has never left the dealership ever since I purchased it, because it needed to be serviced before I could take delivery of it. Until now, I'm still waiting for the sales agent to notify me that the vehicle is ready for pick up. read more

Found the vehicle that I wanted to purchase online - completed the process online. Was offered all pricing, incentives, finance options, tax, tile, doc fees and bottom line price and monthly payment amount on a car that had a vin number and stock number and was verified to be on the lot. Completed all paperwork for credit and approved for best finance options based on credit score. (was even told that we were "good at paying our bills") Scheduled an appointment to sign and take delivery only be told once we arrived that what was offered to us online would not be offered to us during this final step. In addition to this they added other fees - like window tinting for $600 more - that was not on the original quoted price online. Looking for any way to make more money. Red flags along the way should have tipped us off that this was not the "different experience" that was sold to us by the salesman when we first walked in. Even he said this was not right and they should make it right. "If I was his brother, he would tell me not to buy it" because of this shady practice. At least the sales guy was HONEST and hardworking - but once things fell out of his control the disaster that is Autonation USA in North Phoenix revealed that they are just another deceitful organization trying to manipulate as much money out of your pocket as they can. Even got a little "if you don't buy this today" pressure at the end after all this. read more

TERRIBLE service. I came in on Jan 5th for an appointment I made for an open recall. I was directed into the service bay by a guy who VERY QUICKLY lost their temper and HIT my driver side window to MY BRAND NEW jeep I just purchased from Autonation!! I called the service desk and I was told a manager would contact me to speak about the incident - it's been almost THREE WEEKS and I haven't heard from anyone. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor DO NOT come here. Not to mention upon purchase and bringing my new jeep home I found a plank of wood NAILED to the bottom side of my front end. Recently I had a most horrific experience at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge in Phoenix. I am writing now to say thank you to the new management Mr. Acero for making it right and getting back a lousy customer. Mr. Acero went out of his way to make sure that my kids and I were taken care of and had a vehicle to be able to make it wheee we needed to be. I purchased a used vehicle from this Dealership and was told that they would have to keep it for a couple days to do some repairs on it. Keep in mind they give you a 5 day buy back, but thats not going to work if they hang on to it for a week! I finally received my vehicle, and nothing was fixed on it after a week of calling them and they assured me that it was in the shop! I'll never purchase from this dealership again, and I'll make sure everyone knows about my disappointment!! read more

This place does not deserve any stars. It has been 3 weeks and they refuse to return my car because they want to "make sure the light engine does not come back up". They said they can not find the issue and will have to test it more. I had to show up personally at the dealer for them to give me updates because they never try contacting me, and they would return my calls after a couple of days. Do not use their service.
