When I pulled in front of the store one of their clerks was standing with a customer with his trunk opened. Before I got out of the car I wanted to know if they could check my car because the engine light was on, so I waited until he was about to go back into the store before I interrupted him. I really just wanted to make sure they could do it because I had stopped at another place they said they didn't have the device, that someone stole it. Anyway, the young man went into the store and sent another very kind man out to check my car, then he went in and printed out the read out of the diagnostic. These guys were happy to help her and ran a diagnostics test and then gave some advice and sold me some parts. The most impressive thing took place at the register when I went to check out. I am a rewards member with them, and I had enough credit to pay for the items that I needed to get to repair my daughters car! My advice is that if you do some of your own repair on your vehicle's or even sometimes look for accessories, then you should be coming in here to shop. 2003 Toyota Tundra, 4.7 4 Wheel Drive. 200,000+ Miles and still running very strong!…read more I've been waiting to write this review for quite some time. I must start off by saying this truck does not have it easy. In fact, I've worked this truck extremely hard every single day 7 days a week for over 5 years. 5 years and 3 months ago my wife and I quit the big corporate world and started our own mattress and furniture business. ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/slumber-n-serenity-discount-mattress-and-furniture-anaheim ) We started our business on a very small budget, so my daily driver, our Tundra, immediately was stepped up into our official delivery truck. In August of 2012, this truck started getting loaded with mattresses and heavy furniture and was being driven around in bumper to bumper traffic with heavy loads every single day of the week. I maintained the truck with fully synthetic oil changes every 5 thousand miles, and of course did everything else necessary to keep it in shape. At around 100,000 miles I had the timing belt, water pump, serpenteen belt, plugs, transmission fluid flush etc etc. Literally, all I've done is followed the recommended maintenance and replaced wear parts such a tie rods, radiator, battery, spark plugs etc. I must say, this truck has outperformed any other truck I've ever had. It's running strong with no sign of motor or transmission issues at all. It's pushed hard,carrying huge heavy loads and continues to run like a champ. I'll drive this truck until it can't work for me any longer. This truck has never to this day broken down or left me stranded. Not once. I'm going to attach a picture of the truck towing a 1500 lb trailer today with 500 pounds of furniture in the bed and another 2500 lbs loaded on the trailer. That's 4500 pounds towing with no hesitation at all at 200,000 miles. All I can say is wow! I'm grateful. Well done Toyota!
