First impression is everything . Very professional and friendly staff. The customer waiting room was clean, presentable and service was immediate with no lines . I pass by this location just about everyday. I noticed that there are no cars just sitting there for long periods of time . That gave me the impression that their mechanics are on top of it and handle repairs in a timely manner. Juan is currently taking care of what my Ford F250 is in need of as far as repairs. I really wanted to like Integrity Auto Repair. In the beginning, I received excellent service from Donnie--he went above and beyond and truly represented what good customer service should be. Unfortunately, everything that followed completely changed my opinion. After having a full Service B done at the Belmont Avenue location in August (which includes an oil change), my vehicle started showing oil level alerts less than a month later while it was being driven on the highway. Out of caution, I had to send it to a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Mississippi, where they confirmed the issue and performed another oil change to correct it. When I reached out to Integrity, I spent weeks following up with their team just to get a response. Eventually, I spoke with Matt, who agreed to reimburse me only for what Integrity originally charged--around $100--rather than the full amount of almost $300 I had to pay Mercedes to fix what appears to have been an error from Integrity's initial service. Even though I appreciated finally receiving a partial refund, it's extremely disappointing that I had to go through so much back-and-forth for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I've brought more than one vehicle here in the past, but after this experience and the lack of accountability, I can't see myself returning. -- Nina Newsome read more

What a great experience! After a long hard day, it was such a pleasure to meet the guys in the shop. I was greeted courteously and immediately. after stopping at several locations to get the emissions test done, unsuccessfully, they were able to accommodate me within minutes. This place absolutely sucks. They are dishonest about so many things. They completely waste your entire day or half day only to not deliver a very basic diagnostic assessment. Then they call you back into the office "your car is ready" only to show up and it take them another hour to complete an oil change. And they called you back in when your car isn't even ready. NEVER. Integrity 1st Automotive I wanted to make sure that the guys at Integrity 1st Auto were recognized, commended and recommended for their quality work, at a good honest price. This is over due and a little lengthy. I waited a month before writing this to be sure no unexpected issues popped up on my vehicle; as will happen at some shops.... Well my care is running grate! I took my car in for a state inspection at another shop I trust while out of town, and they pointed out a minor leak in the valve gasket. I was skeptical because of the absence of any check engine light. I have experience with cars and knew if it was truly so, I would see the symptoms soon enough. So, at no surprise, a week later, when my engine bay hood was looking lick the bathroom of a Snoop Dog concert. White smoke billowing out of the hood. I knew that I was out of time and options! Integrity First was the closest garage to me with constant reliable reviews and I made the call. They I went in and was met with an experienced manager and professional. This guy knows his job. I felt something I rarely felt at a mechanics shop. I felt Trust... They completely power washed my engine to get the oil off and replaced the all of the bad gaskets and at my request my rear shocks. A Lyft was provided to get me home and back for pick up same day. Mind you I bought my car in around 11am and they were finished before closing at 5pm. My wife went with me and she was impressed as well with the service. And it's difficult to impress her! What stands out is there accountability, they wont try to up sale you on problems that aren't there. My car is a 2009 with just shy of 200,000.00 miles on it. Few shops won't try to upsell that scenario. VERRY FEW! I would like to add that If they make a mistake, they admit it and pay for it, not you. Not to mention that they beat out the lowest quote by more than $300.00 If you don't know what's wrong, pay the small fee to get your care checked out, then get the fee back in savings when compared to the competition. The way I see it shops have two options. a) Make a small profit dipping g of customers and suckers who do not know any better.. or b) Earn the trust of your customers with good work at affordable prices time after time. Word will spread, reputation is slowly built. And customers come back with legit needs and get grate results. Which type of shop do you want working on you and your loved one's vehicles? I for one now recommend integrity First to everyone I know. read more

Very disappointed in them. Our company has used them for vehicles for about 18 months. We spent over 8k on one van for multiple issues. We had to take it back to brake issues. The new manager repaired it and said it was due to inferior parts installed. This same van broke down again and we had had it towed to a nearby shop. They said the transmission mounts installed by Integrity when the replaced the transmission the same time as the brakes, were cheap quality. When the mount broke , it caused the transmission to drop, which caused the engine to drop causing more damage. Integrity said it is too bad, so we are spending $3500.00 elsewhere to fix it. The people who work here are so kind and helpful! *embarrassing story of a pregnant lady haha* I drove up, having the worst day ever, had been driving from gas station to gas station trying to find an air pump that worked since my tires were low with the weather change. The last place I had stopped had pulled almost all the air out of one of my tires and I was feeling so frustrated and helpless. I pulled into this place desperate for help and crying out of frustration ( I know ridiculous but, pregnancy hormones lol) but the guys here were willing to help me immediately and filled up all my tires free of charge! Like many, I have had some really bad experiences with auto places. So, imagine my enthusiasm when I found this place! I got a few coupons in the mail and they agreed to honor both. This is not something business do (not valid with other discounts, and all that). I came in and in the mere 35 minutes it took for the oil change and state inspection, I got some free (good, single serve) coffee, sat in a cool spot, and had access to their iPad station (2 set up for customers). The place is comfy, clean, cool, and from what I can tell, honest. A good experience all around! read more

I just had my second visit to Integrity-1st Automotive and I can now call myself a happy customer. My first visit on Feb. 7th was for an oil change, very happy with the customer service I received, from the moment I walked in the door, they showed just how much they appreciated me coming in. I had been taking my 2004 Acura TSX to the David McDavid Acura Plano dealership since it was purchased in 2006 and had gotten great service up until 2022 - management change and a bad mechanic worked on my car and they didn't want to fix it until I pitched a fit (which I should have, I've spend lots of $$$$ with them). I knew then I had to find another place to take my car to, as I had lost confidence in their work and in their customer service. Well, low and behold, Arnold's (the old name) had been sending me things in the mail to come check them out. So while I was thinking about doing that, Integriy-1st acquired Arnold's, and I thought why not and made an appointment for an oil change. Mario was great helping me with my appointment and it went well. They gave me recommendations on what needed to be done and I felt like I was being told the truth and being treated fairly and honestly. My second visit today was to do the recommendations, which I'm happy with and my car is running great. I think I've found the automotive repair shop that will appreciate me as a customer, that's all I ask - treat me fairly and I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys! read more

WARNING PLEASE READ!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone they over charged me. First they said torque converter need to be replaced, and sent the picture to me but instead they replaced broken flywheel without any contact or informing me. And charged me two times than the regular fixing cost estimated before from other auto shop. So I was tried to talk to their boss or owner but said he is in vocation.
