This place is a straight-up scam. I came with 4 new tires and rims asking to get them mounted and they charged me $120 (he brought it down from $140) for the mounting claiming that it costs $10 a tire to take off 2 of my old tires that still had tread on them that I wanted to keep. Of course, they didn't tell me about it this beforehand. Don't even get me started on the old grumpy owner. I asked him if he had change so I could tip his workers and he basically told me to screw off and get change from the gas station. This place is a joke! Quoted me one price over the phone and then when I got there, the price went up by $70, and they said it had to do with my low-profile. I told them the size over the phone and they quoted me. They might be good for tire purchase, but for services, they suck pretty badly. I've been coming here for years. Normally I would order my tires from tirerack.com & bring them here for installation. But because of COVID, I finally ordered my first pair of tires here (I was low on $). They were able to get me 2 tires for $95 on short notice. This was important to me because the tread on my 2 front tires was really low. As always, there were welcoming and cordial. I prefer this place over Discount Tire because Discount Tires is always busy and I want to help small businesses. Also, Adam is great! He's the one who personally helped me over the phone. read more

My front tires were bald and so I stopped by to this tire shop to have them replaced. After they replaced them I went to get lunch and then was going to head home. It was maybe an hour after and my front passenger tire was flat as fuck. Some tire replacement huh. So I went back to have them change it out again. And this time is was a different guy and he told me straight up he wouldn't have chosen those tires because they weren't good. Funny he knew that and the other guy didn't smh. Well once they fixed my tires again I started my drive home which is an hour and my steering wheel began to shake because they didn't balance my tires before letting me go. If you're gonna have a tire shop make sure you hire people who actually know what their doing so you don't get bad reviews and angry customers. Won't be coming back here ever again that's for sure. I should give them the bill tho for having my car fixed somewhere else because their incompetent employees can't do a simple task of replacing tires. Not to mention they lack professionalism. I'm sure there's plenty of better tire shops in the Plano area, save your time and money. read more

I would give you ZERO if I can! I brought two used tires 2 months ago but they put the wrong size on. After finding out by mechanics, I went to their office today and was told that they have two weeks warranty. But guys, I am not talking about warranty, I am talking about your fault! I am not even talking about the potential damage it can cause for me! The best offer I can get is that have $10 off to buy another two used tires from them. I believe the price was $30, but they charge me $ 30 last time (long story here but how much did you pay for that? Dear readers?). I am impressed the manager keeps reminding me of their warranty and return policy, good for you and nice knowledge! Do not make it up by saying the quality and tire are damaged, I barely drive my car since I live on campus (my record is 2000 miles a year or even less, FACT). If it is not great, ask yourself why you are selling things like that to people? You must do not care about a person who buys used tires. But I am not going to visit your store anymore. The last thing I can do for you leaves you a comment. Hopefully, it helps other people: Check the tire size they give you, otherwise you will be screwed up! went there to install 4 new rims and tires to my cars. they broke my 3 wheels stud ( 2 front wheel and 1 back), did not let me know. I went back to the shop next day try to ask them to fix the wheel stud for me, they manager said it is not their problem and he said the reason they broke my wheel nuts because the previous car repair shop install the wheel the wrong way??? i said can you prove to me?, he only said it is his experience and insist not help me to repair the damaged they made. Not only this, they overcharge me $20 ( I found out, so they return the money to me). after a week driving my car, the car start to shaking. i went to Costco check everything.
