I have always waited in their customer area (WiFi, snacks, drinks, televisions). All service was performed well, as expected. You get text messages when they inspect your car. There can be some extended waiting times, even with an appointment. I usually bring a book to read or maybe my laptop to get some work done. Also, it's always freezing cold in the waiting area (I asked and was told that they can't adjust the thermostat) so I have to wear long pants and a jacket while I wait regardless of the weather outside.
