First the alternator vibrated loose and was just flopping around the engine. They fixed the repair. The other day my transmission had pulled away from the motor it was making a terrible noise. Thought is was a AC clutch it was not. I called the repair shop at auto city as a courtesy not trying to get anything out of anybody. And all the Service manager would say is we're not responsible we're not Liable. Not is everybody OK? Did you get it fixed?What can we do to help. Hopefully nobody gets killed by their half ass repairs.

I was behind on my payment and only owed $6900 and my car was totaled for the amount of repairs and they could have kept my car salvaged for $4600 and allows me the full 21 days to get my car back for remaining of $2300 I got the wreck on 12/7 they repo 12/15 and allows them to take the car when she agreed to salvage for $4600 and they lied took my $15000 already paid. Now it's just this unclaimed page. Today, I came in for an oil change. The process was smooth. Everyone was polite and friendly this time. They started doing this video thing that I REALLY LOVED! The mechanic records 2 videos as they are checking your car and providing verbal feedbacks like "Your brake pads have xxx inches left, tires have xxx left, both are in good condition. No rust was found.", and then they'll upload those videos to a webpage for you to review. As a very particular person, I freaking LOVE this! In fact, this might just be the reason for me to keep coming back to this place for oil change and maintenance needs.

My King and I needed a cash car real quick. We knew the car was not for more than getting around,…read moreand we initially called another dealership in the area. They spoke a good game but nothing panned out when we arrived. We walked up and down S Buckner, as there are MANY car places, but nothing added up. Everyone had busted cars with overpriced tags. Like $2,000 but needs $3500 of work. Bad transmission. Or $4,000 for something decent and maneuverable. (These are slightly dramatic examples for your amusement.) The King was getting grumpy, as he is wont to do. I knew we weren't leaving without a car - it just WAS NOT going to happen. I asked the ancestors, "What would it take to get the perfect car at the right price within 45 minutes?" We walked right onto this lot as I finished my prayer... and within an hour had the perfect car - PAID IN CASH - title, tag, and all.... and just within our price for everything. Jamie Mayhall helped us personally. He met us out on the lot, and was very friendly, straight to the point, and upfront about the car. He had just gotten that car in, and hadn't even gotten to list it, but was ready to inform us. We took a quick test drive, paid, handled the paperwork, and that was it. This occurred about 2 weeks ago - and trust me, the King is very happy that we've got an extra vehicle that can stick and move from point A to point B - which was the only reason we needed it. While there were many dealers who were friendly and pleasant, Jamie MET us where we were... and it was just the right car, right place, right time, and right price. Other dealers would make us walk all over the lot to find them - or just wouldn't leave their offices until we came in. JAMIE WAS READY. I cannot recommend him enough and the car works just as he said it would - its noted (and disclosed imperfections) aside. I really recommend this place.
