DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!…read more In June 2023, I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe from Adonis Auto Group. In September 2023, my engine light came on with diagnostic codes indicating it was the Catalytic Converter and O2 Sensor. Upon contacting the service center, I was advised, without a second thought, to seek an outside repair shop. That repair cost me $1500 out of pocket, because Adonis "doesn't do catalytic converters." In January 2024, my engine light came BACK on, with catalytic converter codes and engine know sensor. After returning to the mechanic who replaced the converter in September, I called Adonis Auto Group to express my dissatisfaction. They agreed to pick it up to diagnose the vehicle. After roughly 2-3 days, they advised me that I needed a front and back catalytic converter, which had I "went through Adonis for the repair, it would've been covered to replace." On February 16, Adonis picked up my vehicle for the repairs- that was the last time I seen my vehicle. Since February, I have spent countless hours on hold with the Service Center. In April, I was told they finally repaired my converters. Allegedly, during the "quality check ride" the engine light started flashing rapidly. George, the service center representative, told me I needed a new engine. While waiting at least two weeks for the repair, and after sitting on hold for an hour, George told me that the repair shop they outsourced the job to had been lying regarding repair updates. George presented the resolution of Adonis replacing the engine in-house, and it would be ready in two business days. Well, that didn't happen. George advised me, again after sitting on hold for over an hour on the day I was told it would be ready, that the engines they had "in-house" didn't fit. The service manager decided to outsource the repair AGAIN, except to a "personal friend" this time. Now, here I am four months into a repair with no vehicle, perpetually delayed ETAs as recent as this Friday (06/07/2024).

They are very nasty and shaddy in the way in which they treat their customers. Turned my car off and told me unless I paid the entire amount owed it could not be turned back. Left me sitting in my car in the pouring raining storm. There was lightening and thunder and the guy is telling me "The system won't allow him to turn back on the car, even if I paid just half of the whole." Granting I was telling him I would pay the other half in less than a week. Then, I asked to speak to an accounts manage, was told they got to send them an email and got to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a call back from a manager. This is some real unprofessional, low-classed NONSENSE! So, if there is an urgent need for a manager that can't be done? What would I do with my car in that time? He honestly told me I would have to leave it there and I guess trot through the storm. This was crazy to me! I don't care if someone owes you, this is a person's life in jeopardy. I have never in my life met any company like this in any industry. I would advise anyone and I mean anyone that is thinking about trying this company to stay farrr and I mean farrr away. Do not mess with this company at all! These people are heartless and only see their clients as dollar signs. Additionally, there cars always malfunction and keeps you spending money trying to fix them. Then, they would gladly call you every week, two weeks, month (whatever your pay cycle is) for their money. Again, Stay farr away from Adonis Auto Group! Their cars are Overpriced and poorly serviced and the way they treat their customers is unheard of.

BUYER BEWARE -- SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THE INTEGRITY, TRANSPARENCY & BUSINESS PRACTICES OF TEXAS…read moreAUTOS DIRECT I purchased a 2016 Audi RS7 from Texas Autos Direct on August 5, 2026, and what should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase has turned into an incredibly frustrating, expensive, and disappointing experience that has caused me to seriously question the dealership's transparency, integrity, and commitment to its customers once the sale is complete. My primary point of contact at the dealership was Rick Bayon, Sales Manager. Unfortunately, my experience dealing with him and Texas Autos Direct after the sale has been extremely disappointing. The title process was an absolute mess. Texas Autos Direct significantly delayed providing my title, preventing me from completing registration as planned and resulting in additional expenses, registration issues, and considerable inconvenience. I repeatedly attempted to get the matter resolved. Instead of being proactively handled by the dealership, I ultimately had to escalate the matter and file a complaint with TxDMV before I finally received my title. For a dealership selling vehicles to customers, this should not require regulatory intervention. After taking possession of the RS7, I discovered mechanical and condition issues that were not disclosed to me before the sale, resulting in additional diagnostic work and repairs that I am now paying for myself. I brought these issues to the dealership's attention immediately, yet neither Rick Bayon nor Texas Autos Direct made any meaningful effort to take responsibility, assist with the repairs, or make the situation right. That response--or lack thereof--is particularly troubling because I purchased a high-performance luxury vehicle from a licensed dealer, relying on the dealership to accurately represent the vehicle and disclose material issues known to them. The dealership was very capable of communicating with me when it wanted to make the sale. Once the transaction was completed and problems began emerging, however, that level of responsiveness and customer service seemed to disappear. That is what has left me questioning the transparency and integrity of the overall transaction. I am not writing this review because I am unhappy that a used vehicle needed maintenance. I understand that a 10-year-old performance vehicle can require repairs. My concern is the combination of what was represented to me before the sale, what was not disclosed, what I subsequently discovered, the condition issues I am now dealing with, the dealership's response when I brought those issues to its attention, and the prolonged title problems. A reputable dealership should stand behind the accuracy of its representations and make a good-faith effort to address legitimate problems when they arise. That was not my experience with Texas Autos Direct or Rick Bayon. This experience has been frustrating, infuriating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily expensive. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Texas Autos Direct. Prospective buyers should carefully consider whether they are comfortable placing their trust in this dealership and its representations before handing over their money.

He also turned the payoff check in to the bank 3 weeks after the purchase. He refuses to own up to his mistake of inputting the incorrect payoff amount by blaming me for signing off on the document. It was my mistake to trust him. This mistake is now costing me an extra thousand dollars out of my pocket due to his negligence. To add insult to injury, he was so stubborn when I tried speaking to him about this that he couldn't understand that the communication between his team is where the mistake was. I provided the correct payout amount and the number he entered was incorrect. He responded by blaming me, the customer, and telling me to pay it because I signed off on it. This is a valuable lesson to never put your trust in to someone who you believe to be doing their job correctly. I was hung up on by the owner and forced to write this review to save anyone else from going through this mess. I would not purchase a vehicle from here, And if you do make sure you read the contract because they cannot be trust to put in correct information.

I was behind on my payment and only owed $6900 and my car was totaled for the amount of repairs and they could have kept my car salvaged for $4600 and allows me the full 21 days to get my car back for remaining of $2300 I got the wreck on 12/7 they repo 12/15 and allows them to take the car when she agreed to salvage for $4600 and they lied took my $15000 already paid. I have rights as a consumer and they literally took my car from me not allowing me time to get the car and they need to be out of business for this. You see reply seeing I have no account with them, yes because y'all been paid off from the total loss of car and bet not add no repo on my record. I'm bet you do just like I will appreciate getting my money back. You all can clearly see the receipt they got paid she lied said she would salvage allow me too pay the rest. Remember I had 21 days anyway. They are some haters frfr. Why are you responding as if did me a justice. They stole my car pretty much and they know they were ruthless for this. I will not stop until the courts hear my story . Then had the nerves to call about getting another car from Them today. I would leave 0 stars if able. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS COMPANY…read more Please be cautious of your finances with Autos of Forney. I would advise you review your payment allocation closely. I purchased vehicle and did purchase the warranty, which I should have been more attentive on price. The warranty was a $6000 purchase on a $13,000 car. They allocated my cash deposit to the $6000 warranty. Once I realized the price/money allocation (admittedly my fault), I requested to have the warranty cancelled. That was an incredibly laborious process that resulted in multiple visits phone calls. Once complete, they said they would receive money back from the warranty company, which they would apply to my loan. The money, around $2000, has never been applied! It has just "vanished." They can not provide me any record of receipt of payment nor that they applied it to my account. I have contacted them an egregious number of times only to be met with, "we don't know." They don't know how they lost $2000 sent to them. Be AWARE IF YOUR FINANCES WITH THIS COMPANY.
