I purchased vehicle and did purchase the warranty, which I should have been more attentive on price. The warranty was a $6000 purchase on a $13,000 car. They allocated my cash deposit to the $6000 warranty. Once I realized the price/money allocation (admittedly my fault), I requested to have the warranty cancelled. That was an incredibly laborious process that resulted in multiple visits phone calls. Once complete, they said they would receive money back from the warranty company, which they would apply to my loan. The money, around $2000, has never been applied! It has just "vanished." They can not provide me any record of receipt of payment nor that they applied it to my account. I have contacted them an egregious number of times only to be met with, "we don't know." They don't know how they lost $2000 sent to them. Be AWARE IF YOUR FINANCES WITH THIS COMPANY.
