My sales guy, I think, was the manager or owner, Peyman. He was super friendly, honest, flexible, and knowledgeable. I live in Austin and ran across their website with a VW I was interested in. I called them up, asked if the car was still there, and visited them the following Saturday. Once I got to VDubs Only, I was impressed to find said VW on the showroom floor- like it was waiting on me! Peyman let me drive it off the showroom floor and even let me take it to lunch! His price on the car was $3k+ less than Boardwalk, or anywhere else for that matter, I had researched. I knew it was already a good low price when I walked in. My trade in was also a VW so Peyman knew his stuff. I had received 2 quotes from CarMax and Peyman offered the same amount they did. VDubs Only works with a near by credit union in Plano for their financing. Peyman let me use his computer to fill out the application once we were done talking price and trade in! Peyman stayed on top of the financing, I never had to wait on him. The staff is super friendly, the inventory is priced low, and the transaction was very smooth. I highly recommend VDubs Only on anyone's next VW or Audi purchase!

It's Monday now and I haven't received the car. It's weird because the dealer and the shipper keep telling me it'll arrive "today" every single day. Well today finally came after all of the dealer and shipper drama. The Benz paint was all covered in some sort of orange sticky oil or transmission fluid as the truck above it the last week has been dripping and leaking. And the cherry on top is that the shipper refused to give me the car because the dealer hadn't paid the shipper the delivery cost. Ridiculous. A car dealer that doesn't know how to deliver a car. After payment has been made. The worst car buying experience of my lifetime. The dealer called me this morning threatening me and calling me a shitty person after all they put ME through . I am filing complaints with: * Texas Department of Motor Vehicles * Texas Attorney General's Office * Better Business Bureau *Federal Trade Commission and contacting my attorney now. This dealer is in flagrant violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) Jason Childers General manager of Vdubs aka Dallas cars of texas threatened me by yelling and screaming at me and calling me a shitty person and said he will drop the car off at the side of the road today near my home without signature.

The car matched the photos from the listing accurately - as for the mechanics and whether or not it's a 'lemon', time will tell and I will update accordingly (the whole 'as is' thing always makes me nervous, but I couldn't afford any additional protection and have always been hesitant about what that truly covers with smaller dealerships). The checkout process took under an hour and was very straightforward. The guy I worked with was also very friendly and didn't put on the icky "salesman" energy or try to sell me things I didn't need. My original car was stolen and I needed to get into something fast, and they made it happen ASAP!

I went in to test drive a 04 Camry and it was okay but I really wanted one closer to my old one. When I brought the 04 back a 99 was being parked that was just like my old one. I took it for a test drive and loved it. It was just like my old car, same color, nicer interior and without a leaky sun-roof. This one has more miles but only 1 owner and the price was awesome! I was able to pay up front but they do provide financing. I referred a friend of mine to them and she ended up getting a car as well. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used car. I've seen the same car at other places with even more miles on it for a lot more than what I paid. To add to a great customer experience, A.K., the owner, gave me $100 cash for the referral!

They're so understanding and kind. Almost everyone in my family is financing cars with them. A few of my friends and family members came all the way from Austin and Houston to buy cars! When I asked about this, they said that this is how the auction site covers for themselves on 20+ year old cars. I then decided that I wanted to do a pre-purchase inspection. The dealer wanted to charge me $150 to deliver the car to a mechanic 16 minutes away and alternatively they would not allow the mechanic to pick up the car. It was clear that they did not want the car to get inspected. They also sent me an old autocheck without the damage showing. Was blocked by the dealer after I said that I was not interested in the car. Would not trust this dealer in anyway.
