I saw cars I liked and was looking to get one within 2 days. Why would I even think about coming back if you don't even want to walk a few steps out of the shade to show me my options? I just wanted to know what I could possibly get, but instead got told "I don't even want to deal with you right now" So unprofessional, if I had gone anywhere else, they would've been glad to show me around. Guaranteed customer or not, someone is looking to buy a car, you should help them out.

A lot of these comments are negative, and I will add that all the cars have a sign on the windshield stating "SOLD AS IS." Unfortunately, people overlook those signs and don't inspect anything, expecting to leave with a brand-new car. I am very satisfied with my car and it is my first luxury car, at an affordable price! Left went to Mesquite the bank to get 3500 cashiers check, Then to Forney to the house to get check stubs, While I was getting this all done, Linda called me to confirm what vehicle I was getting, then asked if I was coming back to finish up getting the truck. There were NO TELLERS and the manager wasn't there. Went back the next day, there was ONE teller with 15+ customers in line. I left after 30 minutes without being helped, 9 people still in front of me. I've been there numerous times and couldn't get change! The are some short on employees. [MUST READ] Before…read moreI write this review on Mega Motors in Dallas, Texas, everything is 100% factual and honest with documentations, testimonial/witnesses, and me being out of a car. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruise 3 weeks ago and automatically had problems with the car. The sensor was bad, the motor was bad, the timing chain was off, ignition was bad. There were several things wrong with the vehicle. I took it to two mechanics (good friends of mine) and that's how I knew it was no good. They told me to take it back IMMEDIATELY. I begged the car lot for more information on my car once I took it back. They stated that nothing was wrong. The car didn't start after a week, the hood kept smoking, the alarm would go off randoml, etc. So, how is there not anything wrong with it?? The car completely died and wouldn't turn on which resulted in me paying almost $400 to get it towed back to the lot. To this day, they STILL couldn't tell me what was wrong with the car (even though my two good mechanical friends told me what was). Safe to say, Mega Motors can't be trusted. They lack customer service, honesty, and integrity. I'm out of $2700 because of people who dont care about customer. Please stay away.
