They used me as a pawn to ask questions about getting audited when I was speaking to a loan representative. They offered me a car on the spot for $150/month, adding a few hours to my visit and then after applying for a loan, which they didn't consider, payment would be as low as 240. I gave a deposit to hold a car and to provide assurance that after repairs (a dead battery, broken Struts, broken sunroof/moonroof, and missing cargo cover), but when DCU informed me of the real title condition, it took me 2 days to get the refund and speaking with the sealed rep and owner of the business. I clearly expressed that I was no longer interested in associating myself with the business and looking elsewhere. A few days later, the owner messages me about s new arrival I might be interested in. This was after I spoke to the manager about the integrity, professionalism , and methods of selling that I experienced.

Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. They didnt say one word to us. The uncles and family members are not honest people and on top of that, they had no desire to even try remedying the issues at all.
