    2022 tindra listed for 66k

    Walked in today and car salesman tried to sell me 2022 tundra - 1794 edition for 66k. I asked why'. When Toyota sells them brand new for 62k. He said his boss goes by the data.... Watch your self here they will rip you off. Please see pictures..

For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. If you come across a clean, unmolested 1990 to 1993 Mustang convertible, give me a call!

    I purchased a Ford F250 from TexasCarsDirect back in September. I flew in from Chicago to pick up…read morethe truck. Upon arriving and meeting with David Urby, I took the truck for a test drive. There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

    This was absolutely thee worst experience I've had while being serviced…read more As a woman, you EXPECT for mechanics to take advantage of you but it doesn't change the shock factor when someone has the audacity to actually do so. I went in for an oil change on a 2024 / 33k miles. My car is practically still new. I initially received a video of my car suspended in the air, with a technician explaining that everything looks good. Shortly after, I received 4 "critical" recommendations directly to my phone, which included the fuel system, an alignment, brake and transmission fluid.. it gave me the option to add the services onto my appointment or to decline. I did not choose either option as I expected someone to speak with me first. Time passed and my service advisor messaged me asking if I had seen the recommendations... I let him know that I had seen them but I was concerned to see so many issues. At that point he took the time to find me and explain that the recommendations were not actually "critical" but they are simply "recommended" at 30k miles... In my opinion , this should have been communicated before even asking me if I wanted to add these services to my appointment....... It felt like I was being scammed the whole time. My service advisor also told me that my car was sent off for washing and vacuuming.... I am not sure if they vacuumed the OUTSIDE of the car? because the inside was definitely still dusty. (Which is the way I brought it but the point is why would you say my car is being vacuumed and then it was not...?) The service advisor also left a stench behind. I could smell him in my car even after I left When I went to check out, I advised my advisor that I had a coupon.. He then asked to see the coupon so he could take a picture of it with his phone. And he told me next time to present the coupon at the beginning of the service.... WTF does it matter which time I am showing you as long as it's presented BEFORE I PAY? I was informed of the coupon when I booked the appointment, which was available on their website. and THAT representative told me that I did not have to tell the advisor anything because there will be notes of everything discussed... Overall, I felt super violated, misled, and mentally exhausted by the time I left. Also, on the drive home I noticed my car to be a bit wobbly.. I am not pointing any fingers, but the vibe I was given yesterday made me feel like these ppl will tamper with your car! I will be taking my business elsewhere

I've brought my Nissan twice here, and the service both times was great. Most notably, the technicians are friendly, professional, and transparent. Every time they perform service they give a rundown of why it is needed, how much it will cost, and if there are any high priority items that need to be addressed in the future. They are also very timely with service. Last week I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, CV transmission fluid exchange, and brake service, and they were done in four hours. Their shop has nice a lounge waiting area with WiFi and coffee so I could work while I waited. Overall, high quality experience. I won't take my car anywhere else.

    I visited Metro Nissan this past Saturday for a routine oil change on my 2018 Nissan Altima. I've…read moreconsistently serviced my vehicle at this location for years and have always had great experiences--until now. During my visit, I was advised to complete a fuel engine flush in addition to my oil change, which I agreed to. While the service itself was completed, the issue came when my husband picked up the vehicle on my behalf. He was attending to our 4-year-old at the time and was engaged in conversation with the advisor, Joey, when he noticed the driver's side door had been left wide open. Unfortunately, he did not immediately notice that the back portion of my driver-side mirror was missing--something that was fully intact when I dropped the car off. After contacting Joey, he admitted that the damage occurred when the vehicle was run through their car wash, which he acknowledged has been causing damage and needs replacement. While I appreciate the honesty, I am extremely disappointed that my vehicle was returned in that condition without being properly addressed before release. Due to scheduling constraints (including upcoming travel for my daughter's birthday weekend), I requested to bring the vehicle back on a specific day and asked for a rental car due to the inconvenience caused by their error. I was told rentals are not provided for one-day repairs, despite this being damage caused directly by their facility. I was then escalated to the service manager, Dave, but have yet to receive a resolution. This situation could have been handled much more professionally, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for years. At this point, I'm hoping for a proper resolution but will strongly reconsider returning to this location for future service.
