Unserious business. Reached out about selling my car but never got back to me. Reached out again as the instructions say and VP of sales responded to my inquiry. Unfortunately the guy never replied back after a couple of texts messages. Just unprofessional people not worth giving time to. read more

I sold them a car. The entire experience seemed too easy and I was therefore suspicious. I researched and was pleased with the results I found as well as how easy the transaction was. They scheduled t meet me at our local Chase bank, inspected my car and had the bank issue a certified bank check. They dropped me off at home. The buyers agent was friendly, professional and made the entire experience a pleasure. read more

I posted my vehicle for sale and was swiftly contacted by two sales men from the company, Anmar and Adam. They were upfront, honest, transparent with their intentions and offered an incredibly fair price for my vehicle. I met a third associate for inspection / transfer, Juwan, who was equally professional, respectful, and educated in the field. It was important to me to feel safe with the financial transaction and like I would not be swindled. All dealings took place in public at the bank. Incredibly positive experience with this company. read more

just sold a 2025 f150 to Texas Auto Value, initially contacted by Jonathon Frezza and made a deal and Eduardo came to pick the vehicle, up. Easiest thing ever. I was super suspicious but they are legit. They made navigating all the bank stuff super simple

Skeptical when I drove in to an office building complex and not a car lot. Roberto greeted me and could not have been any more professional. What a simple and seamless process. Paperwork was completed in minutes and the money and title were transferred in a few days from the bank. A very fair price was given to me especially compared to what Tesla was offering. Thousands of dollars difference between the two offers. Highly recommend Texas Auto Value read more

Owner was super disrespectful, tried to scam me on a vehicle. Had to call the cops because he threatened me and pulled up my info threatening to go to my home. He even sent to me in a text, knew where I lived. Stay away from this business at all costs. read more

What an easy process. There was some confusion with not having my correct phone number but they still showed up at the bank on time. My car had a vehicle wrap on it that was in mediocre condition and I told them that up front. He talked to his people for a couple of minutes and that was it, easy bank to bank transfer. No low balling, they gave me the number we agreed upon to begin with. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% do business with them again. read more

Fast straight forward offered me a price and bought my truck the next day. Very satisfied, will use this company again.

Cliff was super accommodating. Was late for our original appointment, due to unforeseen client financials, but he set up an appointment next day that went off without a glitch. 45 minutes, inspection, paperwork, stand by for wire transfer, confirm transfer with bank and done! Never heard of this company but will keep them in mind. Folks worried about safety or a possible scam can rest assure, here in the Tampa Florida area, the company is legit and Cliff is well respected and professional when it comes to selling your car to them. I received a written offer from these guys on my truck good until the next day, 08/08/2023 at 5PM. I responded 08/08/2023 at 12PM and told them that I accept their offer. They were Great, On Time, Very Professional, Fair Price and explained things well, I will use them in the future!

Great communication! I needed to part with my Toyota Tacoma and was able to sell it for a fair price with zero, nada, zilch in problems; it went as smooth as silk. I meet with Jonathan Gordon at my local bank, he handed me cash, I deposited the cash and handed him the title and keys. It would be near impossible to make this transaction smoother then it was. I would 100% use Texas Auto Value again versus dealing with all the tire kickers and low ballers on Craigslist. Save yourself the headache and if they reach out to you given them a listen and know it's way smoother then any other transaction you will ever have. read more

DO NOT SELL TO THIS AUTO GROUP. Set up time to meet with representative and upon meeting, I was held at the bank for over an hour only to be told they "Couldn't access funds". So, gave them the benefit of the doubt and set up another time to meet and took time off work. Again, same thing happened, they were unable to access funds. Complete waste of time and most likely a scam. SELLERS BEWARE!! read more

Top notch! Very efficient and made the entire car sale process easy. Mike, Marlon and team were great to work with to sell our used car.

I beg you, please don't use these guys. They are the personification of sleazy used car salesmen. I have just been baited and switched the day before our sale by Nico Bay and Steven Wamble. All photos are screenshots of my conversations with the team member and his supervisor. My Ford F350 was agreed on a price of $57k for purchase. Nico reached out about three days after I posted the truck for sale. He initially offered $56,500. I ran him over the truck, all the extras, the fact that it had been hit twice while parked (and offered all the insurance documents to prove it), told him the windshield needed to be replaced, and we ultimately agreed on $57k. Nico ran a title check and ran into some issues between Capital 1 and the DMV having discrepancies on the lien information. It took about a week to get cleared up. I got a call Sun, Aug 26th from Steven Wamble who left me a voicemail where he said he was Nico's supervisor and we were good to close the deal at $57k. The following morning, Aug 27th, Nico contacted me and verbally set up the sale with the agreed upon price. An HOUR later, he reached back out and said "his supervisor" told him they couldn't do the sale, even though I have the "supervisor/partner" on record saying we could less than 24 hours before. I don't know what kind of scam they are running, but I would actually pay money not to have had to waste my time with these hacks. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear read more

I posted my truck and when I didn't want to sell Mike Banna became very disrespect he texted my phone and seems like he was beside himself about the whole situation. It's a shame that he says he makes all this money buying cars. This grown man couldn't conduct himself properly after hearing NO that was scary then he started undoing his messages to cover his tracks. I remember the phone saying calls are recorded. How long before this guy snaps and hurts someone. Please be careful!!!! read more

Texas Auto Value found my listing on Facebook Marketplace and after a few questions, their agent made an offer that was significantly above everyone else's. They met me at my bank and transferred the funds directly into my account. I didn't even have my title yet, but it was not an issue. The process was fast and simple and their offer was very good. They found my pickup for sale on Facebook marketplace and called me right away and booked a time to come buy it in Oklahoma City. They were friendly, polite and respectful on the phone. They didn't play typical car games you would think from a dealer! He was a very kind man and spoke very highly of this company which is rare in the car business hahaha. I will definitely sell to them in the future when needed. read more

It is really difficult for me to find anything wrong with my transaction with TAV. The punchline is that I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone to use. They are customer service class act, fair in their offers and operated with extreme integrity. I posted my Tundra on CL, shortly after I received an email response, well written with an office and cell phone number to call. I called, we negotiated briefly and set an appointment for the next day. Following that I received several form text messages with confirmation of my discussion with the sales guy, including financial and VIN numbers, as well as details on the appointment. Next day I received a call and text message from the inspection / transportation person to confirm timing and financial preference (I requested cash). 2 hours later, we met at the local Chase bank for the transaction. I showed up and there were 2 folks already there, waiting for me, dressed in TAV branded polos. Both of these guys were super professional and operated methodically according to the TAV process - inspected the vehicle, test drove and then we went inside the bank - filled out several standard bill of sale sand power of attorney forms and then I had the teller validate the cash. One of the guys went outside, took off my plates and put on dealer temp tags. I took photos of all of the documents that were signed and we shook hands. As we walked out one of the guys asked me if I had a toll tag, which we then removed from the truck. After that we went our separate ways, everyone seemingly very happy. Again, I would do business with them and recommend them without hesitation. read more

I'm a 3 decade veteran of the retail automotive industry, couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism with Texas Auto Value.

Very happy with the sale of my car. I had it listed on Tred to try and sell it privately to make more money than a trade in and they offered me just a little less than what I had listed so it was a good deal for me. They met me a couple days later at my bank. We deposited the cash and then headed to a UPS where they helped me mail the lienholder what was owed. They made it very easy. I definitely recommend them. read more

I listed my vehicle on Autotrader.com. I was immediately contacted by Mike at Texas Auto Trader. After some hard negotiating we agreed on price. I live in Chicago area, he's in Dallas area. Mike kept his end of the deal - he sent a delightful young man to pick up car. Transaction was seamless thanks to local Chase Bank. Full amount was deposited in my Chase account in 15 minutes.
