Toyota of Rockwall doesn't want your money. They have a terrible location, they have terrible…read moreinventory, and they have terrible management. You should avoid them accordingly. What a ridiculous so-called dealership. Turning down a cash offer over $3k on an already bloated invoice is short-sighted and stupid. I'm not paying for your "options" that nobody asked for. Options that cost you a fraction of what you're charging. Window tint? No. Cargo ice chest? Really? Plastic garbage on the paint job that yellows in a year? Tempting, but nah. You might as well charge for a wash and wax of the car. Oh, wait... you did. There are dozens of better dealerships in the DFW area. Avoid the horrible traffic to get to this one; it's damned sure not worth the effort.

Well where do i start, this place was a experience let me tell ya. From the internet team to the…read moresales expert, Phu Dang to the Sales manager Branden, to the finance manager we signed papers with. I have never experienced this type awesome hospitality ever at a car dealership in California, let alone Texas. Moved her in January and bouts this beaut. Majority of my experience was texting with Phu and telling him my situation. He told me not to worry, you will be leaving with a fine deal no matter how long it takes. It took 2 weeks to Finally make a deal happen and drive off with a car. From Numerous cars to numerous banks, McGavock got it done. I mean incentive on top of incentive given and when asked by the sales manager how we dropped the ball, I told him and he was very professional and wanting to help and made the deal even better. I was advised to restart my credit that th is deal would be great for me. So after two weeks and a text, I decided it was time to make the deal and so I did. I would totally recommend this place if your needing a new car, used or just reading it in. McGavock will find the time and help to get you in a beaut like mine. Idk if this is just Texas hospitality or what but I enjoyed the ride! THANK YOU PHU!

A year ago, I purchased my fully loaded 2025 Kia Sorento from Kia of Rockwall. At the time, the…read morebuying experience was great, and the customer service was one of the main reasons I chose this dealership. Unfortunately, the level of service has drastically declined. I've brought the same vehicle back to this dealership on two separate occasions to have it appraised for a potential sale or trade-in. Both times, I was given what appeared to be a random offer of $31,000 on a vehicle I purchased for $54,000 just a year ago. My Sorento is in excellent condition, yet I was never provided with a proper vehicle valuation, inspection report, or any paperwork explaining how they arrived at that number. As a customer, I expected transparency, but instead I was simply handed a number with no explanation. To make matters worse, I spoke directly with a sales manager hoping to get some clarity or a resolution. He showed little concern, offered no meaningful explanation, and made no effort to address my concerns. It was clear that once the sale was made, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I understand that vehicles depreciate, but customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and transparency throughout the process. If you're going to make an offer on someone's vehicle, you should be able to explain how you arrived at that figure and provide documentation to support it. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend Kia of Rockwall. The customer service I experienced when purchasing my vehicle is not the same customer service they provide today. I also won't be purchasing another Kia after this experience. I hope this review encourages the dealership to improve its customer service, communication, and transparency so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
