Pleasure doing business with. I bought out of state from Florida; was reassured and comfortable with the process. Ian was responsive with questions, customer service fantastic. They held the car for me inside the garage until I was able to pick it up, picked me up from the airport, offered me water, filled up the gas tank so it was ready to go, really appreciated that. I would love to do business again. Be on the lookout for a 09-12 V10 Audi R8 or an Audi S3- we will be on the lookout in FL!! *The only constructive criticism: that one black guy needs to be more professional and less sociable to strangers/other peoples' customers/especially females while waiting for paperwork. I know he was joking, but he wouldn't take social cues of me being uncomfortable trying to change the context of small talk from flirting to just friendly. It might help him out in life if he knows that.

I had a good experience here and would be glad to do business with these guys again. Quick in and out, friendly service and happy with vehicle.

With in a month. They don't fully check the cars. The car salesman are worthless.

Don't even waste your time. The car was never serviced and they told me the car was up to date and the mechanics did everything they were supposed to do. Please do not purchase from this dealership.

Decent service. Very sketchy policies. Won't let you take a car to a mechanic for getting checked out.

Still Waiting on Promised Windshield Replacement Zero Follow-Through…read more My husband and I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz B-Class from Auto Web Expo of Plano back in August. At the time of purchase, we were promised that the cracked windshield would be replaced by the dealership. That promise was a major factor in us agreeing to finalize the sale. Months later, we are still waiting, and the communication from Mo Kavianifar (Internet Sales Consultant) has been extremely unprofessional. My husband has been going back and forth with him for months, and now Mo doesn't respond at all. At one point, Mo told us to call around and get quotes for the windshield even though the dealership themselves promised they would replace it. So we did: I work in collision and got a discounted quote for $2,234.53 (including calibration). To cover all bases, I also contacted Mercedes-Benz directly, and their quote came out to $3,277.91 including calibration and labor. Even after providing BOTH quotes -- one discounted and one from the manufacturer nothing has been done. No appointment, no communication, no follow-through. We feel completely ignored, misled, and taken advantage of. All we want is for Auto Web Expo to honor what was promised at the time of sale. A dealership should stand behind its word and treat customers with respect.

It was and my dealer sent new contract to Capital One, I've been on the phone with them every day for an hour. They keep pestering me to sign up to their site for new auto account. I refused until they showed correct dollar amount financed. I have been trying to solve this problem since 5/1/26 and they cannot set-up my auto account. User name was rejected, they say they will clear that. Today I got all the way to user name and password but showed my phone number as wrong, which an Agent named Anika, from presidents office noticed but never corrected. Now my first payment is due in 5/12 and they can't correct my phone number for 7 to 12 days ( past my due date). Anika from so called Presidents office gave me her private phone number with Ext. O to directly reach her. It was total B.S.; the number put me through their boiler room of agents who don't speak clear English. Capital One Finance is a Cluster F##ck of incompetent employees and you have to tell the AUTOMATED SYSTEM requesting AGENT several times before you're connected to an agent (never same one) with terrible English. I have a credit card with Capital One for 10 years and have no complaints-very professional. I recommend finding your own finance company and be pre approved before dealing with Capital One before purchasing car. Even though my contract was changed within 24 hours on 5/1/26, the change has not been rectified and when I thought all was resolved, their site shut me out to create account for auto-payments simply because they wrote down wrong phone number. We enter the building and I find Andre in the back office and wave at him. He makes his way towards us and we walk out to the garage to look at the BMW M235i. He starts the car and back up as my wife and I are looking at the car. Very first thing I noticed is that it is missing the tow hook cover, so I asked "will they be replacing that?" He assured me they had the piece or else they would order it. Now onto the 2nd thing, I see it has 1/4 tank of fuel, so I ask "will you fill it up if we buy the car?" Andres response was "oh yea definitely that's what we do" [remember this]. 3rd thing noticed there is no floor mats in this car, didn't get a chance to ask about it because he was texting on his phone and he sent us on our way for a test drive, but even before leaving for the test drive I see that it has mixed sets of tires, I wanted to check because it was raining and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. We go on the test drive and the car drives well. We come back to the dealership and enter Andre's office to discuss the car. Ask him to send me carfax in the car which he obliged and it all checked out. I asked him a couple questions about the car to where he had no clue about details or the information I was looking for, but almost sounded like he was yupping me not quite paying attention because his face was on his phone texting the whole time. So he brings in a buyers sheet. My wife and I are looking over the buyer sheet and we see that the OTD price is $25000ish dollars. I start questioning why it's so much and instead of being able to explain anything Andre goes and gets his finance manager to come talk to us (at this point Andre looks a bit annoyed), so finance manger comes in and we start talking about cost and monthly payments. I explain that I need my monthly payments to be under $400/mo, not $490, not $401 not $407. But under $400 specifically because my son would be the one paying the monthly note on this car. He says he can't do anything to help with that, but then I point out why is there a fee for $1450. They called it a reconditioning fee, so I ask "what is all included in a reconditioning fee?", he gave the speal of we do a 120pt inspection, wash the car, and shine up the engine bay. I responded with "I'm not paying that", he gave me the face of utter disgust and responded with "every dealership has a reconditioning fee" to which I replied "absolutely not because I was also working with another dealership in Fort Worth where my price OTD was $21,000". I also explain to them that if they were truly reconditioning the car, that it would have matching tires, tow hook cover, matching brakes, and etc. So he goes back and removes the reconditioned fee, so we continuing discussing the price, they keep wanting more money to put down but I explained that I don't have more to put down and that I feel the gap insurance was too expensive, to which I was correct. So we ended up Walking away from the deal, not because we couldn't come to terms but my wife and I simply just did not like the smug attitude from both Andre and his finance manager. So we were back to square one again, but my son really wanted the car that Andre had and so I called to make a deposit on it, so that we could go the next day to purchase the car. Andre went ahead and took my deposit but did not inform me it was non refundable until it was emailed to me (poor communication). Come back next day and complete the deal, but to my surprise Andre refused to fill up the tank as promised and said his finance manager said NO!!! Because we refused to pay the reconditioning fee, to which Andre lied and said he told me about it when I first walked in to look at the car, said he could bring up the cameras (but never did when I asked him too). Finance manager never came back to congratulate or shake hands which I found odd. Throughout the whole process Andre did not offer any refreshments to my wife, while we watched his coworker offer it to the other customers there. He was too busy texting and taking phone calls to care about his customers.

I made an appointment and arranged to fly in to see the vehicle a few days later (the night before the appointment). I was just about to leave the hotel I stayed at for the appointment when I received a text from Paul (note, no call) stating that the vehicle had been sold the day before. When I asked why I had not been informed yesterday, I was told that the transaction had been late in the day. I was more polite than I was feeling and stated that is why people despise used car sale people and the next time someone ghosts him, consider what eCarOne had done to me. A few minutes later, eCarOne spammed me with other vehicles that they were trying to sell. That put me over the edge and I replied to it telling them what they could do with those cars, unsubscribed and left similar feedback on those comments. The "sales manager" called me later that day (went to VM). After some phone tag, we talked. No apology, just the same story. Again, I was more polite than I felt. A week past and I received ANOTHER spam email yesterday. I am done being polite and again, told them what they could do with themselves. Now, this morning, I find myself mysteriously subscribed to a number of used car dealerships with the same phone number (google number) and email (throw away account) that I used with eCarOne. Interesting coincidence? Unlikely. I cannot encourage you enough to not do business with these people. They did everything in their power to uphold everything, everyone despises about used car sales.

We attempted to contact the dealer multiple times to speak to John, each time we were told he was not available and would call you back. My husband also wrote multiple emails and provided pictures of our concerns with no response back. After 4 unreturned calls John called me thinking I was a new customer he wanted to sell a car to and discovered I was not. When I started to tell him about all the issues that were not disclosed to us he argued with me stating we waived the 3rd party inspection and hung up on me. The car needed an alignment badly, 2 cracks in the windshield, the driver visor was broken and filthy, inside the center console was filthy, only 1 key fob when we were told there was 2, the ceiling of the trunk was riddled with black streaks, multiple body scrapes and scratches. It was so disheartening to think a dealer would send a car to someone like this. As of right now we have spent over $600 to ger the car exterior and interior detailed and get the alignment fixed. The 2 windshield cracks have not been fixed yet which will be another cost will we will have to put out. We simply want compensated for these issues! To note my husband just purchased a used Audi Q5 the week before from a local dealer, the car was cleaned and detailed prior to his purchase, they even found a scratch and told him to come back and they would buff it out, which they did. That is what a normal car dealer does.

I felt I could not , not disclosed what came up when I paid for a pre-inspection "best $285, I ever spent" below is what came out of the inspection-it's lengthy but a must read. All I can say is buyers beware and do your due diligence , buying a vehicle from here - NONE of this was disclosed to me (potential buyer) !! This 2022 Maserati is not a clean, turnkey example. While it drives and functions, the inspection documents multiple value-impacting issues that materially affect price, warranty confidence, and future ownership cost, including: * Active OBD fault (P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor) * TPMS fault with no actual pressure imbalance * Documented repaint with orange peel * Curb rash on multiple wheels * Undercarriage surface rust * Interior seat wear * Exhaust surface rust * Tires nearing replacement threshold * Dash warning light illuminated These are not cosmetic nitpicks--several are mechanical or electronic faults that should be resolved before purchase or reflected in price. High-Risk / Must-Address Items 1. OBD Code P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor (FRP) Severity: HIGH * This is not a historical code--it was present during inspection. * Can indicate: * Faulty fuel pressure sensor * Wiring/connector issue * Fuel delivery irregularities * On a Maserati, diagnosis + repair is not inexpensive. Risk to you * Potential drivability issues * Reduced reliability * Possible limp mode or CEL recurrence * Dealer-only diagnostics likely required This alone justifies a price reduction or dealer repair prior to sale. 2. TPMS System Fault (Dash Light On) Severity: MODERATE (Electronic / Safety Adjacent) * Tire pressures shown 32-36 psi (normal) * Scanner confirms TPMS fault * Indicates: * Failed TPMS sensor(s) * Control module relearn issue Why this matters * State inspection failure risk * Safety warning always illuminated * Maserati TPMS sensors are costly, not generic Body, Paint & Structural Findings 3. Repainted Areas (Rear Driver Corner & Rear Bumper) Severity: MODERATE-HIGH * Inspection explicitly states: "Previously painted... exhibiting surface texture (orange peel)" Implications * Confirms prior bodywork * Reduces resale value * Raises accident history questions even if Carfax is clean This must be disclosed and priced accordingly. 4. Surface Rust - Underside & Exhaust Severity: MODERATE * Undercarriage shows surface rust * Exhaust also shows rust (noted as "issues") Not catastrophic, but unacceptable on a 2022 luxury vehicle unless discounted. Raises concerns about: * Storage environment * Long-term corrosion Wheels, Tires & Suspension 5. Curb Rash on Multiple Wheels Severity: MODERATE (Value Impact) * Documented on: * Driver front * Passenger front * 1st axle outer wheels * Not isolated damage--pattern suggests repeated curb contact Cost reality * Wheel refinishing or replacement * Maserati OEM wheels are expensive 6. Tire Tread Depth Severity: MODERATE * Front tires: 5/32 & 7/32 * Rears: 4/32 * Replacement needed soon, especially for performance tires This is a known near-term cost for you. Interior & Cosmetic Issues 7. Seat Wear (Interior Issue Flagged) Severity: LOW-MODERATE * Noted wear on seats * On a luxury car, this affects perceived value * Suggests higher real-world wear than mileage implies What This Means Financially (Negotiation Reality) Conservatively, these issues represent: Category Estimated Impact Fuel system diagnostics/repair $$$$ TPMS repair $$ Tires (set) $$$ Wheel refinishing $$$ Paint correction / diminished value $$$ Rust mitigation / risk $$ This is easily a multi-thousand-dollar fix vs a clean example. Based on the professional pre-purchase inspection, the vehicle presents multiple unresolved issues that materially affect value and ownership risk. These include an active OBD fault (P0191 - fuel rail pressure sensor), an unresolved TPMS system fault with dash warning illuminated, confirmed repainting with visible orange peel, curb rash on multiple wheels, undercarriage and exhaust surface rust, interior seat wear, and tires nearing replacement thresholds. Documented Deductions (Inspection-Based) These are not opinions -- they are inspection-verified. 1. Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Fault (P0191) * Diagnosis + repair risk * Maserati-specific system Deduction: $2,500 - $4,000 2. TPMS System Fault (Dash Warning Light) * Sensors/module/relearn * State inspection & safety issue Deduction: $600 - $1,200 3. Repainted Panels (Rear Driver Corner + Bumper) * Confirmed repaint * Visible orange peel * Permanent diminished value Deduction: $3,000 - $5,000 (This is standard on luxury resale impact.) 4. Curb Rash on Multiple Wheels * Not one wheel -- pattern damage * Refinishing or replacement Deduction: $1,200 - $
