They spoke a good game but nothing panned out when we arrived. We walked up and down S Buckner, as there are MANY car places, but nothing added up. Everyone had busted cars with overpriced tags. Like $2,000 but needs $3500 of work. Bad transmission. Or $4,000 for something decent and maneuverable. (These are slightly dramatic examples for your amusement.) The King was getting grumpy, as he is wont to do. I knew we weren't leaving without a car - it just WAS NOT going to happen. I asked the ancestors, "What would it take to get the perfect car at the right price within 45 minutes?" We walked right onto this lot as I finished my prayer... and within an hour had the perfect car - PAID IN CASH - title, tag, and all.... and just within our price for everything. Jamie Mayhall helped us personally. He met us out on the lot, and was very friendly, straight to the point, and upfront about the car. He had just gotten that car in, and hadn't even gotten to list it, but was ready to inform us. We took a quick test drive, paid, handled the paperwork, and that was it. This occurred about 2 weeks ago - and trust me, the King is very happy that we've got an extra vehicle that can stick and move from point A to point B - which was the only reason we needed it. While there were many dealers who were friendly and pleasant, Jamie MET us where we were... and it was just the right car, right place, right time, and right price. Other dealers would make us walk all over the lot to find them - or just wouldn't leave their offices until we came in. JAMIE WAS READY. I cannot recommend him enough and the car works just as he said it would - its noted (and disclosed imperfections) aside. I really recommend this place.

After getting this car from another accident I had a cash car then and enter a payment. I had a 2013 cadi SRX since 2/22. I fell behind 5/24. I paid $14000 already. I was behind on my payment and only owed $6900 and my car was totaled for the amount of repairs and they could have kept my car salvaged for $4600 and allows me the full 21 days to get my car back for remaining of $2300 I got the wreck on 12/7 they repo 12/15 and allows them to take the car when she agreed to salvage for $4600 and they lied took my $15000 already paid. They crooks don't bother with promise you they very money hungry and ruthless.Laura, and Carla is a liar. They are all liars and a lawsuit will be getting served soon. I have rights as a consumer and they literally took my car from me not allowing me time to get the car and they need to be out of business for this. A lot of these comments are negative, and I will add that all the cars have a sign on the windshield stating "SOLD AS IS." Unfortunately, people overlook those signs and don't inspect anything, expecting to leave with a brand-new car. I am very satisfied with my car and it is my first luxury car, at an affordable price! First the alternator vibrated loose and was just flopping around the engine. They fixed the repair. The other day my transmission had pulled away from the motor it was making a terrible noise. Thought is was a AC clutch it was not. I called the repair shop at auto city as a courtesy not trying to get anything out of anybody. And all the Service manager would say is we're not responsible we're not Liable. Not is everybody OK? Did you get it fixed?What can we do to help. They're so understanding and kind. Almost everyone in my family is financing cars with them. A few of my friends and family members came all the way from Austin and Houston to buy cars! I heard that they now have locations in Los Angeles and San Francisco. I can't go that far, so I'll just keep going back to the one in Dallas. I think that 5 stars is just not enough.

I had to pay out of pocket for it to be towed to the car lot for repair cause it wouldnt make it there. Ive put hundreds of dollars in parts and labor into the car and fianlly come to the conclusion Im beating a dead horse. I had 2 speaker boxes in my trunk. One box wasnt hooked up so i removed those and the sencond box I was told by the car sales lady I needed to call and speak to some other lady that she was suppoudly filling in for about being able to get my other speakers and amp out. I proceeded to call to retreive my belonhgigns and the lady from the first day proceeded to tell me....Well the guy that went outsiode with you said you got your speakers. I informed her that I had only gotten one set and the other set was left because they were attached. They stole my property point blank.
