First, it's old school shady high pressure hidden fee stuff. Over 3k in "dealer services" above…read morethe advertised price, plus other normal fees. Then the finance pitch, which hides yet more ridiculous fees, despite them figuring out by now that I was probably paying cash and can do math. I'm an out of town buyer. I specifically asked about dents, dings, scratches. No, there are none. Sent *selected* pictures and videos (which cannot be drilled down on). Lots of pressure to just do the deal. "You don't need an inspection, we do one for you." So I got an independent inspection, and when he showed up said he really couldn't comment on paint, etc because it was very dirty. The guy actually offered to come back at no charge later if they cleaned it. The call I got when he returned was "Good thing I came back, there is a large scratch to the primer on the fender." Glad I spent the money on the inspection, but it should have never come to that. Pressure, misleading photos, misrepresented product, and junk fees. Pass on this place, for sure. I think they're just hoping someone is half asleep or stupid.

Still Waiting on Promised Windshield Replacement Zero Follow-Through…read more My husband and I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz B-Class from Auto Web Expo of Plano back in August. At the time of purchase, we were promised that the cracked windshield would be replaced by the dealership. That promise was a major factor in us agreeing to finalize the sale. Months later, we are still waiting, and the communication from Mo Kavianifar (Internet Sales Consultant) has been extremely unprofessional. My husband has been going back and forth with him for months, and now Mo doesn't respond at all. At one point, Mo told us to call around and get quotes for the windshield even though the dealership themselves promised they would replace it. So we did: I work in collision and got a discounted quote for $2,234.53 (including calibration). To cover all bases, I also contacted Mercedes-Benz directly, and their quote came out to $3,277.91 including calibration and labor. Even after providing BOTH quotes -- one discounted and one from the manufacturer nothing has been done. No appointment, no communication, no follow-through. We feel completely ignored, misled, and taken advantage of. All we want is for Auto Web Expo to honor what was promised at the time of sale. A dealership should stand behind its word and treat customers with respect.

I know the manager of this business very well and he is incredibly well versed in automobiles and…read morehe has a heart of gold. He is not the type to scam anyone. He has personally helped me with my car in the past and I am so grateful to him.

Please take this for what it's worth, since every experience is different…read more 1/21 about 9am I call to confirm car is still available, Andre confirms that it is, so my wife and I make our way to the dealership about an hour away. We enter the building and I find Andre in the back office and wave at him. He makes his way towards us and we walk out to the garage to look at the BMW M235i. He starts the car and back up as my wife and I are looking at the car. Very first thing I noticed is that it is missing the tow hook cover, so I asked "will they be replacing that?" He assured me they had the piece or else they would order it. Now onto the 2nd thing, I see it has 1/4 tank of fuel, so I ask "will you fill it up if we buy the car?" Andres response was "oh yea definitely that's what we do" [remember this]. 3rd thing noticed there is no floor mats in this car, didn't get a chance to ask about it because he was texting on his phone and he sent us on our way for a test drive, but even before leaving for the test drive I see that it has mixed sets of tires, I wanted to check because it was raining and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. We go on the test drive and the car drives well. We come back to the dealership and enter Andre's office to discuss the car. Ask him to send me carfax in the car which he obliged and it all checked out. I asked him a couple questions about the car to where he had no clue about details or the information I was looking for, but almost sounded like he was yupping me not quite paying attention because his face was on his phone texting the whole time. So he brings in a buyers sheet. My wife and I are looking over the buyer sheet and we see that the OTD price is $25000ish dollars. I start questioning why it's so much and instead of being able to explain anything Andre goes and gets his finance manager to come talk to us (at this point Andre looks a bit annoyed), so finance manger comes in and we start talking about cost and monthly payments. I explain that I need my monthly payments to be under $400/mo, not $490, not $401 not $407. But under $400 specifically because my son would be the one paying the monthly note on this car. He says he can't do anything to help with that, but then I point out why is there a fee for $1450. They called it a reconditioning fee, so I ask "what is all included in a reconditioning fee?", he gave the speal of we do a 120pt inspection, wash the car, and shine up the engine bay. I responded with "I'm not paying that", he gave me the face of utter disgust and responded with "every dealership has a reconditioning fee" to which I replied "absolutely not because I was also working with another dealership in Fort Worth where my price OTD was $21,000". I also explain to them that if they were truly reconditioning the car, that it would have matching tires, tow hook cover, matching brakes, and etc. So he goes back and removes the reconditioned fee, so we continuing discussing the price, they keep wanting more money to put down but I explained that I don't have more to put down and that I feel the gap insurance was too expensive, to which I was correct. So we ended up Walking away from the deal, not because we couldn't come to terms but my wife and I simply just did not like the smug attitude from both Andre and his finance manager. So we were back to square one again, but my son really wanted the car that Andre had and so I called to make a deposit on it, so that we could go the next day to purchase the car. Andre went ahead and took my deposit but did not inform me it was non refundable until it was emailed to me (poor communication). Come back next day and complete the deal, but to my surprise Andre refused to fill up the tank as promised and said his finance manager said NO!!! Because we refused to pay the reconditioning fee, to which Andre lied and said he told me about it when I first walked in to look at the car, said he could bring up the cameras (but never did when I asked him too). Finance manager never came back to congratulate or shake hands which I found odd. Throughout the whole process Andre did not offer any refreshments to my wife, while we watched his coworker offer it to the other customers there. He was too busy texting and taking phone calls to care about his customers.

Additionally, I like that their interest rates, on their CDs for example, are always current and generous and that they offer numerous opportunities to really save and grow your money for both short and long term. I also find their online app easy to use. Thanks, people, for making my experiences with Navy very enjoyable.

I have been a member for 28 years, and somewhere along the way NFCU forgot who they actually serve…read more NFCU no longer operates like a credit union... they have now taken on the role of being just another bank. The system may call us member, but to the employees... we are just another customer. NFCU is no longer exclusive... where being a member is what is expected. NAVY FEDERAL... not Armed Forces. I digress... as I stated 28 years, and because of a check deposited (based on my knowledge) from a legit business, I have not been able to use mobile deposit in 4 years. I jumped through EVERY hoop that was put in front of me, and still cannot. So, now this is just another complaint added to the many about NFCU especially when it comes to non-White member (I SAID IT). NFCU can keep the $5 that keeps the account open. I will do business with American Express Credit Union... who also offer better rates all around. People, take this seriously, or NFCU will continue acting like BOA, Wells, and Chase... instead of being the credit union we thought they were. Oh, and I feel this must be said... nothing is more condescending when writing a review than getting a "cookie cutter" response to the issue being stated. If NFCU, genuinely gave a shit about their "members", 1) These complaints wouldn't be her and 2) They would actually provide a real genuine apology and for those that matter a legitimate contact number to personnel capable of resolving the issue. No one, and I mean NO ONE submitting a negative reviews cares about NFCU's social media crap... especially as a response. This is business and people's lives being affected. I am so mad at the review responses that I just turned 2 star to a 1 star.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME if you want to sell your car for a good price without getting the run…read morearound. Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

Granted we were there for a few hours but we were making a huge purchase so I was ok with it by the time we left with keys in hand. They really deserve 5 stars here, but I selected 4 so for 1 you know this isnt some bot writing the review, and 2 the appraiser here is an asshole. Don't know they guys name and didn't care after the way he acted the way he did when I questioned the low bid on my vehicle. He said there was hail damage on it and there obviously wasn't. I took the sales rep and manager there to show them. Regardless we left happy. Long story short the wife is loving the new vehicle and I couldn't have asked for a better team than Mo and Chris. I'll definitely be referring friends here because of those 2.
