My mechanic is in Fort Worth and since it's a holiday weekend, I didn't want to wait until next week to get it serviced. My husband and I were in Mesquite and he found JC's on google. We were less than five minutes away so we decided to drive and see if he could take a look at the AC. JC 's mechanic took the keys and immediately drove the car into the bay. JC gave us a good quote prior to starting the work and a warranty. We sat in the lobby and his mechanic completed the service in about 30 minutes. My AC is blowing cold and I'm satisfied. I highly recommend JC's Automotive. He has been a mechanic since the early 1990's. I'm sure he's super busy during the week so you can take your chance like me or schedule an appointment. If I hadn't already done work to the truck I would have asked for a refund I doubt he would have given it anyway. Now I get the truck inspected and go to transfer the title and get tags and find out they bought from an auction and didn't transfer the title to themselves. So now I have to track my Dominguez back down to get him to sign the title over. Mind you he doesn't answer calls or return them. Now it's just this unclaimed page. Today, I came in for an oil change. The process was smooth. Everyone was polite and friendly this time. They started doing this video thing that I REALLY LOVED! The mechanic records 2 videos as they are checking your car and providing verbal feedbacks like "Your brake pads have xxx inches left, tires have xxx left, both are in good condition. No rust was found.", and then they'll upload those videos to a webpage for you to review. As a very particular person, I freaking LOVE this! In fact, this might just be the reason for me to keep coming back to this place for oil change and maintenance needs.

Whoever answered the phone in the parts department was not the best person for the job, rude, short attention span, wanted to be somewhere else. That employee provided a very BAD representation of that business. I attempted to provide him with the Toyota part number and he cut me off, asking for the VIN, which I then provided. Impatient. When I provided the first of 2 part numbers, for a Camry mirror assembly with Blind Spot Monitor he then quoted me an astronomical price of w$522.00 for a combination part when I doubt exists. There is the actual mirror, and then a cover that goes over the mirror assembly, but I did NOT need the cover. When I attempted to confirm the part number by reading it back to him, trying to read it through advanced glaucoma - he became impatient, a bit sarcastic, and graduated to downright RUDE. Worse - he was trying to rip me off. I purchased the mirror from Pitt Toyota in Georgia for $119.69 plus tax, who were very polite and helpful, respectful, and got the part out to me within a few days. I have NEVER had such an awful experience purchasing anything as I attempted from Norm Reeves Toyota. Shame on the general manager for keeping that parts man on the job. Don't waste your hard earned money on those guys.

Like $2,000 but needs $3500 of work. Bad transmission. Or $4,000 for something decent and maneuverable. (These are slightly dramatic examples for your amusement.) The King was getting grumpy, as he is wont to do. I knew we weren't leaving without a car - it just WAS NOT going to happen. I asked the ancestors, "What would it take to get the perfect car at the right price within 45 minutes?" We walked right onto this lot as I finished my prayer... and within an hour had the perfect car - PAID IN CASH - title, tag, and all.... and just within our price for everything. Jamie Mayhall helped us personally. He met us out on the lot, and was very friendly, straight to the point, and upfront about the car. He had just gotten that car in, and hadn't even gotten to list it, but was ready to inform us. We took a quick test drive, paid, handled the paperwork, and that was it. This occurred about 2 weeks ago - and trust me, the King is very happy that we've got an extra vehicle that can stick and move from point A to point B - which was the only reason we needed it. While there were many dealers who were friendly and pleasant, Jamie MET us where we were... and it was just the right car, right place, right time, and right price. Other dealers would make us walk all over the lot to find them - or just wouldn't leave their offices until we came in. JAMIE WAS READY. I cannot recommend him enough and the car works just as he said it would - its noted (and disclosed imperfections) aside. I really recommend this place.
