So we found a car for what we thought was the perfect price but BOOM these jerks wanna add $895 to the price of the car for some stupid LoJack crap and yes they're jacking u! Javier told us it could be removed then when we went to buy the vehicle, they told us it couldn't be removed! I've had this LoJack crap removed from other used vehicles we've purchased but not this place. They will do the old bait and switch on u! Buyer beware! Will not be buying from these sales people ever! Glad we left! Do yourself a favor and don't waiste your time! The manager even explained to us the reason he hides the $895 on the bottom of the car gurus ad because he said his price would not be lowest ! He admitted their price would be fourth on car gurus if they just included the price of LoJack on the price of the car!!! I purchased a 2012 BMW sports wagon and a lovely car. Everything went well until I started driving it and then I noticed things going wrong. Thank God I purchased a 2 year warranty or Id be out $5500!!! They said they inspected the " entirer car" inside and out but they didnt. The wipers didnt work at all. So I took it into the BMW dealership and then I found out the problems. 1) the motor to the wiper blades had been bad for some time due to it being rusted out so that meant a new wiper blade motor...that was $close to $2500! THank you very much. It was covered by the extended warranty. 2) the front windshield was A) faulty and not the right type and B) not installed correctly which made it leak which caused the failure of the wiper motor in the first place. That was $2300 approximately out of pocket expense! Yes but Auto Republic inspected the entire automobile and gave it their stamp of approval. Had they given me even $1000 back I would have given them a 5 Star. Ive been waiting for something but they wont even return my texts...nothing! So now my car is great and Im happy with it. Its a killer sports wagon and I love it. I wouldnt go their again though. read more
