BUYERS, BEWARE!!!!…read more Off the bat, take your business elsewhere please. I purchased a used vehicle from Luxe Motors and it has been an absolute nightmare. Within just a month of owning the car, major issues started showing up--engine oil pressure warnings, camshaft failure, oil leaks, check engine lights, and a severely overdue timing chain (which should have been replaced before the sale). These were not minor repairs. These were serious, pre-existing mechanical problems that were either overlooked or deliberately downplayed by the dealership. When I took the car to an independent mechanic, they gave me a detailed diagnostic. I brought that back to Luxe Motors--only to be told my mechanic was "just trying to scare me." They said it was just a sensor and claimed they fixed it. But not long after, the same issues came back--worse. At one point, I was going back to the dealership twice a week trying to get this resolved. They only took my complaints seriously once I started escalating. This is not how a reputable business should operate. What you need to know: * They do not perform thorough inspections on the cars they sell. * They dismiss serious mechanical issues unless you fight to be heard. * The 5-star reviews are misleading--they pressure or incentivize customers to write glowing reviews during or right after purchase, when everything feels fine. The real problems start about a month later, when you're stuck with a lemon and monthly payments. * Their review strategy misrepresents the true consumer experience and creates a false sense of trust for new buyers. Im was a young 19 year old girl, who knew nothing about cars and dealerships and has no adults/professionals near her to assist. I was desperate for a new car after my everyday reliable broke down on me finally. They saw this and took advantage of my situation Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Luxe Motors might seem helpful during the sale, but if anything goes wrong, you'll be left on your own, they might "help" you fix the issue but request a fee under the table (if you're naive like I was then you'll pay it--DO NOT), and FYI these "repairs" will be absolutely bare minimum and negligent--or worse, you'll be straight up blamed!!!! Jose might seem nice but this is all a part of their customer service requirement to sell their lemon vehicles. I directly asked him PRIOR TO SALE: "are there any mechanical issues with this car? It's going to be my birthday present to myself. I would be disappointed if you lie". And he reassured me and let me know that the car was in mint condition. The Auto Check History might also look convincing--this is because they do not disclose the main issues. THESE ARE AUCTIONED CARS. Better off going to Carvana!! **Side-note: They also like their payments through Zelle which is soooo shady in itself.

Hello, this is the experience I recently had at AutoNation Toyota Buena Park…read more I came into the dealership with financing already secured through Navy Federal Credit Union. I'm a veteran and long-time Navy Federal member, and they have consistently handled my vehicle financing without issue. My intention was simple: provide my trade-in, use my outside financing, and complete the purchase. During the process, I was repeatedly asked to complete a dealership credit application for their "internal process" and identity verification. I made it explicitly clear multiple times that I did not want my credit run through the dealership because I already had financing secured through my own lender. Despite that, I was told they would not move forward unless I completed their credit application. What bothered me most is that this runs completely contrary to my previous vehicle-buying experiences using outside financing. In most cases, dealerships simply verify the lender, confirm funding, verify identity, and complete the transaction. A separate dealer-arranged credit application is generally not necessary when the customer already has approved financing in hand. Let's also be honest about something: dealerships absolutely make money from financing relationships, finance reserve markups, and lender partnerships. That is a normal part of the automotive business model. Because of that, it's difficult not to question whether the pressure to complete a dealership credit application was financially motivated rather than truly required to sell the vehicle. I refused to authorize an unnecessary credit inquiry and was effectively denied the opportunity to proceed with the purchase. I can't speak to the motivations of every individual involved, but I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and like my business was only welcome if I agreed to enter their financing pipeline. My advice to buyers using outside financing: clarify upfront whether the dealership will attempt to require its own credit application before spending hours negotiating a vehicle purchase.

Rudy asked me to submit my vehicle inquiry and specifications on his company website and once I did, Rudy went straight to work. He worked diligently throughout the day, contacting his network of dealerships and kept me in the loop. He found the perfect car with every option I asked for. Matter of fact, the car was optioned even better than what I asked, all within my budget. By 7pm that evening, I was able to get my wife into her new Lexus RX350. My wife loves her new ride. Happy wife = happy life. Thank you Rudy for everything. You have definitely earned a lifetime client. Will be reaching out again for my next car purchase.

Rudy knows the car business inside and out and will handle all aspects of the purchase, including the trade-in. When the day of delivery came, the buyer came with a tow truck, some standard paperwork for me to sign and a check for my equity. Amazing! Thanks again, Rudy and South Coast Auto Brokers for another 5-Star experience. Looking forward to doing business with you all again!

Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

I have never been so disappointed or disgusted with a dealership…read more First off let me say I am a young-ish tattooed male and I like wearing tank tops. I understand I don't look like the regular customer there but that shouldn't matter. I couldn't get one salesman to help me, not a single one. I shouldn't have to show them photos of my house or my 4 other cars to be taken seriously. Years ago my grandfather (Ignacio Bruno) showed up after work in his uniform to buy a car for grandma. They laughed at him and asked what he possibly wanted (referring to his dirty uniform, ignorant to the fact he owned the company he had patched on his shoulders.) He laughed and walked across the lot to the Jaguar dealership and bought TWO cars cash on the spot (gramps only dealt in $100s). He and my dad drove them to the HOI and told the salesmen they should have taken him seriously. Thought maybe they learned a lesson. Apparently not. I stopped going there a year ago. Today I get very rude, very snide texts from the House of Imports because I didn't want the unnecessary appointment they were trying to make for me. Not a good look....maybe it's time for a Jaguar?

We had dropped off a car on Saturday 14th after the owner (the guy in the picture) confirmed he would be able to fix it by Monday. A $300.00 deposit was left and it turns out Monday was also a holiday so I did not ask until Wednesday if the car was ready. It turned out the piece wasn't available to order. They requested more money to go to Fontana since they probably found the piece in that area. They waited 2/3 days after CONFIRMING it was able to be fixed, took the piece apart, and said they couldn't find the piece. On Friday we called and my dad had to go to the shop for more information on the status of the car and they decided not to answer either the phone or the door. (Their shop was "closed"). The following day on Saturday my father had to go from one Auto Zone to another looking for the part, but shouldn't that be their job?! He decided that since the whole part that they specifically said was going to be fixed and replaced, it wasn't going to be fixed. He would just try and fix a detail inside the part to hope it would work that way. (My father's idea not the "mechanic") He had to drive around and buy the parts and provide them to them since apparently they decided not to find other solutions. He dropped them off Saturday and they were "about to close" and the car was not "ready" until Monday evening. Mind you when we picked up the car the same noise, same problem was still there... so where did that deposit go if the problem stayed the same?!?! They did not find or buy the parts, they only took it apart to charge $300.00 for something they couldn't fix. Waited a week to let us know... not suggesting anything else... procrastinating... and for nothing to be done. At the end of the day I understand mechanics charge for labor because it's work but would you really want to be charged a deposit of $300.00 ($500 was supposed to be for labor only on the original job of $850.00) for them to take your car apart and not be able to fix or improve the problem. Do not come to this place!!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!! It's sad how some people like to screw people up and ruin the reputation of other hard, honest, working people, without thinking karma exists...I hope that deposit gets his family through the week. This was definitely a stressful and frustrating moment where I even began to think they were not going to return the car or do other replacements or even remove parts.

Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.
