Outstanding customer service!! My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle and Austin eAutos had a couple in stock. We drove down to see them and the team let us conduct a test drive. No pressure and willing to answer all our questions. For those that they could t, they researched and got us what we needed. In the end, we bought our vehicle from them. A great day and great team to work with! read more

Extremely nice folks! They have bought and sold cars for me in 6 separate instances. Each transaction has been enjoyable and professional. I received a better car and better price on purchase than I expected and received a better price on the sale of my vehicles as well. All of the staff at Austin eAutos are well educated about their line of business and handle transactions in an extremely knowledgable and professional manner. We will continue to use them for every sale and purchase. Their new facility is quite impressive! read more

The most helpful, knowledgeable, kind and calm dealership I've been to. Made buying a car the most least stressful experience. They were very eager to help and answer any questions we had. Our associate had a lot of knowledge and was very professional. Very quick and seamless process to purchase the car. Wonderful people and a wonderful dealership! read more

Had to get a new car due to an accident, looked this place up online and went in to see what they could offer. The deals are in line with the market for vehicles, not over priced. The staff was super friendly, very welcoming, mainly dealt with Meredith, super friendly, not pushy at all! Would highly recommend this place vs other dealerships, and the staff is mostly women which I think is amazing! read more

What you've read on Yelp is what you get! Going in, we didn't have a firm idea of what kind of car or even a price point we wanted. They helped us zero in on what mattered most to us & found a perfect fit! They gave us honest information about reliability, maintenance cost, resale value, etc. All with a friendly, no-pressure vibe. Poke around their INDOOR showroom & check out EVERY car for sale - yep, get up close with the car you can't afford unless you win the lottery! Good, friendly, family folks. read more

In this genuine and honest review, my wife and I really appreciate the honesty and kindness of the entire staff. Very professional knowledgeable and helpful especially Denise, Meredith, and Dave. Thank you! read more

Buying a car can be so stressful but that wasn't my experience with Austin eAutos. I shopped around and went to many different dealerships. You get the feeling that some places are just about making money. I get it but I also wanted a good deal on a reliable vehicle. You don't feel the same way when walking into Austin eAutos. These guys were straight forward, weren't pushy, didn't haggle about the price, and were kind. They went above and beyond. Thanks so much Gary, Denise and the guys that detailed my vehicle!! read more

I wish my experience here would have been a positive one. It started by me test driving several vehicles since I just started looking. By the second one I was being treated like it was an inconvenience since he (Gary) had to move cars to get to a them. I found one I really liked, so onto the trade in. At this point told that my car (it's a 2007 and in great condition for being an older vehicle) had a "bad paint job" on the bumper and front fender and "holes" in the interior. I understand it's probably not perfect but there aren't any big eyesores-the paint on the bumper is peeled in a couple of VERY small places and there's a slight (like 1/2" little wear spot in the drivers seat). This is my PERSONAL vehicle which I love, and it was being treated like a falling apart hoopty! I get not being able to pay whatever amount for it but I could have done without the rude commentary (ESPECIALLY since I didn't ASK). He then set me down with a calculator and "showed me how things work" (condescending much?), since I CLEARLY didn't have any clue even though this is the third car I've purchased all by myself. There was zero negotiating on the price of my car or the one I was interested in. According to him, "they retail for 38,000". (Funny, later I found one down South-EXACT same car- with only slightly higher miles for 28,900). I was then sent out the door with a dismissive "have a nice day", without even trying to make anything else (different vehicle, price range-whatever) work. I felt like a huge burden who was talked down to from about minute ten throughout the entire interaction. Maybe they do good business online or if you know exactly what you want, but as far as going in, I found the customer service atrocious, condescending, and overall an awful experience. Update: I wanted to adjust my review from 1 star to 3 due to the fact that the owner, Justin called to correct the situation. He very graciously listened to my experience and seemed disheartened about it. It meant a lot that he took the time to personally call me with his cell phone number and talk with me about everything that happened. He assured me that this is not that norm for his business and he wants every customer to have a great experience. He said that the situation would be addressed. I really appreciated and respected the way it was handled. read more

By far the best car purchase experience I've ever had. No pressure sales, indoor showroom, competitive price on vehicle, fair offer on my trade, inventory condition was unbelievable for pre owned and excellent service. What more could you ask for?? No need to buy new with a dealer like this available. Keep up the good work ! read more

Great dealership! We went in to just look, they left us alone to look at all of them and when we really started liking one, Gary came by to help out. He was seriously the nicest car salesman we've ever met and made buying a car stress free! My daughter was hungry during it and he gave her fruit from his fridge! Dave was great with the paperwork, knew we had a softball game to get to, and hurried to get us out in time! My husband and I have decided we will be going there for any future car purchases! Thanks for a great car buying experience! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Austin eAutos. Gary and everyone were great to work with. Straight pricing on vehicles and warranties (if you want). No pressure and nice warehouse to look at amazing cars out of the Texas heat. Wife said no to the car he had (almost new 2011 SS Camaro), but I have his site bookmarked and watch his inventory daily. read more

Never will I buy anywhere else again. In less than 2 hours I chose, test drove, traded-in, paid for and drove home a car with barely 10K miles on it and appeared to have almost just come off the line. These guys know how to pick them! Gary was a pleasure to deal with and I just love this company model. Looking forward to my next purchase! read more

Yes all the reviews are legit. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove away, the process was more then pleasant. Customer service and top notch cars make this place an oasis in the desert of horrible dealerships. I was dreading car shopping and having to out alpha male the salesman and his manager. But after checking out a few dealers I decided to check this place out after driving by it multiple times on my way home. I was greater by Armando who is a true car guy. He never made us feel like we where rushed or pressured to a certain car. We went back two days later after picking the car we wanted and getting the financing squared away. The entire process was completed in quickly which is normally never the case. Their offices are comfortable and modern along with their kids play room. Overall this was a breeze and positive experience. I'm a customer for life. read more

Without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. I bought my VW after searching the big auto sites and seeing the good price and great reviews. Gary and the office crew were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to make the whole purchase and shipping experience as pleasant and easy as possible. My car arrived quickly and was perfect. Quick, responsive and no pressure. The best!!! read more

So glad i came across their website while car shopping. I found a great jeep with low miles at an awesome price. They also gave me a decent trade-in price for my old jeep. They are a small, friendly company with a cozy atmosphere. They even let me test drive the vehicle by myself. I'd highly recommend checking these guys out! read more

There are reasons why CarGurus recognized AustineAuto as one of their Top Rated Dealers in 2018. Being listened to, having my questions validated and answered in a straightforward manner, and feeling respected are all important to me especially as a woman car buyer. I called Dave to ask about a specific car I was interested in. His genuine welcoming attitude put me at ease immediately. He sounded like the kind of person I would want to know, car sale or no. Dave was engaged when I arrived; but, these folks employ a strong team ethic. Armando was happy to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and kind. Minutes later, ready to test drive, I realized I had locked my keys in my car. Uh oh. I cannot say enough about this group. Their trust and faith in me, their over-the-top, absolutely exceptional customer service made me feel like family. I have never been taken care of by strangers better than this. I knew from the test drive that I wanted the car. I did buy it! It was everything I was looking for: low, low mileage, good price, clean, service records, nice pick up, a Camry... what can I say? This has been the BEST experience I have ever had buying a Toyota (my sixth). https://www.austineautos.com/used-cars-round-rock-tx read more

Amazing! Austin eAutos set me up with a 2012 Honda Civic that's not only sleek and attractive, but in wonderful condition as well. I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, warm, genuine, and knowledgeable. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze and not once did I feel as if I was being mislead. I highly recommend visiting Austin eAutos for your automobile needs. read more

Just bought my car from them on Saturday. Having bought my last car from a big dealer I went in with my guard up. Hate the hard sell and pressure some salesmen 'think' they need to include in their technique. Kim greeted us at the door, showed us to their stock and let us do our thing. She was an arms reach away without being pushy. When we were ready to test drive, she photocopied my license, handed over the keys and said 'have fun'. It was nice to test drive the cars in privacy as my husband and I could assess our true pros/cons. Three cars/ test drives later, I found the perfect car for me and was ready to buy. As it was a Mini, Brian came in to help and gave me the Mini inside scoop. Very knowledgeable! The real service came after I decided to buy. They really are unreal. Gave me a great trade in value and finance rate. Plus, walked me thru some 'owner' knowledge (warranty, usage, nice to knows). Today Brian came to my workplace and took my car to get an inspection bc it was out of date. I get it, they HAVE to do that but it's the personalization and friendliness that comes with their service that has made the difference. Brian noticed I was using an iPod connector and went to greater lengths to go back to his shop, check to see if they had a better one laying around and sent me an email saying he found one and put it in the mail. I'll definitely recommend them (actually, already have) and go to them first next time we need another car. Great variety of cars and they are quick to update their vey easy/ informative website! Thanks Brian, Kim and Justin for making my experience unlike any other! read more

I just had a very good (and unique) experience with Austin eAutos. I found a vehicle online and called to verify that it was still available. ( a lot of dealerships keep unavailable vehicles online so you will call. Then they ask for your name and phone number while they "check to see if its still available". Now they have your contact info and they will call you non stop ! Austin EAutos doesn't do this. They weren't pushing or salesy at all. I arrived a few hours after calling to test drive the vehicle. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was that people don't run out like vultures at your traditional lot. I simply walked in and they took me to the show room. My first impression was that every vehicle in there was nice, in great shape, clean, etc... I took my vehicle for a quick spin around the block (alone, they didn't come along and give me the sales pitch) and within an hour I was gone with my new car. From the associate (not traditional sales but more of a person there to help with any questions) to the sales manager to finance manager I was super impressed. After the fact I looked at their ratings on Yelp, Google, and Facebook and they are almost perfect. (rightfully so) I can't recommend this place enough. Just look at the website. They take a lot of detailed pictures of their vehicles, only have solid vehicles in stock, and will shoot you straight. If you are looking for a nice car at a competitive price and don't want to deal with slimy sales people, this is your place in the Austin area ! read more

I had the most amazing car buying experience here. Friendly staff. No pressure whatsoever. Streamlined practices and good trade in offer. Didn't try to ask me to add a million things to my financing. Beat my pre-approved rate. I did all of my paperwork online, and they let me know when it was ready. Then, I only spent about 45 minutes there once that was done just finishing up! Easiest experience ever. Do yourself a favor and buy a car here! read more

Family owned business snuck away in the Round Rock. Good selection of cars, but I had my eyes set on a white Acura. From the moment you enter, Kim or Brian would greet you and after the initial introduction, just hand over the keys to the car you're interested in to take it for a spin. No usual car salesmen BS pitch. It's just you and the car. It was raining cats and dogs that day and Brian was kind enough to lend me his umbrella and later even picked me up from the car rental place in the evening. I expressed some doubt about the key fob that came with the car, not a deal breaker for me, but Brian went out of his way to pick up the car from my office and return it within 2 hours with a brand new key fob from the Acura dealership! Great customer service! By far the most pleasant car buying experience. I know where I'll be buying my next car from. Hopefully not soon, but when the time comes, I know where to look first. :) read more

This business is amazing. For days, I had been looking for a reliable used car and getting nowhere with dealerships and used cars sales.. Then I found what I was looking for at Austin e Autos. This is my first ever yelp review, which should speak for itself. Like other reviewers, I can easily say this was the best car trading/buying experience I've ever had. The offices were clean and comfortable, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and the inventory was great. Plus, I got a great deal--much better than what the Audi dealerships I spoke to were offering me. Austin eAuto priced the car I was trading in at least 1500k higher than what the dealerships offered, and the car I traded it in for--despite being a better option than what the Audi dealerships had- came in around 3-4 (maybe even 5k) lower than how everyone else was pricing theirs. The entire transaction was pleasant, easy, and all around fantastic. read more

I can't say enough good things about my recent car purchase through Austin e Autos! They had plenty of cars to choose from in the model I wanted. They sent my husband and I out for a private test drive on a Monday afternoon. I came back Tuesday evening, delivered my trade in and drove out soon after with my new car! They offered a great deal on my trade in, terrific rates on financing and Gary could not have been more pleasant to work with. I have told everyone I know to look there first before going to a traditional dealership that plays games with pricing and financing. The price I paid for my 2014 Lexus IS250 was better than the Plano Lexus or San Antonio Lexus dealerships were offering. And if they don't have what you want on the lot, Gary will try to find it for you. You cannot beat their customer service. I will definitely come to them first for our next car purchase! read more

I was looking to trade my BMW 335i for a 4 series. First I went to Hendrick BMW South Austin. Spent 2 days trying to get a salesman to return my call, then spent 2 hrs there with the salesman. All he was interested in was selling me was a car he needed to get rid of. When I said no, it wasn't the car I even wanted, he told me all I could afford was a 2 series and we'd needed to reconvene another day. Never heard from him again. Worst experience ever!!! So I remembered seeing an Austin e Auto ad on car gurus. Called them up, drove the exact car I wanted, no one tried to coerce me into anything else and I bought the 430i, exactly what I wanted. Meredith was the sales associate and Dave handled the financing. Can't say enough good things about this company and my experience. I was very happy with my trade in and price of new car. I also set up an appt with Logan to have my wheels power coated. He provided a loaner and accommodated my work schedule. Thanks for making my car buying experience what it should be, fun!!! read more

Bought a BMW 535i tonight. Best car buying experience. Easy to work with, straight forward and honest guys. Mr. Coen got us in and out quickly. Very happy. They had great selection. I was shocked how nice used cars could look but everything they had really looked like new. Very happy. read more

I want to thank Gary and the team at Austin eAutos for the best car buying experience I have had to date. Starting with an immediate call back after expressing interest in a particular car via a 3rd party site, then getting an honest price with no games and no nonsense, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Gary went out of his way to make sure that I had a convenient and worthwhile trip from Dallas to purchase my Q50 Sport, and he had me in and out of their shop within a very short time. If at all possible, I'll be purchasing my next car here as well. Thanks again, guys. read more

Well, this is different Found Austin E Autos via Car Gurus while researching cars. Once you've done the research, you have a good feel for the value of the car with the options laid out. Easy enough to compare against NADA and KBB and also other local dealers and private sellers. Full transparency. While you wouldn't negotiate into a fantastic, unbelievable, never heard of deal at Austin E Autos, you do get a fair deal and you know it. This place worked out great for me because I knew what i wanted. I had test driven some cars at the various local dealers. When it came time to test drive at Austin e Autos, "Here's the keys, sign here saying you have insurance and don't go over 100 miles" "You aren't coming with me"? "No, you'll be more comfortable by yourself, unless you want me to come along". Back at the lot, did the deal, had to sign one piece of paper (A Purchase Order) and hand over a deposit. Came back with the balance and they signed over title to me. Nice and Easy, Easy Peasy. All folks are not on commission, so no back stabbing. I'm sure monthly bonuses are in order for teamwork and meeting sales targets. No body is stressed out, all easy going and relaxed. This is a stress free environment. The sense I get is that everyone is treated equally whether you're a man or a women. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had in 6 decades. read more

I had a great experience with Austin eAutos. I bought a Nissan Leaf for my son from them in late December and the entire experience has been great and the car is wonderful. The new location is really nice. Kim and Gary helped me and they were very helpful and knowledgable about the car. These folks get it. They seem to only deal in very nice cars and price them reasonably. I've actually asked Gary to keep an eye out for another Leaf for myself. Low pressure, great communication, clean cars, and a clean showroom. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend them to my friends. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but this one is well deserved. Was in and out driving my new Lexus CT in probably less than an hour. All other Austin dealers need to learn how to do business from Austin eAutos. All cars are indoor kept, cool and ready to test drive, not like that other Toyota dealer I went to down south that couldn't even find the keys to the car. Felt very well taken care of and they respected my time. Pristine cars, great location, competitive prices, buy here! read more

I love these guys!!! I'm in sales and I loathe having to purchase a car. Best car shopping experience I've ever had. They understand how people feel about the car shopping/buying experience and have a business model set up to provide people the best cars at the lowest price. I even tried to go through Costco to for the year model Lexus I wanted. I shopped for a week and no one, not even the Lexus dealer could beat the deal or come close to what they offered. There was no pressure at anytime to purchase. I will buy my next car from them. They even delivered my new car to my home for me. Now that's service!!!. Thank you Gary, Kim and the whole team. read more

Last Saturday, I drove to Round Rock from Waco for my child's DI competition so I planned to test drive a few Jeep Grand Cherokees while I was there. After looking online for over a year for not only the perfect Jeep with a fair price and a place that would give me a fair amount for my used Tahoe, I was looking for a dealership that had professional sales people that didn't haggle or pressure me. Finally, everything fell into place. I walked in to a enclosed showroom with numerous shining, almost new luxury vehicles and shortly after was greeted by Denise. She was down to earth and very approachable and before I knew it, I was out for a test drive, had a good offer on my Tahoe and had been approved onsite through Wells Fargo. I went to pick up my daughter and her two friends from their competition and when I returned, not only did they have a place for the girls to play, Justin had the paperwork ready to sign and I was in and out in less than 30 min. I will NEVER buy from a typical car dealership again. I am so in LOVE with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and am so grateful that I had such a pleasant and fair experience at Austin eAutos! read more

I found a car through cars.com and autotrader.com that was being sold at this dealership. I was kind of nervous about this place because it was online and it wasn't a major dealership. I have to say this place was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car in my life, including my husband car we bought six months ago at Lexus of Austin. I will never look any where else again. We had just gotten in a car accident and were dealing with insurance pay outs etc. and they worked with us and were so friendly and nice. I just purchased a wonderful 2012 Mini Cooper from Austin eAutos. Initially I was unsure since it wasn't one of the large Austin dealers, but that ended up being one of the reasons I loved buying my car from them. They've got a wonderful, indoor show room with great cars and are incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process -- they were even able to help me get a very competitive interest rate. They are nice, straight forward, and offer a no pressure environment. After purchasing the car, I took the it to Mini of Austin to have them check it out and they confirmed I got a great car from a great dealership. I used Austin E Autos to by my Lexus RX 350 in June, and I had a terrific experience. In fact, I wrote a lengthy, detailed review to describe my experience and to recommend the business to others, but it got filtered into the "unrecommended" review category by Yelp, perhaps because it was my first review. :-( I'm extremely annoyed by this, because I'm a busy professor and don't write many reviews, and the first time I had such great service that inspired me to write one, they decide to hide it at the bottom. Boo. I highly encourage you to read my review under the "more reviews" section below. In the meantime, an update: Austin E Autos told me that if I referred a friend, I'd get a referral check for $100. Indeed, I got a check (I didn't even have to ask about it; it just automatically came) in the mail the next week, because one of my friends had seen my facebook post and bought a BMW from there. They also still remember who I am (the 3 staff people I met while there--Kim, Justin, and Brian, all of whom are extremely warm and friendly!) when I call, and they've always kept their promises (e.g., they said they would get me an extra key fob, which I had forgotten about, but when I called them and told them I had an appointment with Lexus of NW Austin to get it, one of the guys--Brian, who looks like Mark Wahlburg and is really sweet and charming; he also installed my new license plate for me--drove over himself to pay them before I got my key. I highly recommend Austin E Autos, and I'll never buy a car any other way again. There's a reason that they get 5 star reviews over and over again. Check them out--great, family service at very fair prices! Thanks again, Brian, Justin, and Kim!! Traci read more
