    In the massive annals of failed customer service, this one would take up a freeway sized aisle. My wife and I attempted to get upgrade phones on our AT&T service. Paid for the phones. Then we get an "undeliverable" notice on our order, so we called customer service to sort it out. We're told our address cannot be found because they use UPS. We have received UPS orders for years. We connect with customer service, and spend two hours trying to explain our correct address to an agent whose fourth language is fractured English. After all that time we are told it's still undeliverable to the address. OK, on to plan B. I ask them to send our order to our local AT&T store for us to pick up. The gentleman took another 20 minutes offline to come back and say they cannot do that. He told us we had to go to the store and find our phones there and purchase. Not only does our local store not have the phones we want, they tell us that indeed we CAN have our phones delivered there. Nobody seems to have their stories straight. We ended up cancelling our order for a refund, and will take our chances on finding the phones we originally ordered at the AT&T store. Hot take here. AT&T's reported profit for 2024 was 10.7 billion dollars. Apparently, not enough profit to employ Americans in need of jobs who actually speak the language. Apparently, AT&T feels tethered to employing sweat shops in Bangladesh to pay the workers pennies, piss off their customers, and add to an even more bloated profit margin. Added irony: AT&T is a more than generous donor to the both Trump campaigns. The same Trump on the rampage against immigrants and foreigners in general, the likes of which are employed in throngs by AT&T. Some investigator in the future will have a New York Times best seller if they can explain how this all happened.

    Kenneth Hyatt may well be one of the best technician's AT&T has in the entire nation. I went OUT OF MY WAY to ask him how I could in ANY WAY recognize him for his EXCEPTIONAL service (KH308P is his code). He clearly takes great pride in his craft, and anyone who gets him has struck a lottery. If I was AT&T, I'd be seriously concerned for other companies seeing these reviews and trying to steal him for their company. Kenneth went above and beyond with his diagnosis and remediations for our connection. He diagnosed the whole connection with skill and advised us on the perfect way to hide the shelf for the modem (behind our curtain)

    Kenneth Hyatt KH308P did a wonderful job setting up my fiber Internet. He recognized that I had older hardware installed so he upgraded me to the fiber line going into the house and directly into the modem. He also pointed out a way to significantly upgrade my wifi mesh network with the hardline connectiona throughout my house. He is courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. I would love to see him again if I ever need additional service.

    Technician that was very rude, laughed in my face when I told him he was parked ILLEGALLY.

    Your driver was very RUDE unprofessional and braking the laws! You need to get him some customer service training PRONTO! As an AT&T customer I will be changing my service because I refuse to allow this person anywhere near me or my property. He told me to call the cops as he laughed in my face and walked away. So I shall honor his wishes if he comes back. AT&T do better when it comes to hiring and customer service training! So he is breaking 2 laws, parking less than 30ft from a stop sign, and parking in front of a driveway violation Transportation Code 545.302.

    This store, and especially Ciso, is great!…read more AT&T got on my last nerve, so I bought a universally unlocked phone, shopped around for the best deal on service for it, and Verizon won. I tried to activate it online, but since I didn't have a Verizon number, I couldn't sign up for an account. My heart sank, thinking, "Oh, great. I'm going to have to go sit in the phone store for two hours while they do it for me.". After many trips to the AT&T store over my twelve or thirteen years with them, they had me trained to expect the worst. But no! I was in and out in about thirty minutes! Amazing! Ciso greeted me when I walked in and proceeded to get my number ported in no time, even saving me some money by letting me know Verizon would waive the activation fee if I bought an accessory, so I got a great quality extra charger essentially for free! He even let me know about an iPhone they had for cheaper than the phone I'd just bought, but when I realized I'd have to learn a new operating system (I'm used to Android, and am approaching old fart status, so don't much like change), I passed on his offer and he dropped it immediately! None of the hard sell crap I always dreaded at AT&T! I LOVE THAT! Time will tell if I'll like Verizon's cell service, but if it's half as good as Cisco's, I'll be PLENTY happy.

    Astound internet service was installed Feb 6, 2026. On Feb 26, 2026 they had to come out again due…read moreto an error message repeatedly saying "no internet". The the original installer apparently didn't complete the job and neglected a step. On March 30, 2026, I started receiving the same error message "no internet". This went on for 2 or 3 hours before internet service resumed without constant interruptions of no internet service. Yesterday April 8, 2026, at approximately 2:48pm I started receiving the same message "no internet". I rebooted, shut everything down and restarted. It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!

    Avoid this company and their predatory pricing at all costs. They are charging us way, way, way…read moremore than than is reasonable for the insanely low level of service they are providing and when we try to cancel they want nearly 10K in early termination fees. There are much better options. Edit: I contacted customer service prior to coming here. That's where I got through nearly 10k to cancel figure. I don't know how you can justify $500/month for 100mbps service and then charge that absurd cancellation fee, but others need to be warned about you.
