If l could leave negative stars l would. Avoid them like the plague! Be advised there is a man in a plain white truck license plate number HMS-11??. Sorry I didn't get the last two numbers. He circled our block 4 times, then started pulling all the way up our driveways behind the houses! It looks like he is casing the neighborhood to rob houses. The problem is he is trespassing onto private property and not by a little. He pulled over 125 feet into my neighbor's driveway well behind our shared fence!! I saw him do the same thing to 2 other neighbors. The neighbor came out to ask why he was there. He looked straight at her and quickly pulled out of her driveway. He did not knock on any doors to ask permission, nor was any advance notice given for this unexpected intrusion. I followed him to question him about what he is doing on our private property. He claims to be a contractor from AT&T to look for their transformers. You would think AT&T would have a record of where their property is. He showed no badge or any kind of authorization with a company name. This is not acceptable and IF it really was AT&T they should educate their contractors. He said he doesn't knock on doors because people yell at him to leave. So he knows what he is doing is wrong and doesn't care. Nobody should be driving into the middle of your land without permission. Yes, I have contacted AT&T to complain. This is totally unacceptable behavior. AT&T should train contracors on how to properly notify property owners they will be working in the area. Being rude and trespassing are NEVER OK. read more

In the massive annals of failed customer service, this one would take up a freeway sized aisle. My wife and I attempted to get upgrade phones on our AT&T service. Paid for the phones. Then we get an "undeliverable" notice on our order, so we called customer service to sort it out. We're told our address cannot be found because they use UPS. We have received UPS orders for years. We connect with customer service, and spend two hours trying to explain our correct address to an agent whose fourth language is fractured English. After all that time we are told it's still undeliverable to the address. OK, on to plan B. I ask them to send our order to our local AT&T store for us to pick up. The gentleman took another 20 minutes offline to come back and say they cannot do that. He told us we had to go to the store and find our phones there and purchase. Not only does our local store not have the phones we want, they tell us that indeed we CAN have our phones delivered there. Nobody seems to have their stories straight. We ended up cancelling our order for a refund, and will take our chances on finding the phones we originally ordered at the AT&T store. Hot take here. AT&T's reported profit for 2024 was 10.7 billion dollars. Apparently, not enough profit to employ Americans in need of jobs who actually speak the language. Apparently, AT&T feels tethered to employing sweat shops in Bangladesh to pay the workers pennies, piss off their customers, and add to an even more bloated profit margin. Added irony: AT&T is a more than generous donor to the both Trump campaigns. The same Trump on the rampage against immigrants and foreigners in general, the likes of which are employed in throngs by AT&T. On Nov 6 I talked with the salesman who convinced me to make the switch from Spectrum. We scheduled the install for the next day on 11/7. The tech arrived, and after about an hour he said that he couldn't complete the installation because a box needed to be dug and installed in my yard. Three days later the box was installed, so I contacted AT&T to reschedule a technician to come and install the service. I scheduled the installation for today 11/13 between 10-noon and took the day off of work. By noon, nobody had showed up or called, so I contacted AT&T customer service to see what the issue was. There was a long hold time, so I elected to get a call back. I received the callback at 1245 and spoke with the rep whose name I couldn't understand. He asked what time my technician was supposed to be here and I told him. He said "bare with me for a moment while I check" and the line disconnected. I immediately called back and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I spoke with a different rep. He asked the same questions and then offered to reschedule me for installation tomorrow on 11/14. I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor. When I spoke with Dean, he was nice and did what he could to help me. But in the end, there was a "hold" placed on my order, so when the second technician received the workorder, it was automatically canceled. I have to wait until "approximately 11/15" for everything to be done and to schedule installation (FOR THE THIRD TIME). All of these issues stem from technicians/dispatchers/customer service reps not putting any notes on the order to know what needs to be done and what has already been done. I have not even used AT&T services yet, and Im already regretting moving to this company. Even if I end up saving money and getting better or more channels or speed, it has done me no good because I cant even use the services. Its not worth all the BS and I will absolutely not recommend using AT&T if anyone asks me. read more

(100 for each time they tried to create an account, five times total) When I received my "AT&T Internet Air"both of the upload and download speeds maxed out at 0.8 Maximum speed upload and download was literally 0.8 I was guaranteed anywhere from 40 to 150 But 0.8 ? Not only did he get the work done in a timely fashion, he went above and beyond and tested the primary ethernet ports that I would be using, as well as gave tons of helpful tips on how to deal with any issues.
