I reached out to Fusion to assist in getting my companies network infrastructure up and running…read moreafter finding them as certified UniFi installer on Ubitiquiti's site. Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

We contracted Fusion Networking and Technology to install a security camera system at our…read morewarehouse. Two technician visits later, we still have a camera that does not work. The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. When we pushed back and refused to pay in full for a job that wasn't completed, they retaliated by leaving defamatory reviews on our company's own review pages. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

DHP Communications has been a great help to us at my office! We have a very complicated system…read morethat wasn't installed correctly and they not only fixed it but, they have also made sure that we have been able to grow the system as our office environment grows. Since we have had our new system installed and the upgrades we have never had a problem with the internet accessibility! Whenever we have an issue with the internet being down Jared is always there to answer my call and come out asap. He will even call our internet provider with me on the phone to rectify the situation and this is a big help since I don't know all the technical jargon! He has even answered my calls while he is out of town! Once we had our Audio Visual equipment go down and he helped to get it back up by calling the guy in charge of that and logging into the network. He was able to save the day and get it working again for our event the next day! They have found very cost effective solutions to all of our issues and they have never been price gougers like most companies are. We are now on a monthly maintenance plan with Steve and this gets us to the head of the line with issues and I highly recommend doing this. It is very inexpensive compared to the loss of revenue that not having operating phones or internet can bring! I could never say enough about the prompt and efficient service we have received from this company or their willingness to go out of their way to assist us in a crisis.

If you're a small business considering these guys for network design, install, or monitoring services...  Beware. If they're this nasty and dishonest on the small side of things, think about how that could adversely affect your one-time spend, on an invoice with more zeros than mine.

Our Wifi was down more than it was up! We finally decided to make the switch to a new internet provider named Hill Country Web. We are so happy with the great service we received from this company.
