As for the devices, it's like any other phone store, tons of devices from many different manufactures, accessories and this store do device repair as well. As far as the sales staff, they're pretty knowledgeable and they smile when helping. I find that trait refreshing considering some can get irritable when there's a ton of people waiting. I was able to upgrade my device within a reasonable amount of time, no chit-chat needed for my account or which phone I wanted or if they had it in stock. Admittedly I researched it online before walking in. One issue I had was I ordered a device from the store across from them and they screwed up the order process.
