First visiit, a problem was fixed by Terrance that stumped another electrician, who happened to answer the phone on a holiday weekend. Terrance was amazingly quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very professional and courteous. After this experience, I made the decision to go with them to replace my old fuse box. I had been putting this off until I found someone whose work I trusted. Aaron arrived promptly after receiving a permit. Getting the permit, and having the work done all went very quickly. We are very particular when it comes to having electrical work done on our home. I cannot recommend this company enough. It's always scary when you have to find a reliable company that does large scale things like electrical, construction, etc. The technician came out to a rental unit that had an entire circuit suddenly stopped working. He removed his shoes before entering without even being asked which I thought what's a really considerate touch. Then within an hour he promptly diagnosed the issue and repaired it for a phenomenal price. Aside from all that, the couple that own and run this company are the loveliest people. It was a very involved process including wiring in two new breaker panels and relocating circuits in the breaker box. Cory was excellent! He went above and beyond to help us replace a ceiling fan on our very high ceiling, 16ft. We didn't have the right size drop pole for the fan, so he kindly went to Home Depot and purchased it for us (passing the cost on to us, of course). He ran into several issues when fixing the fan because of the way the original one was installed, but he was professional and did a great job troubleshooting. Grateful for Cory's work and help.
