Master Bob Stolle and his young Jedi apprentice are amazing. They responded quickly to my request, showed up in a short amount of time and systematically eliminated all the possibilities until they found the problem. They refused to give up and leave me without a solution. Within an hour they found the issue, and even though it was outside their wheelhouse (Blown fuse in the furnace motherboard), directed me on how to fix myself for $3. Way above and beyond. Several outlets in my kitchen went out all at once, including my oven. A friend recommended Bob, so I called him. I called this morning to see if Bob could replace a GFCI outlet that is tied into a pool pump. He was able to come the same day and showed up at the time he said. He was able to quickly replace the GFCI outlet so I had him replace a ballast in an overhead fluorescent light fixture, too. He's a fantastic electrician!! Mr. Stolle is fabulous. I had just moved into a new home and had numerous things I wanted and needed done. He came at the time agreed upon, followed up with questions about each job I needed done and even agreed to take on two other jobs for me. He was here all day and took down 4 fixtures and replaced them with ceiling fans. He installed a new motion detector, changed out the cord of my dryer, and fixed my electrical panel that had not been installed properly which was pointed out by the home inspector. Bob is the man to hire to work on electricity. That's the conclusion I reached after I used him today to troubleshoot and repair some electric problems in my house. The house was largely rewired by some amateur hands under previous ownership. There were outlets not working and the house was not grounded properly. Bob's knowledge and experience shined through and through in pinpointing problems and finding solutions. It turned out there were cut wires hidden inside walls. Bob is also a very responsible professional. He had a delayed start because of the previous job he was on today.
